We had 3 generations staying and had plenty of room. Our hosts even came by personally after checkin to make sure we found everything and to answer any questions. She even said feel free to call if we needed ANYTHING! Their suggestions for places to go and eat were SPOT ON! A return trip to Biloxi will be a return trip to this prior!

Perfect location. Plenty of beds/space. Easy check-in. This was a last minute weekend get away and this home was great and very accommodating for our large family. We will def be booking again in the future.

We truly enjoyed the property 🙂. Everything was as advertised and a bit more!!!! The location is so on point!!!! The house was so neat and very clean!!! Will definitely be back!!!

We had a family of 10 and we had a great time. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Owners were readily available for anything we needed. Very nice people to deal with. Condo was also in walking distance to the beach and to Felix’s (seafood restaurant). We had covered parking and plenty parking in back of building. We never had to fight for a parking spot day or night like other places. We will be back again!!

Here is my honest review. I searched for a place to stay for my family of 12 for a family reunion. I stumbled on this property as it was in our price range and it seemed as if it would accommodate my family. I must say it was a pleasant surprise, it was just big enough for my family and the teenagers my boys didn't mind sharing a bed...lol. I read the reviews about the bed being in the closet and was a little iffy, but my family thought it was so cool upon arrival. My mom actually used it as her bedroom. My nephew loved picking out shapes on the wall and matching them on the comforter. The thing that will always stick to me is the owner meeting us at check out with a box of donuts... love it !! Tim was so pleasant to be around. I am also a travel agent and he allowed me to tour the other connecting properties which would have been big enough to host our family reunion as it has 3 other connecting units with the same set up. I will definitely tell others about this property and if we are ever back in Biloxi this would be my home away from home.

I had to send the host a message the following morning to let them know we couldn't get the sofa bed to open. They were at the house within 30 minutes, it was an easy fix and even brought donuts! Highly recommend and will stay again. Would even like to stay in other properties managed by the host if available.

Two things kept this from being a five star rating. Both are easily rectified for next guest and were not big deals for us. 1. The fold out couch did not work, it only pulled out part way. That was odd. 2. We could not find a replacement role of toilet paper. Nice place, easy check in, pleasant owner who was interested in how our stay was. Cooking utensils to make breakfast for our crew of teen sailors. Mr. Coffee pot. The rooms were well laid out. As the early riser in the group I took the downstairs couch and it was comfortable. Water in the area was not the best, and this was the same at two restaurants and the yacht club. Bring a quality filter pitcher for drinking water. Thoroughly enjoyed this townhome and would book it again. .

The stay was phenomenal. Great location and the property and amenities were beyond our expectations

The property has 3 bedrooms but they cleverly changed a walking closet to add another twin bed. It was perfect for one of the teens, who wanted a little privacy.

My family loved our stay at this home. We had a group of 13 and it was the perfect size for us. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and had all the supplies we needed to cook for our family of 13 (minus the food, of course). The outside deck was large and provided us with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The adults loved watching the sun rise on the deck every morning as we drank our morning cups of coffee. The walk from the home to the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico was a quick and easy 2 minute walk away. The atmosphere of the beach was calm, relaxed and tranquil. The beds were so very comfy. Clean, clean clean...this home was immaculate. We could tell the owner takes pride in ownership with no detail overlooked. We enjoyed being in the "heart" of Gulfport. This property is located close to everything.....shopping, entertainment, restaurant. This home was just as advertised. It had everything we wanted and MORE!!! I highly recommend this property to everyone looking for a vacation home. My family will definitely return to this property the next time we vacation on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Good points: -The unit was extremely clean, most of the beds were comfy, everything was in working order, almost brand new appliances, granite counter tops. Nice. There were some squeaky doors, but we always being a can of WD-40 with us when we stay in condos, so that was an easy fix. -The deck out front has a table, chairs, and umbrella with some extra seating and pretty good water views that makes it the perfect place to eat, read a book, relax, and hang out enjoying the gulf breezes. -We didn't use it, but there is a nice grill and picnic table on the ground level underneath the deck stairs. -Plenty of Parking. There's a dedicated, covered space for each of the four units, and a concrete parking lot in front of all the units. Not So Good Points: -Listing pics need updating. The unit we were in (A) has very few current photos. There are four units, so it's hard to tell which photos are of which unit. -The listing says "Ocean View" from every window. Not accurate, but not a deal breaker either. -If you plan on doing any cooking, bring your own pots. The pots/pans in Unit A are cheap, non-stick and all are cracked and peeling. Yuck! -Plenty of beds (sleeps 13), but the living space is too small to accommodate that many people at one time. -Perhaps the biggest disappointment is the listing says swimming pool, but not until you click on "view all 62 amenities" in the listing do you get to the fine print that says "Community pool is nearby and is off-site. It is open during the warm seasons." The management company texts the check-in instructions with the name and number of the community center where the pool is located. There's no website or anything. You have to call them. Now that we know all the ins and outs, we'd probably stay there again. Hopefully, the management will spring for a new, better set of pots/pans!!!

We enjoyed our time in Gulfport in spite of the misleading advertising for this townhouse. There is no swimming pool (a deal breaker for us with kids) even though it is listed in the main amenities. There is one somewhere nearby that you can pay to go to. The location of the townhouse is very convenient and the setup of the house worked well for us.

Check in time was 4pm but when we arrived at 4:25ish and were told we’d have to wait about 30 min because a bed had been broken and they were running late. We got in around 5pm but It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time so we could have been ready for that. The rental company sent us a pizza lunch on our last day as a gesture to make up for the check-in snafu. It’s a good place to stay with family and be able to cook most meals. It’s not super close to casinos so be ready to drive a bit if you’re into that. We also brought an air mattress because sharing all the beds didn’t quite work for our family. Overall a good place that worked for our family’s vacation needs.

Townhouse was good. Beach was close. Crossing the road was a bit scary since NO one bothered to slow down, period. We made it ok. Beach was nice except no one bothered to pick up their trash.
