This condo was not as shown on VRBO...it was BETTER!! The layout was perfect for 3 families. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together in the common areas with enough space for everyone to retreat to their room. We had 2 grandparents and 2 couples, one of which have a 3 year old. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating, and they even had 2 kid chairs which my granddaughter loved. There were several beach towels. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever used in my many years of vacationing in Daytona. Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Gary, was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

Beautiful property. The view from the large balcony area was spectacular! Super clean and everything you need from pots and dishes to beach towels and beach chairs. Can’t wait to stay here again !

Close to Embry Riddle. Spacious property for the whole family.
The building is very secure, and the unit was very well appointed. The property manager is very communicative and was always available.
We were fortunate to see turtle tracks one morning and to see the Turtle Conservation Team stake the nest the turtles made.

The condo was a great place for three couples to spend four weeks without feeling crowded. We watched sunrises overs the ocean from the balcony and sunsets over the horizon on the west balcony. Each bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom with the common living areas large enough that we never felt on top of the others. The kitchen had all the cooking ware and utensils needed for every kind of cooking. We watched rocket launches 40 miles away right from the balcony and could see the aerial festivities over the Daytona 500 from the west balcony. This place is centrally located and is the epitome of what we wanted in a rental.

The moment we walked in the condo, it took our breath away. Everything was as shown, and then we walked out on the balcony...... and that view!!!! Well lets just say when we were in the condo that's where we were. Gary thought of everything and the house was SO CLEAN. You can not go wrong with this condo and we will be back!! Thank you Gary for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

We have stayed in this complex for spring break for 5+ years now and this is now our favorite unit. Well appointed, comfortable, clear instructions for everything, good communication. We will prioritize this in the future!

We strongly recommend this property. So clean so comfortable. The unit is even nicer than what you see in the pictures. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach equipment. Gary, the owner is very accessible should you need anything. We loved our stay and will be coming back this fall!

This condo is so much better than what the pictures show! It is breathtaking to walk in and see the inside as well as step out into the balcony! They thought of everything when supplying the kitchen. The decor is amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to have all of the beach/pool supplies. The owner Gary was awesome to communicate with as well as the property manager, Cherie. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Daytona Beach!

This condo is amazing! Book today…you will not be disappointed! Communication with both Gary, the owner, and Chere, the property manager were top notch! All the amenities of home right at your fingertips! And the balcony..no words to describe. Spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, outdoor electric grill, and the views! (We have one suggestion 😉 We would have loved some delivery and dining suggestions in the binder as to places you think are some must dos in the area) Overall, I don’t believe a better experience exists in Daytona Beach! New favorite at Ocean Vistas
We have been coming to Daytona Beach every year for over 20 years…we have stayed at several different condos at Ocean Vistas over the last 10 years and this is by far our favorite! Everything was perfect!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and it was the easiest check-in we have ever had!

Great property, owner and staff
This place is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything we needed to relax. Sunrise and sunset views from the balconies made it a perfect spot for breakfast and dinner without the hassle of going out to eat. We will definitely be back!

There are numerous oceanfront condos in the Daytona area, but none compare to this beautiful place. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, bedrooms expansive with lovely decor, and the condo is spotlessly clean. This is an exceptional place and we will be back!
