Our family of 7 stayed for thanksgiving weekend there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is great right on the beach. When we arrived there was a bag of laundry left over in the elevator. One of the lower level beds was not made and a shirt was left on the bed. Otherwise the house was clean and was a nice place for our family’s weekend.

We had a great time! Beautiful rental. Easy to find and right in the beach. Only issues were spiders on the first level (probably because of time of year with temp dropping) and the rental description says lift for people however once we got there we were told it was not for people….only items. May want to change that. Otherwise we absolutely loved it!

This is our 3rd year coming to Prime Hook and we love the privacy this beach offers. We arrived to a clean home. The check-in process was effortless; the key code worked immediately and we were instantly able to start our vacation. The home was clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved having bedrooms on 3 floors so we could space out. We used the screened in porch to enjoy almost every meal. We arrived on a Monday, unloaded our car and didn't get back into our car until our check out on Thursday. Amazing location, clean home, relaxing beach, what more could you ask for?

Great location. Would just have liked another sofa or lounger so everyone could be on something comfortable.

The beach house was impressive with a great location. There was plenty of room for 3 families and the walkway led straight to the beach. Lots of horseshoe crabs, hermit crabs, sea coral and sponges for the kids to explore.

This home is lovely - and there are no bad views! With the bay on one side and the marsh on the other, there are water views everywhere you look. Our party had 3 toddlers so we were thrilled to find the house had a gate for the top of the stairwell that went downstairs. And the stairwell leading to the upstairs suite has a door, making this a friendly, safe space for our crew. We loved the large kitchen and found it to be well stocked. The additional living space downstairs was also great when we wanted to spread out and the screened in porch was a great spot for reading, chatting, etc. It was lovely to watch the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and very convenient to have direct beach access...particularly with the little ones. We had some difficulty with the dishwasher initially, but the property manager was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. It might help others to know that downstairs gets very cold when the other floors are comfortable. Pack accordingly for those who will sleep downstairs - I grabbed some long sleeve tees for my little ones since they don't stay under blankets and all was resolved.

The location and beach access was amazing. The house was spacious, convenient, and accommadating. The outdoor space of the house was amazing also. We however did deal with a lot of minor issues. Upon arrival we had been given the wrong code to get in and had to contact the property manager. We also found a basket of dirty towels and hand cloths next to the washer, dirty eating and cooking utensils, one of the beds was dirty, and the kitchen counters, sinks, fridge and freezer were dirty. The floors and bathrooms however, were clean. When attempting to use the grill, their was no gas and we had to empty 3 pints of grease just to try to use it. After we purchased gas we found that the burners would only stay lit for a few seconds, making the grill unusable, so we had to replan some meals. Their is only a straw broom to use on the floors, so we could not vacuum at all.

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean but wished it came with a better broom on vacuum to make daily clean up a bit easier.

Just the area of where it was, gorgeous! Beautiful property, kept well, plenty of space for up to 10 people even though we were 7. The beach was incredible other than the horseshoe crabs, which we found out mating season. It was a very relaxing vacation for me and my family! We will definitely be back!

A lovely place to stay. Steps are steep so we appreciated the elevator for the oldest among us as well as the one healing from knee surgery. The long table allowed us to do a jigsaw puzzle on one end and eat on the other end. Lots of stuff on the beach so we didn't spend much time on the beach.

Our stay overall was wonderful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed, with the exception of veing able to find a broom or vaccum to help keep the traffic of 4 kids at bay, but we made due. There were games available for the rainy days which was very helpful to keep the kids busy when they couldnt be on the beach. Overall a beautiful home and we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was nice to just walk out the back door and be on the beach. We had very young children (ages 8 mos-6 years) and not having to pack up and drive to the beach (& having an outside shower) was a huge plus. The beach was private and quiet. It was a perfect vacation for us and we didn't want to leave!

We very much enjoyed our stay. So nice to be able to walk right off the porch onto the beach, and to hear the ocean through the windows at night. The place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had pretty much all the tools you would need. Be aware that the gas grill does not get refilled by property manager, it will be on you to replace the tank if it's empty. That is the only complaint we had. The descriptions of the bedrooms were a little off, for those of you bringing your own sheets. Master bedroom on main floor has king bed, downstairs there are two queen beds, and upstairs there are two twins and a queen. Overall a lovely place to stay!

This was an incredible relaxing getaway destination. The view was amazing, the house was super spacious with all the amenities we needed and more, and the location is absolutely perfect with direct access to the private beach and wildlife preserve nearby. Would definitely stay here again! :)

This house was so nice and comfortable. Views were amazing. So quiet and and tranquil! Plenty of great outdoor deck space and seating which we loved. Morning coffee out on the deck was delightful. Kitchen was very well stocked, great for cooking for larger groups! Property manager was super helpful and communicative. Looking forward to renting this house again some day. Highly recommend.
