Our first visit to Navarre did not disappoint. We splurged on this condo for our family vacation this year, now that bar is set. The balcony and location was everything! We wanted a relaxing beach vacation and that is exactly what we go! 5 stars!

This is our second year staying at the Navarre regency. First time in 402. It’s a beautiful clean condo with an excellent view of the ocean and beach. Easy access to the beach and pool. Recommend you bring your own streaming device as this is not provided.

This is are favorite place for vacation the Regency is a quiet place and so much like home we have been going there for 7 years and I highly recommend the Regency! Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Truly a perfect location to bring the family to relax and unwind for a week or a few days. The condo is in a perfect location over looking the beach and the gulf. Being close to the pier made it a perfect viewing spot for the 4th of July fireworks.

We LOVED our stay! We feel so lucky to have found this place! So roomy! Stocked with everything you need to just relax and really enjoy the beach! We would wake, go to the beach, come up for lunch, and then go back down to the beach.
The view was amazing! I just sat and watched the waves, in awe of the gem we found!

This is a great spot for our family of three to spend a week taking time to relax and rest after suffering a tragic loss. It was quiet, clean, the beds were to die for, and the view was spectacular. I do feel there needs to be some updates made, we couldn’t get hot water in the master bath sinks, and the outlets in the master bath didn’t work, but otherwise was a wonderful place to stay. If you’re thinking about bringing beach supplies don’t because they literally have EVERYTHING which made it nice since it was our first time to the beach. We will definitely be back!

When staying in Florida again, we will stay here. Solid building, spacious & just a few minutes from the zoo, mini golf, the Gulfarium, nice restaurants & a shopping mall.

The condo was amazing! We stayed there back in 2013 and had wonderful experiences both visits. It is beautifully decorated and spacious! The condo has everything you would need. We needed a pack n play for our little one. I contacted Betty, and she responded right away and had one sent over in record time. This place was very clean. Only thing was the long dark hairs through the condo. I just cleaned them up. Everything was just perfect and I have zero complaints. I will be booking again…hopefully for next summer with a longer stay.

First time in Navarre Beach. Really enjoyed the area. We had plenty enough room in the condo for our family of 7 and it was a great location for the beach.

We can not wait to come back to this condo. It is in the perfect location, extremely roomy & comfortable, clean, and inviting. The water pressure in the showers is like nothing we've ever experienced. You will get a shower and a massage all in one! The balcony has a great view, and beach access is easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have been coming to Navarre for over 10 years and we always stay at the Regency. We were well pleased with the condo especially the master bed slept excellent. Looking forward to coming back.

This condo was absolutely huge! Everything we needed and the enormous private balcony was simply heaven! Plenty of towels, dishes, soap, etc. The "only" thing lacking was ice maker was very slow to produce ice. But we managed. Thank you Betty you were so sweet!

This is a much larger condo than we have stayed in and the porch/deck is huge! We used that for hours because the gulf waves are right there. And so close to the pier that we could walk down there every day and see what they were catching. Would love to stay here again if we get to this area in the future!

Navarre Beach is a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot. Our condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We will stay again.

This was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything one could want/need. The views are spectacular. Even though it rained several days, we were so content sitting on the balcony reading and seeing/hearing the waves crashing. Highly recommend!

The unit is a pretty good size, with large rooms, and a HUGE fantastic balcony with a fantastic view of the beautiful beach. There was laundry IN THE UNIT, which was very helpful. Décor and furnishings are beach-ey and relaxing, though little dated, but are exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very functional unit - had everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. Betty was available to answer calls as needed and was helpful. Would definitely stay again!
