it needs a lot of TLC and improvements. but it was cheap and you pay for what you get. I didn’t expect much and I wasn’t let down

Old, run down, noisy, the smell of determinisme got on my langs.

Nice big clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Friendly stuff, willing to accept us late at night, when our plane arrived. Good location near the airport.

The wifi was virtually non existent - and we were just 15feet from the checkin desk! Owners and family were very noisy at nighttime in the lobby near our room. We asked them to be quieter - which they did - for about 3 minutes, before resuming noise level. Towels were tiny and disgusting. No real hangers in closet.

It’s close to the airport.

The owners of the store right in front of the hotel were really loud and inconsiderate of the people staying at the hotel who are trying to sleep. The hotel doesn’t have A/C so you have to leave the windows open so the room will stay cool which wasn’t a problem initially. One of them vomited right out side our window and continued to laugh and joke outside till 3am resulting in me not sleeping until they left. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but something to consider if staying here. we stayed in room 206.

Rooms a little moldy. Most of the facilities look really old.

The price was excellent and the locación is great. We stayed only one night but is more than enough. The staff was súper friendly. I asked them for restaurante options and they did great.

You can improve the cleanliness and smells.

The location is good, it's right next door to Myeondong Korean Restaurant! The bed was a lot more comfortable than it looked, and the room wasn't as noisy as I expected, being between two busy z9 avenues. The wifi was fast enough for a couple of Zoom calls I needed to make. There was off-street parking and it was easy enough to find the hotel.

The building and furniture/fittings are old (but my room was clean). I had a cold shower in the morning, I'd have preferred a hot one.
