This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

Our family loved this house. Very close to the beach so we could come and go as each one wanted. The private baths upstairs were great for our married kids and with one bath in the mail level and a private shower below the house-it worked out very well. We cooked many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the home to be comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group. We played family games below the house at night in the cozy seating area. There were plenty of beach toys, bikes, and a large wagon to pull things to the beach. We also really appreciated the extra fridge below the house. We used it for overflow since we had a large group and the guys could store their bait. The owner was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back to this place someday!

Our family totally enjoyed our stay. Great downstairs area for kids to play and adults to sit and chat and play as well ( ride bikes/play ping pong). Easy walk to the beach and this house had nice extras to help with getting our beach gear to the beach as well as nice extras ( toys/floats) for the beach., then nice water station when we returned to the house to clean everything off (beach items as well as kiddos). Easy contact to owner, who responded quickly when needed when we had questions.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is only a few minute walk from the beach. Plus, the house has numerous amenities to improve your beach trip, i.e. wagon, chairs, etc. If I had to complain about anything, I would just request the owner spend a little more to clean, furnish and fix up the property. No major issues by any means, just a few broken steps, broken railing, and a few other small challenges. I don’t want this to come off as a negative review, because it’s not! All in all, great place and I would recommend this to others!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!

In need of repairs, kitchen table chairs need replacing, lots of door issues, and a leak...cleaning fee was exuberant, half the cost of 1 night's stay, (FRBO told me to remove the dollar amt. from my review, saying that its a negotiated rate, and can't be disclosed, I disagree, its fixed fee by the owner, not a negotiated rate and freely visible if you want to see it when reviewing your estimate) ...passed this info (below, and edited it due to FRBO review policies) to owner, reply was that the cleaning team may need to be swapped out, but no response to the maintenance issues. ..... ******************* Jonathan, we've had a good time, but for what we've paid, we expected a place that was cleaner, and better maintained. As a property owner myself that rented houses for over 20 years, It is impossible to stay on top of wear and tear for yearly leases, yet only for overnight rentals, without a property manager, when the owner is not local. Found this out when stationed abroad for the majority of those 20 years. Without a property manager or the owner doing a walk through after each tenant, you're relying solely on the rentor to report it, not a good solution. If you have someone doing a walk though, and reporting to you, they're failing miserably. Our problems with maintenance: 1. Wood gate latch ripped away. 2. Back door, 1st floor to outside deck inop. 3. Ceiling Leak in 1st floor bathroom ceiling coming from 2nd floor bathroom, unable to use 2nd floor toilet, shower to prevent further damage to 1st floor bathoom. 4. 1st floor bathroom door out of alignment, must slam. 5. Dinning chairs beyond repair. 6. Game cabinet in living room doors in place, not attached (safety!, fell onto a 2 year old child that saw we had accessed earlier).7. 2 x 2 ft hole in decking by back door 8. Cabinet doors above stove falling off Cleanliness. 1. Kitchen, live roaches under coffee maker, mouse feces in 2 drawers. 2. German roaches in the bathtubs. 3. Cob webs in bathroom, upstairs, bathroom cabinets, a long term issue from the excessive amount. 4. Bathroom floors, sand, cobwebs, safety pin on floor, not sweeped in both. Cleaning fee is EXCESSIVE for the state of this rental. A couple of cleaners at $10/hr should have this place looking top notch in a few hours, with $200 left over for admin fees. For 1 nights rent, a handyman could easily correct all the maintenance issues. Things we liked: 1. Location. 2. Spacious 3. Bikes n kites. 4. Outdoor seating.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and three bathrooms which is a blessing when there are several people staying. My favorite part was the downstairs outdoor area. Perfect for just sitting around, visiting, cooking out and playing games. We did kill two black widows, but it’s tough to control nature and it’s species. There were bikes to ride and tons of beach extras (toys for kiddos, umbrellas, canopy). The inside was very clean and that’s a compliment being several of us staying there have OCD issues. Lol. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There were puzzles & games inside( FYI the puzzle did have all the pieces 😍). There were a few minor things that needed repaired but nothing that really affected our stay & fun. The owner works on these doing off season and communicated this to us. Can’t wait to return and enjoy this gem.

