This was our 20 year wedding anniversary, so we thought we’d escape the brutal Texas heat and experience a cooler climate. This was our first time in the Rockies and it surpassed our expectations. Had a chance to meet the owner, William. Super nice guy and even was kind enough to guide us where we could see the magnificent elk. We saw them at the golf course, like you said. Thanks, William! The on-site couple, Brandon and Liz, that assist the owner were absolutely awesome. They work their tails off to make sure the place is clean and comfortable. What a vacation!! Thanks to all!

Great location and nice property to bring to dog to Estes Park.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our accommodations were cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed at our fingertips. Rustic Acre is conveniently located, and was a great place for our "working vacation". If we ever come back for the same event, we will definitely stay again.

The weather was not great so we had to hold up in the cabin. The cabin was nice and cozy. I really liked the cozy feel. It was close to RMNP and downtown Estes. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved staying here. it was super clean, the kitchen was so cute, the jacuzzi was amazing. I loved that they had lots of plates and silverware and mugs, and the coffee machine was pretty awesome too. I would just beware if you are really tall -- the bedroom ceiling and the bathroom ceiling are really low. my head was pretty close, and Im only 5'7. However, that's minor compared to the place over all!! loved it!

We had a great time staying at the property. We were able to walk to nearby breweries and had a quick (about 2 minutes) drive to the Stanley Hotel for dinner. The place was clean and just what we were looking for.

Prospect cabin was quiet & conveniently located. Good parking, Wi-Fi, & Roku TV.

Quaint cottage was a lovely place to stay for a couple nights. Nice having separate spaces for living, kitchen, and sleeping. Ceilings were low (I’m 5’11”), especially in the shower, but for a couple nights stay, it was totally doable. Hosts were welcoming and informative. Lovely area.

Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, close to downtown and the park, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at the Rustic Acre Prospect Miner cabin! It was a very convenient location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. The space was very clean and comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom and half the bedroom was rather low so it may be uncomfortable if you are a taller person. However, we enjoyed ourselves and had a nice experience! We would definitely come back!

The cabin was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

If you are over 5' 7 Watch your head. The ceilings are low, And the shower head is low also. Could use more hooks in the bedroom and bathroom area for towels and what not.

The property location was perfect for a local feel, marina, national park access, and lots of fun things to do around the area. Would recommend this location and cabin for those visiting the Estes area!

We enjoyed staying in Estes Park at the Prospect Cabin. It’s perfect for a couple and their dog. Anywhere you want to go in Estes is within a couple miles…drive or walk (we did both). We cooked ourselves breakfast most mornings before heading to Rocky Mountains National Park to hike. Then came back to town for dinner and drinks at various breweries around town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great little space for our short stay. Was clean and perfect for what we needed.

These cabins are close to town and many trailheads. They’re clean and charming and fun to relax in after an exciting day

A home away from home… but awesome. We felt very welcomed. The cabin had everything we needed and a full kitchen. Most of the spaces and shower have low ceilings so beware of that. I knew this from the VRBO site but my husband wasn’t so lucky. We had a great time and took advantage of all the amenities. We’ll be back!

My SO and I spent our 4 year anniversary weekend here and it was just lovely. The cabin was cute and cozy, quite spacious, and had everything you could really need for a getaway. We brought our dog and the property had a listing of dog friendly hikes that he just absolutely loved.

The cabin was the perfect place for my husband and I stay while on vacation for our 5th wedding anniversary! It was easy to find and the check in process was a breeze!

Apart from the cleanliness of the cabin and property, the location was great. Very near the center of town, but also near some great hiking trails. We had a really good time!

The cabin was so clean, smelled amazing. Good information where to find everything we needed. So quiet and peaceful there. Seemed like we were the only ones there. Nice lil weekend getaway.

The cabin was everything that it says it was. The ceilings were a bit low in some places, but that was stated up front. It was a little cold the first night but the property manager helped us adjust the heat and brought more blankets. Close to downtown and walking distance to a couple breweries.

The place was perfect for our babymoon with our two small dogs. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub and the cozy vibe. It was so nice to be close to Lake Estes, Rocky Mountain National Park, and to town. The place was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Joanne and Jason's place was the perfect space for our last-minute getaway. They helped us get booked within a short amount of time and the communication was quick/easy. The space itself was a wonderful size for my partner and I. The drive to RMNP is easy and great access to everything you need in town.

Just what we needed for the weekend. Great location, less than a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk from downtown, which gave us peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There were 2 of us with 2 dogs and it felt big enough for us all. Right in Elk territory, as there were around 30 elk that roamed through the property grounds! The only downside is there are parts of the cabin (shower and part of the bedroom) that have very low ceilings (less than 6 feet high), so you have to duck if you are over 6 feet. Overall, a great stay and ideal for popping in and out during the weekend. Would definitely recommend!
