We had a wonderful time at this property in Chandler! The outdoor living and lake environment was exceptional and a much needed break from our bad weather in the Pacific Northwest. We will definitely be back!

This is a very well outfitted home in an incredible setting. The view from the kitchen/great room and master bedroom is so beautiful. The lake is so relaxing, and the ducks and waterfowl are so fun to watch . Preti was very responsive to anything we needed, which was really very little. The neighborhood is very nice, and in our stay of just over a month, we got a chance to meet several neighbors on the street. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this home for a relaxing get away.

This house was more than we expected. The location is very close to the 202 and 101 so easy access to other parts of Phoenix. This was a plus for us. The one floor living for my elderly father was perfect. The showers in both bathrooms had been updated with walk in showers. Perfect for the elderly. New TV in family room was awesome and we enjoyed watching football games and movies. Plenty of space, both outdoors and indoors. We loved it so much we plan to return!

This Chandler home was exactly what we needed. The home was very clean and perfectly cared for in every way. The location is perfect, close to shopping and highways. The recently remodeled bathrooms are beautiful. We loved the patios and lake view. Thanks so much to Preti and the homeowners for making our visit with family everything we had hoped for.

Rented this house for some of our employees to stay in while in Arizona. My guys were very happy.

I didn't book the location for vacation but I would again for the future. Great location and lots of on-site activities, (we enjoyed the pedal boats and pool the most). I was looking for a quiet, peaceful place when choosing this property and it did not disappoint.

This home was extremely clean. I was impressed by the care taken to ensure the home was clean. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions right away. The layout of the home was extremely convenient. The pool was very close and very nice. The backyard provided nice shade and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio. This house is perfect!! We would rent this house again in the future and we would recommend it to others.

Everything from the beginning of our stay to the end was an excellent experience. The place was beautiful, the accommodations were excellent the management were great people! I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 4, two college age kids and parents stayed for a couple weeks over Thanksgiving. The house is very comfortable and roomy for 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked, easy to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The large smart TV in the family room is great for family viewing, plenty of comfortable seating. We loved the lake and outdoor area in the back, spent most of out time there. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra linens and towels. The showers in both bathrooms were recently remodeled and very nice. The water could have been a tad bit warmer for bathing and in the kitchen. It was great having a couple sets of golf clubs to use. The house is in a great location with many restaurants, shopping and hiking areas close by. The WiFi was perfect and necessary as both kids had on line finals. We felt right at home!

The owner was accommodating to a schedule change. Our 7 year old son caught his first fish, a huge catfish. He'll remember this place for a long time!! The only thing I'd mention to those considering renting, the living room TV is dated. We prefer to watch streaming services. This TV was not a Smart TV. We tried using a Roku, but could not get the HDMI-to-Component cables to display clearly. We ended up bringing our own TV over, instead. The bedroom TVs at least have HDMI cables, so could stream from those. If you don't stream, then this won't be an issue.

Everything was in order on arrival and check-in with on-site property manager. Pedal boat was a great way to see the lake and surrounding neighhorhood. Extremely will stocked kitchen, bathrooms and linen closets. Patio well appointed with furniture and various shady areas. Very comfortable for 4 or 6 people.

We stayed a month in March 2016 and really enjoyed this property! It has everything you need for a great home away from home experience. The lakeside setting with covered patios and beautiful green lawn is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunsets. The Pecos Ranch neighborhood is lovely and has great walking paths. Easy location with grocery very near by. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a nice home base for a vacation in Arizona. Great manager and we appreciated the nice welcome basket of goodies.

We spent over a month in this home and we highly recommend it to either a family or a couple. You are just a few minutes from anything you may need or want but the neighborhood feels insulated from the traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable. We were most pleased with our stay and the high quality service and attention provided by Pound Realty.

This house made for a perfect home away from home. From our arrival with a great gift basket to the house being thoroughly explained to us by a very cordial manager. Great location for getting access to freeways and close shopping and restuarants. Also was perfect for our children and grandchildren visiting with a pack and play plus hi-chair. They got to enjoy the pond actually caught a couple of fish and the ducks and geese visiting every morning.

Spent the month of February '15 in this comfortable home, and couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice of this property. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet. The setting on the lake is serene and added to the pleasure of having an evening glass of wine on the patio. Very accommodating owner/host. Would be difficult to find fault with any aspect of this vacation rental.

A bunch of buddies and I wanted to get away from the old ball and chain but decided we are not 21 again. We wanted to go to the Casino but not stay at the Casino and we found this place. The house was perfect for lounging around and relaxing. The floor plan allows for some privacy (if needed) ;). It was a great comfortable time with friends and We all came home winners. Literally and figuratively: we all won at the Casino (really close) and the house was so perfect. We will be back!!

My family was displaced by a fire which caused enough damage that made the house unhabitable. The insurance company wanted the 3 of us (we have a son) to stay at a hotel while our Home was repaired. I was unable to wrap my mind of living out of a hotel room for a long period of time. I found this cozy home on VRBO.com and told my husband we needed to rent this place. Let me tell you, my husband at first was against spending more money for living then the insurance was allocating but I told him we could write off the difference on our taxes. The day we moved in, we felt right at home. Being from Arizona and the same area, I can tell you if you want a True Arizona experience this house is for you. The sleep we got on the comfortable beds alone was worth the expense. We have never had a lake in our yard and when it was time to move out (3 1/2 months) my Husband and Son did Not want to leave. The bonding they got in the back yard fishing, provided memories forever. I can tell you the kitchen is perfect for Moms and the house has everything a hotel does not for an extended stay. Since we moved back in Our home, I have had numerous friends and relatives stay here instead of a hotel (most were looking to buy a home in the area and stayed while looking at the real estate. I actually have talked to my husband about trying to find a home in the area to buy and move to that has the same amenities as this house. Wish this one was on the market, it would be an easy move! God for bid we have another family emergency we would no questions asked stay here. Sorry for the rant but the owners of this house helped my family and I through the hardest time of our lives and i felt it was my duty to write such a long review.

My husband and I love traveling to Arizona, and I think after our fifth time there we found the place we will be staying every time. This house is unbelievable and at such a reasonable price. Comfortable beds and clean all around. The community is gorgeous and allows you time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. I even enjoyed fishing with my husband, probably because it was right in the backyard! My husband enjoyed all the golf courses in the area while I relaxed at the pool. Definitely will be a return customer................that is if I do not buy a house in this community! That's how much we loved this place.
