The place is bigger than the average manila apartelles, with a baths per room. Its is clean and clutterfree with firm beds. They also provided great toiletries.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be unprepared for our arrival, there was no water, cups or thermos in our room, we had to go down to request for the items. They also only have thin blankests that are insufficient for air-conditioned rooms.

Location and price.

There's no lobby and the room was noisy, with street noise and the constant banging above me. More on the logistics of the building, something that can be avoided with proper noise cancelling walls.

Worst customer service in red doorz we ask them to change the curtains because its too bright and they said they will not change it. Will definitely not go back and book here. We slide the no complimentary and no heater but when they said that they will not change the simple request to change the curtain, thats it. We will definitely not return. Bad experience!
