昨年初めて宿泊。ホスピテリティの高さに感動。どうしても再訪したく今回予約。帰国後色々な人にもお勧め。チェックイン時に受付の方にその事をつげるとうす笑いを浮かべて一言『帰ってきたけど、たったの１泊（only 1night）ね。』確かに5日間の滞在の最終日のご褒美の待望の１泊でした。ホテルにとっては要らない宿泊者だったように受けとめました。スタッフの方のホスピタリティも昨年よりも2ランク下がり、他の5つ星ホテルとも変わらず。（今回４泊は他の5つ星ホテル宿泊）もう知人にマンダリンオリエンタルホテルをおすすめすることはないと思います。そしてもう2度と宿泊することはありません。次回は他のホテルに宿泊します。1年間夢を持たせていただき、マレーシア再訪の機会をいただけたことは感謝です。

Just beautiful- the breakfast, the room, the view, the location

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. The KL city tour bus has a stop at the back door of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

house keeping is great, all the time rooms are cleaned twice. staff is very supportive every place. check out so quick. BF is nice. old decorations but still keeping the quality and nice decoration.

i asked for quite room specifically and reception man put me the closest to elevators all sound in my head. Mattress and pillow are not comfortable . construction in front if the loopy

双子のゼロ歳児を連れて4泊しました。予約時にベビーコットを二つお願いしていましたが１つ用意しましたというメールが送られてきて、２つ用意して欲しいと返信したらすぐに対応していただきました。また、東京から深夜便に乗って6時amすぎにクアラルンプール到着。9時半ごろにホテルに着きましたが無料でアーリーチェックインをしてくださいました。ベビーコットは双子には小さかったのか狭かったのか、しょっちゅう頭をぶつけていました😅ハイハイ時期で動き回る月齢ですが、床を這わすのに抵抗があったので大人のベッドの四方をベビーコットやクッションなどを駆使してガードを作り、大きいベッドの上で遊ばせていました。 朝食はいろんなメニューがあり美味しかったです。また スタッフのみなさんがとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で出迎えてくれました。ホテル建物は少し古さはありましたが、古さを感じるほどではありませんでした。プールはゼロ歳児でもはいれて、深さは大人の膝ほどでした。はじめてのプールにおおはしゃぎしていました。 すぐ隣にスリアKLCCというショッピングモールがあり雨天時も濡れることなく行くことができたので毎日のように行っていました。KLCC公園ビューのお部屋だったので噴水ショーも見れましたが、半分はホテル半分は公園というビューでした。ツインタワーは見えませんでした。 赤ちゃん連れだと少し不便を感じる時もありましたが、ロケーションやスタッフの対応の良さを考慮すると総じて良かったと思います！

シャワー室のシャワーは固定されていて、バスタブにも可動式のシャワーがつけられていましたが水圧の調整が難しく、赤ちゃんをお風呂に入れる際は不便を感じました。
