We had family visiting and this was tbe perfect space for all of us to get together. The house was perfect and my kids loved being so close to thr quiet beach!

We love Prime Hook because it’s so quiet and the beach is pristine. The house was just as described, well stocked, kid friendly, updated, right across the street from the beach. The house is up on stilts so be prepared for a slight swaying motion, not unpleasant at all, just took a little getting used to. The host was responsive, the area is beautiful and we would gladly stay here again.

This is a great location. Right across from the beach access. Beach is very private. Only thing to recommend is bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes at the beach but other than that it was a wonderful trip.

This home is beautiful. We had our 2 sons, daughter in laws, grandchildren and my sons dog at the house. There was plenty of room. My granddaughter & grandson loved playing on the top level. The 3 full baths are a wonderful perk. Plus I loved the outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer & dryer were a welcome addition. The beach was so convenient to access and perfect for my 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. They had adventures finding hermit crabs and snails. Plus we saw horseshoe crabs (rescued a couple) regular crabs, dolphins and a crane. The gentle waves and sandbars made it a perfect beach experience for them. Thank you Kim & Steve for a wonderful time!

This was our second visit to Prime Hook and our second time staying in this home. This home fits our blended family perfectly! The layout and beds/bathrooms are exactly what we need. We also love that we can bring our dogs along - they love the beach and we love having them with us. Kim is very responsive, both before and during the stay. Wonderful hosts! We look forward to returning to Prime Hook soon, maybe over the winter!

This property met all our needs and more! It was so clean. It was very well stocked. We are used to packing everything we need just in case and this house had it all. We loved the privacy each family had with separate bathroom spaces and rooms. The kids loved their own little hang out upstairs and we all enjoyed the beautiful decks. We loved the short walk to the beach and the shower. Unfortunately the storms cut our trip short this year but we are looking forward to returning next year!

GREAT location, perfect accommodations for our needs. Boys had baseball tournament and great place to come home to after games. Never been to a Northern beach but would consider again! Super awesome neighbors and host above expectations!

This was our second stay at Prime Hook Beach. We had a wonderful, quiet and stress few vaca. We cannot wait to visit again! Thanks so much for all your consideration and for your help. We will be reserving the property again in the near future!

The place was clean and the perfect layout for in-laws, kids and hubs and I. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was so easy, even with all of the kids’ toys. We loved the decks. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The only thing that would have made this place better would have been if the view of the Nature Preserve was more highlighted because the sunsets out that way were amazing! Loved this house, would book again and recommend to others!

Had a wonderful time with our grand children. The beach was so quiet, sometime we were the only people there in April. Maybe, it would little busy during the summer.

Great place for a low key, winter retreat, away from the New Year crowds. We came for the long New Year weekend. Nice house, easy bay beach access. Easy drive to stores, restaurants, wildlife reserves. And, we saw lots of snow geese!

The house was very well stocked, just as advertised. Wonderful place.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located to beach access, was clean, and was as pictured/described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Kimberly, the host, was very communicative and welcoming. She provided us a lot of info about what we would need for our stay. House was on a quiet street and beach access was only across the street and to the right. Area is very quiet and beautiful. You can see the wetlands behind the house from the windows and the two decks allow for views of the bay. Our 5 year old loved finding seashells and splashing around the beach. Our dog also enjoyed running into the water and walking around the serene streets. Rehoboth was a short drive away and Dogfishhead Brewery in Milton was a fun place to grab some food and beers. House was spacious and came with everything we needed. Wifi signal was good and our daughter loved the bunk bed. Overall everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We recently enjoyed a trip to this location with our daughter. The beach and wildlife preserve are beautiful! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with our schedule and we delt with high winds and rain from hurricane Ian most of the time, but we made the best of it and still had a great time! One thing we learned on this trip is that houses built on stilts sway a little bit in the really high winds. The home was well maintained and a great place to stay!

Our whole family loved the quiet location and beach. This was our first trip to the bay and the gentle waves were perfect for our toddler and the 70+ members of our family. The house was lovely, very well stocked with whatever you need and functional. The view is great- as good as it gets without being beach front- and beach access is very close. Kim was wonderful to work with; we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

This is our second time renting this property. We enjoyed our stay and all of the extras the owners provided. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

I have spent many vacations in the outer banks and this area was similar , but 9 hours closer!. The house was great and the walk to a sandy beach is moments away. , the deck off the main living was great for a large group and their are plenty of beds ! Great time. Would totally stay at this property again! The host was accommodating and so thorough with instructions, we did not need to bother her after we arrived.

The house was beautiful. The owner Kimberly was very nice. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. The house was well equipped. Just the adjoined bathroom is very stinks.

Property was as advertised. We had a great time with the family. Beach is right across the street. Quiet beach great for kids. We would go back Kimberly was easy to work with. Responded quickly to emails.

Home itself was very nice and clean but the beach was terrible. It didn't look like the photos and we ended up not going on it once.

We loved the property and it worked out really well for Grandparents and one family. Well stocked with everything for the kitchen. Nice updates. Host very responsive to special requests we had. Kim's home had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the fact that we could walk to the beach, and having the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge nearby.
