Hôtel très simple au niveau des chambres mais largement suffisant. Il est pensé pour les familles avec les deux piscines, la laverie, le parking etc. Proximité de Disney très pratique également

We loved that it's so close to Disneyland!!! The store that is on site had everything we needed last minute!! I had read some negative reviews thar the economy rooms were not the best and I was concerned but we were in building 6 and our room was perfect, roomy, comfy, and clean!!!! We asked for 1st floor due to me having knee problems and they made it happen!! We then requested that my family's room be near ours, they were able to put us in adjoining rooms and couldn't be more perfect!! Staff was friendly, and helpful and made us feel welcomed!!

The only bummer was the little pool for toddlers was blocked out and the bigger slide for whatever reason so my grandson couldn't play there but still super fun it didn't matter!!

Distance to Disney, pool, good convenience store in building, welcoming, quiet, comfy, BUNK BEDS!!! Such a great landing point.

No water refill station outside of pool, which had specific hours. Would have loved some better breakfast options from the convenience store for quick reheating in the morning. Need better coffee. Just a coffee and water station in the lobby would have been amazing.

Camas muy aguadas aunque parecían nuevas no tuve un buen descanso en ellas. El clima no enfriaba lo suficiente. Las paredes parecen de papel TODO se escuchaba y su staff de limpieza hablaba a los gritos en los pasillos desde las 7am en DOMINGO! No respetando el descanso de sus huespedes. 2 elevadores 1 sin funcionar. Tarde mas de 5 minutos para bajar mi equipaje en el checkout. Dijeron que tenian personal que hablaba español. No fue asi, al menos no en recepcion ni al checkin ni al checkout. Parecia una buena opcion relacion costo/beneficio pero finalmente no me pareció asi. Hay mas hoteles de ese nivel en la misma zona.

Front desk (Edwin) not very service oriented or welcoming. Room had a humid smell and had to call to have bathroom cleaned. Insisted we wait instead of assigning different room

Spacious room, comfort beds, all clean. Good location, walking distance to Disneyland.

The room doesn't offer a great view of the park. Only a small glimpse of Tomorrowland is visible through some trees. There were no fireworks during our stay, but I wonder if I would have been able to see any if there were. The room is not soundproof and it became quite noisy during the night due to the traffic noise from the street. The air conditioning was also loud, especially because of a loose metal plate that made an extra sound while it was working.. The room is bright during the day, but light seeps in at night due to the lack of curtains on the upper windows. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise and light.

Very convenient, helpful staff and comfortable rooms with space. Very clean and friendly.

It was close to Disneyland.

The layout, DoorDash wasn’t allowed to drive to our building which is in the back of the property. So I had to walk outside all the way to the front.

Nos fueron a tocar 2 veces la puerta como a las 8 am , sabiendo que nos tenemos que ir a las 11 am . En realidad nos salimos a las 9:30 del hotel porque sentimos que nos apuraban

The retro Future Suite was super cute. The family slept comfortably and the location for our three days at Disneyland was perfect.

this is the only thing i liked in this room - a distance of 10 min. walking from the Disneyland park.

the windows in the rooms were huge and the sun woke us up very early in the morning + had lots of noise from the main road which made me sleep sooooo bad :( Pool regulations so weird.

All of the staff were very friendly from the beginning. They helped us throughout our stay with my large party coordination and such. They were also very communicative and went above and beyond to support our needs. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how clean our joint room was, and the space it provided me and my large party with. I also appreciated the sanitizing stations throughout the building.

The water playground was fantastic the kids had a blast, and right down the street made it so convenient for disney. We're able to see the fireworks from our room.

Loved everything about the hotel, me and the family will continue to stay when we get the chance

This was such a family friendly hotel, our boys loved playing in the pirate water park. We also received a familymoon hamper which they put together to recognise our honeymoon. So welcoming and family friendly. The room was large and clean perfect for families.
