Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Perfect size for a family of 6. George was amazing with helping us plan our trip. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around. Great shops and food very close by.

To start the owners we’re amazing helpful, they arrange for us to be picked up and dropped off at Tropical Air from Belize and back there on our last day. The place was cleaned, rummy and located perfect away from the hectic downtown area. The place has a peer located in front of it, if you are doing water sports which is what most do then the companies can pick up there very convenient. The pools was great for those days we just hanged at the place. There is a restaurant right in front of the place and another one more classy very close. The is a store about a block away but be careful they sell expired stuff there if you are not paying attention. To get around to town and back you will a gold cart which you can rent over the phone and they will deliver to you and pick it up. FYI gas is expensive! The best place with a beach is Secreat beach which is a bit far if driving or go the resort located on that side of the island and they can drive you there via water taxi. Over all it was a great experience being in this beautiful island. One last thing make sure you have lost and lots of bug spray the mosquitoes are hungry and they will flock on you if you do no spray.

This was an absolutely beautiful property and it was everything we were hoping for and more. The place is big, clean, quiet and comfortable. My father two boys and myself stayed here and there was so much room for all of us. When I come back to Belize this will be the first property I look for!

Villa Natalia is EVERYTHING described and more! Perfect layout and use of space, beautiful views, fantastic dock, and quiet but close to town location. We loved every minute there and would definitely go back!!

We spent 4 nights here and the owner was very thorough with his communication and help. the management company was also very helpful and they arranged pickup and drop-off.

The condo and property were great overall. Everything was very clean, and most anything you needed was in there. A couple of things I would love to suggest is they have a couple more items on hand to use such as a beach bag and also some more pool noodles. Very minor things but would have loved to have had them. Also would have loved to have a book there that previous people could write in regarding restaurants they enjoyed, excursions they liked, etc. Every other place we have stayed have had something like this which was extremely helpful. We were expecting more information there and guess we should have just asked more questions before we went. A few things that we wish we had known before booking is that the air conditioner cannot go lower than 78 degrees. While there are fans in every room, it still caused us not to sleep well due to it being warmer than we are used to. Secondly, one of the things we were most excited about was that there was a dock where you could snorkel off of. Unfortunately the stairs from the dock were broken so only my athletic 19-year-old son was able to get himself out of the water since most of the stairs were broken which made it very difficult to get out of the water. I let the management company know which just responded they would let the HOA know. This is not the owners problem, but the electricity went out numerous times, once for over 2 hours. My advice would be just ask lots of questions before you go.

This condo met our expectations and more, and the location was great. Working with George the condo owner made it an easier experience, since it was our first time in Belize. The property management company was very accommodating and friendly to work with. The AC went out the 2nd day we were there, so I called property management and they sent someone out right away to fix the AC. The only issue we experienced is that we were unable to change the thermostat lower than 78° which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. You may want to consider charging a little more for rental to offset the bill. Other than that we loved the view and our trip. Just came back from spending a week here What a beautiful experience I cannot say enough about Mr. George and his wonderful staff from the pick up to and from the ferry for all of my children as they all came at different times and they arrange a pick up for them which I thought was awesome. for me to have my golf cart sitting in front of the door when I arrived, which was awesome The place is absolutely lovely. They are very attentive very caring people anything that I needed any issue that I had they responded to it immediately and got it taken care, of customer service at its finest!! I will definitely recommend this location. I will definitely go back there myself, the views amazing!! Being able to wake up every morning and you’re overlooking this beautiful ocean, you can’t beat it. You just can’t beat it, don’t think twice about booking this condo. You will not be disappointed.