Living room and dining room furniture needs replaced. We had a lot of rain and was unable to sit on deck due to leaking roof over deck. We had problems with ants and bugs inside house. Location of house is good two blocks to beach. Layout of house is good and charming.

We enjoyed our vacation in Pensacola. The house is in a great location close to the beach. There are a lot of beach/sand toys for younger children. My 9 year old grandson had great time playing ping-pong. There is some seating at ground level under the deck where you can catch a nice breeze.

We loved our stay! We had 8 people and it was plenty of room. The owner was amazing and very good at communicating with us since there was a hurricane happening but assured us we would be safe and he was right! Place is not far from the beach and they had plenty of fun things to use while on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great time at this property. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of games and movies and the downstairs outdoor space was really nice. Plenty of outdoor games for the kids, bikes and more than enough beach toys. Our only complaint is that the house was originally listed with 4 bathrooms (which was the selling point for us since we had 7 adults and 6 children) we were disappointed to find there were only 3 bathrooms. We managed to make it work. All in all, a very nice house for our family beach vacation.

Our multi-family gathering of 10 really enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca. The location is ideal - a couple minute walk to the beach (which was not crowded at all like the hotel/condo areas). There is also a trolley (FREE) stop on the corner so you can enjoy the Pensacola Beach nightlife without having to search for a coveted parking spot. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was available to use - coolers, chairs, wagons, toys, etc. The downstairs shower and sand removal station was put to good use. We loved the downstairs hangout area as this was where we spent a lot of time. The upper deck was used for morning coffee and quiet time, if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Everything was as described/pictured with the exception of a broken door (which he did email us about) and a dining chair that could use a little TLC. The owner was quick to address our concerns about a slow draining tub, the issue was resolved before a plumber was needed. The only downsides were an inadequate supply of bath towels and wash cloths and the cleaning service. The house was not ready at the 4 pm check in time. The cleaning crew arrived around the same time we did. They were quick to explain that they were short staffed, which is somewhat understandable considering post pandemic and bridge traffic. It took them about an hour to clean, but due to the generosity of the previous weeks guests, adult beverages were available and did not go to waste. While I am not sure if these downsides are the owner’s responsibility or the cleaning company, just putting it out there as a little FYI. All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend Casa Blanca!

This property was perfect for our large family! Very spacious and a close walk to the beach.

Overall a great place to stay! Perfect location, house met our needs and space. Easy walk to the beach with perfect weather! Owner quickly responded to all our questions. We unfortunately could not take advantage of the garage area due to an infestation of black widow spiders. Owners did have them sprayed for on Thursday, but by that time we had killed over 20! If the spiders had not been so bad I would give 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped with Beach accessories (umbrellas, wagon, coolers) and had a nice setup for us to enjoy a few days away with our adult children. The owner responded very quickly to any questions/concerns. Thank you!

The house was nice, we had plenty of room and the lower level was great to visit, grill and enjoy the evenings. Jonathan was quick to respond with a couple of questions. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need to cook. Lots of games if interested and bikes beach items are also available. It is a little way to beach but a nice side walk and with the wagon for our haul, it was pretty easy. Had a great time and would consider again if head that way.

We stayed at Casa Blanca just after Christmas. You can’t beat this location just a block away from private beach access. Jonathan was very responsive to our inquiries and the home was well stoked with plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment. The grill was an extra special touch as we made burgers one night for dinner. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away to Pensacola Beach!

Easy check in. Great house. Everything you need is at the house. Great beach tent, chairs, and toys. Only thing we packed was food and clothes. Every thing else was at the house. Would highly recommend this property.

In a nutshell the house is great. The location, layout, size everything about it was awesome. My only complaint with the property was the cleanliness. I did speak with the home owner after the fact to make him aware. It obviously wasn't to the point that we wouldn't stay while we were there or stop us from returning. He said he would correct that moving forward and I believe that because Jonathan was very accommodating for us since we got pushed out from another property in Alabama due to hurricane Delta coming through. All in all don't hesitate to rent this property. I don't believe you would be disappointed.
