Heel veel. Lokatie was slecht. Zeer klein opgezet. Erg veel lawaai. Op de foto's lijkt het heel wat. Maar het viel erg tegen. Geen ruimte voor kleding op te bergen. Douche geen waterdruk. Ontbijt gecompliceerd. We zijn na 1 dag al vertrokken. Zouden 5 nachten blijven. Geen geld terug.

Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr schnell wohl fühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem weiter. Positiv an der Unterkunft: - Warmwasser ohne Probleme - gute Klima - guter Föhn - Dusche mit Vorhang - täglich frische Strandbadetücher - Wasser (kalt/warm) und Kaffee ist jederzeit verfügbar - tolles Frühstück (sogar Joghurt mit Müsli und frischen Früchten 😍) - gute Rollervermietung - vom lauten El Nido Town entfernt, aber immer noch fussläufig erreichbar Das Zimmer wird auf Wunsch kostenfrei gereinigt während des Aufenthaltes.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Vorhänge dunkeln super ab. Wenn man diese öffnet, kann jeder direkt hineinschauen. Vielleicht könnte man zusätzlich ‚Tagesvorhänge’ nutzen, so dass tagsüber Licht rein kommt. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt, wenn man die Gegend rund um El Nido erkundet.

The pet dogs were adorable. But they were underfed and very skinny, which made me sad.

Staff were all polite and helpful. We loved the vibe of the property, feels like home. We love the garden theme and we got so fond of the owners' pet dogs. 😊

The dodgy doorlock. We were struggling to lock the room that at one point we asked one of the staff to lock it for us. We ended up having to sleep one night with our doors unlocked as we couldn't do it ourselves.

Location was perfect, staff was helpfull and did everything to make us feel confortable. They even picked us from the airport at late night. Breakfast was very good with several options. We enjoyed the time that we spend there

I really loved our stay at Bella Athena! the staff/s were so friendly and the owners itself are very accomodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The aircon is working well. They offer free tuktuk service if you want to go out and the breakast they served are very scrumptious. What I loved most is that we can sleep soundly at night with no noises or whatsoever. Only the sound of raindrops you can hear at night. When you wake up in the morning, you will delight see the mountain view and they have unlimited coffee drinks as well. As a first time couple staying in El Nido, we really had a great stay and we loved everything about the place. We will definitely go back.

None. Maybe they need to put some dryer racks outside the rooms. But over all, we had an amazing stay and no complaints at all.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and were always there to give advice. Diane gave us great beach club recommendations. The property layout was nice, rooms were close together but didn’t feel claustrophobic. The complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee was great. Breakfast was good and Diane was so helpful arranging our boat trip

Bathroom felt a bit tired. Although the shower was good with hot and cold water, we felt the quality of the water wasn’t very great, didn’t feel very clean and left a stale smell in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful We only stayed the night as we were flying out very early the next day but they provided a takeaway breakfast which was very much appreciated. The location is a bit out of town but it is easy enough to walk or get a ride. We ate at the sister hotel next door and it was wonderful.

Everything was excellent, clean comfortable, with our cute "balcony" in the nature! Around 10-15 minutes walk from the center! The staff was super, very helpful and kind! Coffee, tea and water anytime! The breakfast simple but okay..! Definitely recommend it!

shower pressure is really bad

The place is nice and cosy. The rooms are small but with just enough equipments. It's 10min walk to El Nido town through the beach. It was high tide when we were there in January but still managed to go through the beach at night around 10pm. I wouldn't recommend with a motocycle. The hotel staff and owners are very nice and available at all times. We had some issues with our room, but they still managed to respond to all our requests and find solutions. I would recommend for a couple of nights if you want to stay far from the hustle of the town

We brought some cookies to our room so we had ants coming in... so avoid doing that. But thank you to the hotel staff who cleaned it for us even at night !! And it would be nice to have more breakfast options

The place is really cute. The staff is very friendly and kind. They arranged tours and transportation for us. Breakfast was quite nice and they had various options.

To get there, we had to go through a small dark street, however after the first time, it felt quite safe and we got used to it.

Air conditioning is unfortunately very loud. Earplugs won't help. Had to switch it off at night. But since room is very small had to turn it on again in the middle of the night as I was starting to asphyxiate. Unfortunately no mosquito nets on the windows. Breakfast was included but with Nescafé. For an expresso capsule one had to pay 3USD. All in all El Nido City is over-crowded and not so good value. The good news is that there are plenty of beautiful islands in the Philippines with less crowds and a very welcoming population.

The staff! Thank you Nelda Dianne, Joshua, Joseph, Bella, Kobe, Juancho, Pepay/Pepper and Bean and the rest of the staff! You made us feel like we're home. Will definitely go back. I also like the location. Peaceful. Although it's a little bit far from the the el lido town, you get to appreciate the walks. For me. it's not an issue at all since I love to walk. It's actually just 15 minutes walk to the town.

We really apreciate the private terrace surrounded by plants and be visited by the cutiest cats. The room is nicely decorated, comfortable bed and the staff are really nice people. Breakfast was good also and good coffee.

The a/c could be improved, as doesn’t work much and also noisy at night. Also the room next to the kitchen/ laundry was a bit noisy so we told them and they nicely propose us a solution to change room the next day.

the staff are so friendly, they offered a free tricycle ride to and from the town and the bed was so comfortable 😍 laundry was cheap and came back smelling lovely. we paid a lot for another hotel and didn't like it anywhere near as much as here so value for money is excellent!

the road was flooded in the storm so we had to wade through puddles but that's nothing bad on the accommodation just a warning if there's a storm and it rains heavily you will have to walk through puddles

OK value for money. The place has nice design and all the expected amenities. Very kind people. Nice porch area to chill. Owners allowed for additional flexibility with our booking.

Location is not great and at times of high tide it is almost impossible to get to the hotel. There is no room service (no regular cleaning or making sure we have fresh towels, soap or toilet paper). No drinks included for breakfast. Rooms are very small and our room had very loud air con/fan.

This small hotel it’s so comfy and cocooning ! Our room was exceptional, kind of a little bungalow in the middle of the forest We really enjoy our stay and the staff were so lovely

Great place, amazing location (you can either ride a scooter or walk or get Joseph to drive you to town - super close)! Diane was simply awesome - she was great with arranging everything from scooters to giving suggestions on what to do. And she is wonderful to talk to! Thanks to her suggestion, I did the 3 day boat expedition to Coron and it was one of the best trips ever! You’ll love her dogs too! And she explained well about the electricity situation so you are already aware upfront :)
