Our stay was great. The property is on the river and owners provided tubes, so tubing couldn't have been easier. Walking distance to super cute downtown. Antique stores, bakeries, restaurants and shops all within 6-7 blocks. Pool area is convenient and well maintained. The condo itself was really, really clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Internet was very good (I was with 3 teenagers, so that was important). Nice TVs in each room. Everything was just as pictured and described. From arrival to departure things couldn't have been easier.

The VRBO listing was misleading on multiple levels. The listing indicates that the space sleeps 8, and shows photos of 1 king bed, 2 full/ queen beds and a day bed, and a fold out couch.

Our company does a company trip every year for the Formula 1 race weekend. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and comfortable. What's nice is that it's a 15 minute walk to many spots in New Braunfels to eat and drink. Checking in and out was super easy and the host took the time to send texts to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay. Would definitely book again if it's available next year.

We brought our granddaughters and parents to celebrate the ten year olds birthday. We had a great time and this was a perfect location for all the fun things we wanted to do. It was clean and a great space to fix meals and swim in the pool when we stayed in. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting to have a great New Braunfels experience.

I stayed here with my dad to float the River for the weekend. Everything was perfect from check in to check out, communication was great during the entire process. The condo itself was clean and perfect for our purposes. Great location! Super quick Uber to downtown or Gruene Hall to hear live music! Definitely plan to stay here again

The condo was perfect for what we needed! We only stayed one night to attend a graduation party and to float the Comal the next day before heading home. There was access to the river from the property. Right next door was Texas Tubes. We were able to walk around the corner of the property and enjoy a 2 hour tube ride. Great location!

Property was fine. Room was fine. one bathroom sink did not have water pressure only negative.

After visiting the blue bell creamery and the Shriner brewery we were looking forward to jumping in the river. This place was amazing. Reed was so kind and friendly and answered every question I had. It truly is 45 steps to the Comal with tubes I hand!😃

I rented two nights here for my girlfriend's birthday along with her two friends. We had an awesome time staying here! It was an extremely clean and accommodating rental, with tubes and supplies here and there. The bed was actually incredibly comfortable! There was also a well set up Roku TV in the living room, where you could sign into your own streaming accounts if needed. The best part is that you're a two minute walk downstairs to being right at this convenient concrete entry way to the comal river. I 100% would rent again!

Was a very comfortable stay! The location is great although at this time of year they were doing a lot of ground work and tree trimming to prepare for the summer busyness of tubers coming. The property condo that we stayed in was a little dated and smelt like mothballs but those were easily remedied. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again

This place is in the perfect location! You can walk to down town easily! The river is literally out the backdoor! The host is extremely accommodating! He makes sure you a 100% taken care of! The only thing to be aware of is the proximity to the train tracks. If you are not use to the sound it could bother you. However, the unit, even though older, has very thick walls. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed a month in this condo. Great experience. Great location for shopping, dining out or any number of other activities that was available. Beautiful golf course, park and old town New Braunfels. The Host was always available if we needed anything. Thanks for the Hospitality Reed.

We loved this condo so much!! The location was beyond perfect - we were able to start our float right from the condo! Reed was also terrific and made sure everything was perfect our entire trip. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Cute place right on the river. The place was clean and well stocked.

We love this location! There are so many fun things to do and see even in winter! We were especially enchanted with the deer and wide variety of ducks along the river and nearby parks. The condo was perfect - clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Reed was a wonderful host and available whenever we had a question. This was a real treat! My only concern in giving 5 stars (which it fully deserves) is the property may not be available the next time we come to New Braunfels.

Great experience will rent again

Going tubing down the river has been a family tradition each year growing up, so it was an easy choice when we were deciding what to do for our vacation this year. The only difference for us was that we now have a baby. What’s so cool about this location is that it’s close enough to the water. So one of us stayed with our daughter while the other floated down to the chute and then walked back to switch out. The place was nice and the air conditioning worked really well. We loved the visibility of the river from the balcony and how well we could gauge the “busy-ness” of the river at any point. We cooked frequently and felt we had everything we needed for doing so. The host was always available and checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay throughout. I loved the amount of hooks in each bathroom for clothes and bathing suits, and wish there were some out on the balcony, but we made things work (and there’s only two of us lol). We also appreciated the tubes provided in the room! Felt like we had everything we needed. There is a train that goes by at night, and it feels very close, but it was never a huge issue for us. And thankfully our daughter also sleeps well. Overall it was a great stay, and we want to come back with more family next year to make more memories. Thanks!

Very nice location on the river. All the convenience of home. Quiet couldn’t hear neighbors. Only reason not 5 stars is the condo is very dated, worn bedding (king) and furnishings with small living room. Just needs the ceiling scraped, paint the cabinets and new ceiling lights and fresh bedding for king. Very nice place.
