What a fantastic location! I have visited Kauai over a dozen times, although never at this property. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the view is unbeatable. This was the first visit to the island for a couple in the party and they were as impressed as I was. The front door can be tricky. It locks like a hotel as soon as it closes. I accidentally locked myself out, bad. But, Marsha was so responsive that she had someone with a key there inside thirty minutes, fantastic! This is where I will stay every time I come to the island. My new Poipu go to!

The condo was clean, in a great location. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything you need! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

We had such a wonderful trip to Kauai and loved this VRBO! It’s super close to both the ocean and the restaurants, has everything you need including snorkel gear and boogie boards and the kids loved the pristine pool to cool off after a Long Beach day. Perfect!

As we were in Kauai for a wedding, we really didn't get out to tour the Island much. However, we enjoyed the amenities and the closeness it was to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Beach. The Condo was fully stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the beach toys etc. Each room is equipped with ceiling and floor fans so the "no A/C" was not much of a problem. When we get the change to come back to Kauai...we would likely stay here again.

Very good location with wonderful ocean and sunset views. The condominium complex is somewhat older and has some maintenance issues. For example, the hot tub was largely unusable, since it was too hot, the temperature controls were locked and the jets didn't work. For the complex as a whole, lots of people, not a great deal of privacy and a fair amount of noise. However, it didn't by any means negatively impact our stay. After all, how can you have a bad time on Kauai?

Great 3 bedroom condo. Wonderful view from the lanai. Nice walk/run right out the door down to Shipwreck Bay and Poipu Bay golf course. Condo is well equipped, including snorkeling equipment, and kids toys for the pool. Hopefully will get a chance to come back.

Marsha & Ernesto were really helpful with advice as we were planning the trip (they even helped us find a surf guide for our daughter) and then they were graciously flexible when we had to change dates. There were a couple of snafus when we first arrived; the front door lock had a problem and the coffee maker was broken, but Marsha was so apologetic and had it all fixed within two hours. She was great!The view from the living room is spectacular. There was nothing better than lying on the couch and looking at the ocean and palm trees or starting our day drinking coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is a nice size and the unit is very clean. The only drawback is that the balcony overlooks the pool and sometimes there were loud children in the pool. If you have small kids it won't be a problem I'm sure and we got over it, but it's a good thing to know ahead of time. The great thing is you couldn't have better, more responsive hosts.

Very well kept, super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Beach equipment was provided and truly appreciated. Owner was super friendly and excellent at communicating and very quickly. Great personal suggestions were made before we even arrived and they had created a wonderful binder of resources that stays in the unit. Personal touches were apparent and they made it a welcoming place. They obviously take pride in their property as well as taking care of their guests. The entire facility was clean and well kept (BBQs, pool, hot tub) and a great location.

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful condo. We enjoyed seeing whales off the balcony, and having our coffee in a tranquil setting. There were beautiful walking paths just off the condo and we were walking distance to the beach. Marsha and Ernesto provided all the necessities needed for a family including beach gear! We couldn't have asked for a better experience-they even provided tips for things to do:)

This property was in a perfect location. It had wonderful walking trails nearby. It was walking distance to the beach where we snorkeled with lots of turtles!

This is an excellent vacation rental. Great views, great location. Kitchen was well stocked, Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment. Would stay here again without question.

We loved this condo, it checked all the boxes for us! Plenty of space, well stocked modern kitchen, beach gear, easy parking close to the unit and a wonderful ocean view. Marsha was wonderful to work with and provided so many nice touches, including suggestions on things to do and some flexibility on checkin. As noted in the profile the unit doesn't have AC, but given the property is on the tip of the most southern point on the island there was always a strong cool breeze once we opened the windows on both sides of the unit. All in all it was one of the best values of our many visits to Hawaii. I would easily choose to stay here again. Thank you Marsha! Tip: Try Waikomo shaved ice, they use real fruit and is amazing. Next door, Anaku's Juice Bar and Makai Sushi (togo) in the Kukuliula market are also our favorite in Poipu. Can't wait for our next trip!

This condo was fabulous....spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, and spectacular view from the lanai. This unit has one of the best views in the entire complex. Very close to shopping and great restaurants--either by quick drive or nice walk. So many nice extras were provided to make our stay comfortable and relaxing: beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, baby accessories, etc. You will not need to pack or worry about buying a lot while staying here! We can't wait to return!

The condo is close to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. I really liked the 3 levels of the condo as it provides space and privacy. The kitchen is very nice. It is well stocked and it allowed us to cook wonderful meals both in the unit and using the BBQ (3 of them). The beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Can't say enough about this place and the wonderful time we had here. I will be recommending this property to friends and I am sure I will book it for future vacations. The instructions and suggestions book for guests was especially helpful. We really enjoyed ordering fresh fish from Garden Isle Seafood. What a treat! Marsha and Ernesto were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to all of our questions and were sincerely concerned with the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Aloha; what an amazing introduction to HI! Marsha’s 3 story condo was just what we were looking for. There was room to spare for our 2 ‘ohanas (families) in this homey feeling oasis with picture postcard views. The two main bedrooms each with their own bathroom were perfect for each couple to have their own space and room enough for a Pack ‘n Play too, and the loft with the twin beds was a very exciting space for the 3-year-old. A full-sized, fully loaded kitchen had us cooking in every night (there was even a blender - perfect for smoothies and baby purees). Washer-dryer access was key after a day at the beach (10-15 min walk away). Oh, and when we opted for a chill day, we were still able to take a quick dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, and toss some fresh fish on the community grills . I would have to say my favorite part about this place though was the lanai. Friendly birds came to visit, we saw waves and whales, and we kept the sliding doors open which provided such great air flow that we didn’t even need the ceiling fans. Would I go back to HI? Yes. Would I stay at Marsha's again? In a heartbeat. Mahalo.

We just returned from an outstanding stay at this beautiful condo. It couldn't have been more perfect. The condo is extraordinarily comfortable, welcoming and spotless. The kitchen was a dream. The new appliances and the remodeled cabinets had everything we needed or wanted. It was easy to cook there or just brew a cup of coffee or pour a glass of wine for a peaceful moment on the lanai to see the morning sun rise or the evening sunset. All the spacious rooms were freshly decorated. The convenience of two bedrooms with attached full baths provided plenty of space and privacy. We spent much of the time thinking how we could include our children and use the loft on our next visit. I must mention how comfortable the beds are. I'm a bit compulsive about fresh linens and towels. These exceeded my expectations! We loved working with the owners to plan our stay. They were gracious, full of information, and fully addressed all our questions. It was a bonus treat to have WiFi and television (though there was so much to do and see, they didn't get much use). We have stayed at a number of VROB's and found this to be the best!
