Very clean, excellent coastal views from 7th floor balcony. Huge balcony, comfortable furniture. Kitchen well-equipped. Every bowl had a lid that fit it. AC worked great. A lighter coverlet for MBR would be much more comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

I have stayed in this condo complex before and its my favorite in Jaco. You are close enough to everything to enjoy Jaco while being just outside all the traffic and noise and enjoy the ocean views and sounds

Words can’t express how truly amazing our stay at this condo was! The unit is beautiful, tons of space and everything we needed was available somewhere in a cupboard. Beds were comfy, lots of air conditioner units, and rainforest showers were a treat. Highlight was the balcony with the most amazing view of the ocean. Our kiddos loved eating on the patio and watching whales off on the distance. We fell asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves. We loved having access to the Crocs pool next door but also made good use of the pools at the condo unit. Communication from owner and property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaco.

Absolutely beautiful property & view

The Palms is a beautiful property and is just like the photos. Via taxi we went into town to eat, shop and explore. The property mgmt helped with transport from airport and excursions. We also spent time at Crocs, next door, a beautiful and immaculate property. Some mornings we ate at Crocs (delicious breakfast burrito) other mornings we ate at Soda Raquel, a local spot just a short walk from The Palms. Everyone at both properties were very courteous, and we can’t wait to return to Costa Rica. #puravida

This is a spacious updated, beautiful condo. Would highly recommend. Property manager was available any time of day or night. Perfect!

The condo, location, and amenities were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We saw scarlet macaws and little green parakeets from the balcony. We enjoyed walking the beach. We took a horseback tour and saw monkeys and sloths, and we drove into Manuel Antonio for a day. Relaxing by the pool or at the nearby Crocs pool was a great way to unwind. Definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous time didn’t want to return home. Staff was very accommodating. The only thing our electric went out several times during out stay, which was no fault of staff. Overall would recommend to anyone. Beautiful property with fantastic prices.

What a fasntastic time at this condo , views from the 7th floor like no others ! People would line up on the beach for sunset every night but we had the best view from the largest , well furnished balcony ever ! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Can’t say enough that hasn’t already been said.

Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner 5*! Amenities like pools, decor, even the quality of the towels, 5*! Daily we saw Scarlet macaws at eye level from the amazing 7th floor balcony. Working with the management company, Dream Makers, (Brandon) for transfers, excursions, small maintenance issues and just general information 5*! We enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of the Costa Rican people. We were fortunate to be able to spend the month of January at the condo The country is beautiful, we both agree this was the best vacation

Nice unit with easy access to crocs resorts pool.

Our stay at The Palms in Jaco was outstanding. The beachfront location was terrific for morning walks and spectacular sunsets. The onsite pools made for perfect days spent poolside. The condo was clean well equipped and as described. Highly recommended

The property was exactly what I expected, just as advertised! Beautiful and comfortable, felt like your home. Great communications and assistance with booking excursions. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful condo!

The condo/grounds were beautiful but the blinds in the master suite couldn’t be raised after we lowered them the first night. Also, the landlines were down, the toaster didn’t work and we couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen. We contacted the property manager but these things were never addressed. We enjoyed our stay there, though, very much.

The check in process was different than other VRBO properties, but it seems like they take security pretty seriously so it was fine. Communication was good. The condo was spacious and beautiful inside. Parking is very limited, but we were there during September so I think it was not as crowded as at busier times. The condo was mostly clean, the toilets and refrigerator could have been wiped down before we came, but over all we were super happy with this listing and would definitely recommend it.

We highly recommend anyone visiting the area to check out Manuel Antonio National Park! Our daughter wanted to see Sloths and saw those and many more beautiful wildlife!!!

Every thing was as described

Our family had an incredible time at our condo in Jaco! I've never stayed in a VRBO at the beach that was as clean as this one. The concierge service was wonderful and the only reason I bumped the check in process down to 4 stars is because it was not exactly convenient to have to go into town in person to check in, especially when we were already given our door code. Even so, Brandon made it worth our while and met us at the property to show us around the unit and to answer any questions we had. The only thing I'd recommend for them is to NOT publish a second door code, especially one that is so easy to guess. As a person sleeping in the unit with my kids in the front room, it was a bit unnerving to know that was an option to get in if someone tried to guess. As it was, we felt very safe the entire time we were there and frequented the Crocs pool next door. We discovered Clarita's for breakfast (just a short walk down the beach), El Manglar for breakfast and dinner (just a few minutes walk down the street -- past Crocs), and a poolside restaurant at Crocs where we were able to grab lunch one day. Costa Rica Dream Makers was amazingly helpful, from organizing airport transfer (Pedro was amazing!), to a canopy tour (transportation included) to organizing a rental car to be delivered to us at the condo so we could continue our journey into other parts of Costa Rica. If we are to ever return, I would seek out units that they manage in a heartbeat!

Everything about our first trip to Costa Rica was just perfect. The property was beautiful and the management company was more than helpful in everything we needed. We will certainly try and make this an annual family trip, we all had the best time.

We loved staying in this condo. The views were amazing. The furnishings were in good, clean, condition and we felt very comfortable and cozy here. I'm a clean freak and was very happy with cleanliness when I'm normally not. We loved swimming in the pool and at Crocs next door the guards were so friendly and helpful and we felt very safe. Jaco provided what we needed for our family with young kids so it was a great location. We had the most amazing time boogy boarding right in front of the condo with the boogy boards provided, and the beach chairs were great quality. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! I would absolutely stay here again if we ever get the chance!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo worked out perfectly for our family of 5 and is a hidden gem! It is listed exactly as shown, owner incredibly responsive and wonderful, very friendly staff on and off site, very safe, perfect location, restaurants within walking distance on the beach, amazing view of the beach and sunsets, and the Crocs Resort pool was a plus for all of us to enjoy. Costa Rica Dream Makers booked a last minute private driver and private guide to Manual Antonio Park, and it was an amazing day! We enjoyed surfing on Jaco beach, charter fishing out of Los Suenos Marina, ATV adventures, exploring at Manual Antonio Park, and making memories as a family that we will cherish forever! Thank you for a wonderful stay! A very unforgettable vacation!

The condo and the location on the beach in Jaco was awesome. Beautiful Sunsets every night from our balcony, the best I ever seen. Jaco, a very quaint and safe town was authentic, so you are able to enjoy the Costa Rican culture. Great restaurants on the beach and in town were a fun experience with great food. The owner of the condo and the support company Dreams, were very attentive and not only responded quickly, they arranged transports to and from the airport and day trips. The condo was gated, fully furnished even with Beach towels. This property is right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets and nature. I highly recommend this property to anyone who truly wants a real beachfront experience with the sound of crashing waves and beautiful weather. Perfect!!!

Very good location. View was fantastic. Apartment was as advertised.

The condo is just as it appears on the VRBO site. However, it is impossible to capture the view and surf sounds from the deck, living room and master bedroom. We used our private pool and also had access to the adjacent Crock's property, which includes a larger pool and lounging area, food service/bar and small hotel store. Town was a pleasant walk on the beach or for a night out, a very short Uber or Taxi ride. Outstanding service and friendly drivers. From casual to upscale, we had many dining alternatives, including dine-in with chefs who will prepare and present local specialties in the privacy of the condo. There is NO reason not to relax; it is a total package with the professional assistance of "Dream Makers", a vacation planning company that will assist with every arrangement including the transfers from and to the airport. We appreciate their service and our safe drivers and knowledgeable tour guides. We would do it all again.
