From the moment we walked in the door, our entire family felt at home. Everything you'd possibly need was available...from cozy spaces large enough for us all, to smaller spaces to be alone that really felt like you were! The beach was so close and easily accessible which we loved but actually found ourselves just hanging out on the property a lot of the time. And that master bed y'all!!! Slept like a dream!! Will definitely book again! Miss Betsy is an amazing host!

The home and property were so well kept, clean and very charming. There was plenty of outdoor space and seating to relax and enjoy your time. The beach is only a few blocks away, and several great restaurants within blocks. The check in/out and “things to know” process was so easy. And last, but not least, the story of Le Shabby Chateau, is so interesting.

We came down to spend Thanksgiving with our son. The house was well stocked with a nice large table, plenty of pans and spices that came in handy. We really appreciated all the extras like the shampoo and conditioner, soaps and cleaning supplies. It was nice to walk to the beach and look for shells even though it was cold.

We traveled to Gulfport with our Navy daughter for a quick weekend trip. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds and the property is well maintained. Highly recommend Le Shabby Chateau.

This is our second time staying here. We love it. The owner is always helpful and kind. We have met the housekeepers and they have been friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoy getting out and walking there. The beach and a park are within walking distance. Great place to stay!!

It rained every morning for us, but surprisingly was nice because it cooled the weather and we REALLY enjoyed leisure mornings with coffee outside. We pre planned meals (cooked at home and arrived with them ready for fridge). This worked out very well for us. This rental is a SHORT walk to the beach (at most 1/4 mile .. or 7-10 minutes). There is a coffee shop called Perks in Gulfport that is a less than a mile walk from the house as well. The owner of this property is wonderful to deal with. Absolutely the best. Highly. recommend this rental, you will not find anything to be displeased with.

Great place. Lovely house with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of sitting spaces. House was super clean and we had plenty of towels and linens. Neighborhood is quiet but you are close to train tracks and trains do run thru the area. We did not have a problem with this. There is a park with a splash pad within walking distance. Great place to stay!

The property was clean. The decorations were exactly as pictured. The house has an interesting story behind it and the furnishings were perfect. We loved the house. The owner was very easy to contact and she took care os things instantly. I would certainly stay here again if in Gulfport.

Loved the Shabby Chalet!
Betsy was very helpful. Everything was perfect , so we didn’t need any assistance, but she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! The house was clean and well equipped. And the decor was fun and cheerful. A great stay.
