Booked this house for a family of 10 and this house was perfect for us! With the pool, the hottub, the swing, ping pong table, bbq grill and such a large yard, there was something for everybody! the kitchen was nicely stocked with every day needs. It is just a short distance to disneyland, grocery store and walmart or target. The beach is only 25 minutes away. Altho we had zero issues at the house i did touch base with the host and she was always quick to respond. We will definetly try and book this house again when we go back to disneyland!

We loved staying here! Great space and everything you need! There were a few issues but they were quickly rectified. Communication and response time was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious and clean. Easy Uber to Disneyland. You can see the fireworks from the front yead. Host was responsive!

Clean family place great with pool

The property is great. It was very clean and I had no problem with the property other than the pool. I did think paying $100/day is excessive to have the pool heated. And if you want the hot tub, you pay an additional fee (I think). The ambient temperature was too cool, so we couldn’t use the pool. When offered the hot tub, it sounded like there are kinks with the hot tub, so I skipped. I’m not sure what gas’s prices are in the SoCal area, but most rental unit I have used will charge a large up front fee to get it to the temperature, but after the price is normally $20/day…at least in Palm Springs. They did refund the other days I was supposed to have the pool heated and they were very attentive. Overall a great location if you are going to Disneyland. If I would have realized how close, I probably would have found a ride share rather than prepaying the parking. The living room couches were so comfortable and there wasn’t lint/junk between the cushion, which I was very happy. Again, I thought it was a very clean property. I will defiantly book this property again. On one final item, check out was at 10AM. I was with my parent and nephew, so I know it wouldn’t be a problem, but 10AM is a bit early to ask people to leave the property. 11AM is pretty normal, but again, I would stay there again. Last call-out, I would recommend putting a sticker on the recycling versus garbage, the two bins looked very similar—maybe I’m color blind, but I could tell the difference. We were in town to marry off our daughter. A lot to do and needed a good, helpful and relaxing space Positives: huge yard, lots of space, responsive owner to ALL the concerns. Negatives: The house smelled bad all week, beds are extremely hard, had to deal with a TV and remotes that ended up never working right, dealt with ants even when we were vigilant to not leave things out, dishwasher did not work properly, no ice maker, had to RENT from owner a high chair and a pac n play 😠, property security gate broken entire week, one couch did not recline, NOT enough outlets that work, kitchen is very ill equipped. Owner responded to my msgs but none of these issues were fixed. If you are coming to town to go to Disneyland and not spend a lot of time in or cook in the house, then it’s the house for you (if you can sleep on the beds).

The house was clean and a good remodel, but needs new windows throughout as many were inoperable or didn’t shut all the way. The yard was absolutely gigantic and I wished we would have booked more time to just relax at the house with our family.

The property was very spacious and and updated. However, the property was COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. We found crumbs and hair in the top bunk, and a dirty sock in a twin bed. We took pictures but that wasn't enough proof for the landlord, he refused to give us back our cleaning fee of $250 for a $2600 stay. Had to refill all the soap bottles as they were empty, ran out of toilet paper (they didn't supply extras), showed up and a conditioner bottle was empty (not a big deal but just on top of everything), the shower mat in the master bathroom had hair and dirt around suction cups and left us 3 garbage bags for a 6 day stay. Harrassed me when I contacted him about the state of the house. Repeatedly called me a liar even though I had photo proof said since the beds had our stuff on them and body imprints it was our mess. Wouldn't the body imprints prove our point that it the sheets were not changed? But I guess not to him. Don't know why he wasn't upset, because the cleaning company I am sure he is paying to clean the house, is not doing what he is paying them to do. I have 5 stars as a guest from the other places I have stayed so this isn't just me being a bad guest. If this still doesn't detract you from staying, call him IMMEDIATELY when you see an issue. Do not move another inch, if you have to put the kids back in the car so they don't disturb anything DO IT, as he will say it is your mess. Do not unload, do a NEAT walk through to make sure everything is clean. Good luck.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful house and pool. Great location! Close to Disneyland. We watched fireworks each night from the front yard.

We were in town for business at the Anaheim convention center. The house was perfectly located, spacious and clean. Perfect for our group but would also be perfect for families traveling with kids.

House , yard, pool was great for our family !! We spent most of our time at Disneyland. But time spent spent at house was great. Only negative: laminate floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes/slippers or our feet/ socks would be black on bottom. Had to be careful with younger children using hot water as it was so hot they could get burned in shower. Kitchen/dining was well equipped and great size for our family. Fun to pick grapefruit in yard to eat. Nice to have vaccum and steam mop to clean after meals. Thank you for sharing your home for our family !!

Everything was as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable!!! Zero problems great location! Great price! I highly recommend this property!
