很干净，价格也合理。 住宿的电梯有点复杂，但是给的指示还算明确，搞懂以后就容易找到，但是第一次入住时，需要花费一些时间。 最喜欢他们家的餐桌。

其中一个房间应该是刚刚装修，所以甲醛味道超级重，怎样开窗开门，都没有办法散味也就算了，晚上十一点多开始，那个房间的冷气就像下雨这样漏水，吓得我们赶快把冷气关闭，结果就这样被迫度过了一个没有冷气的晚上，隔天中午虽然维修好了，但是前一天的住宿感觉真的很差劲。另外厕所的花洒会自己突然漏水，弄到厕所湿漉漉的，就很不理想。 主卧室厕所的花洒也明显看到生锈，烫衣板也残旧几脏脏的感觉，客厅的其中一个沙发椅子看得出来是从其他地方搬来“装饰”的，因为房子看起来蛮新的，沙发椅子却非常残旧，坐下去都会凹陷下去的那种感觉。 厨房的热水器已经生锈了，洗碗台的水管下方明显破裂了却用胶带粘好而已。 最离谱的是已经付过保证金，也提供了缴付证明，却一再要求我提供证明也就算了，退宿后说好1到3天内退还保证金，结果从18/9退宿以后，24/9才归还保证金，觉得他们的作业太过混乱，很多不同的客服在服务，结果交接状况不理想，就导致这样的问题。

Up Parking space small n the property far

The location near to shopping mall, KLCC and also near to restaurants. Its easy for me to go anyway. The facility also good, got many spot to take pictures, what I really like is the beautiful swimming pool!

I like everything about Arte Plus Jalan Ampang. Love the facility, the beautiful building, the house also big. The most i like to stay arte plus because the security very strict. Feel safety to stay, anyone not easy to get in because need access card. No improvement needed because all is perfect 👌🏻

The house is spacious. The price also very affordable, suitable for a group of people to stay there.

The instruction of check in is damn bad. Even the guard also do not know the instruction. We spend more than one hour to find how to go up to the lift. Yet, the host gives the instruction very late. Also, they dun allow you to change the date.

1.Staff still reply me after 10pm , even their hotline number is offline already. 2.Got good view for KLCC , KL Tower , MERDEKA TOWER , TRX at master bed room.

1. Car park to unit is a little bit far , need to take two lift (service lift and private lift) to reach the unit , the lift is difficult to find. 2. After 10pm , the compound at the Level "R" is dim , safety threatened. 3. The access card unable access into the private lift. 4. The secondary room (beside shared toilet) aircond not function properly , after my setting to the cool mode , the room still under a terrible condition and unable to be sleep inside the room.s 5. Water shower at washroom for Master Bed room not function properly. (Photo as shown) 6. Washroom door for master bed room can't lock. 7. Alot of red stain on the wall. 8. The lift still moving up and down when stop. 9. Access card cant open carpark barrier gate , including in and out. 10. There is someone else touch the mailbox for the passcode during the night.
