A truly great property within walking distance of the beach and Carlsbad Village. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our family vacation!

The property is in great condition and it quite spacious. It is comfortable and has all that you might need for your stay, including a large selection of beach gear. The host is very communicative and helpful.

We love staying here and any questions that we had were quickly answered by Nancy. The whole process is smooth and uncomplicated. Such a beautiful home!

We can't say enough good things about this property! It was perfect for our spring break trip, and we had plenty of room for two families (parents and teenagers). The location is fantastic, only minutes from the beach and from the village. We walked everywhere! Nancy was so great with communication, and she thought of everything. The rooftop deck was icing on the cake, we loved it up there. The storage room has every beach item you can imagine. We loved the two living areas and huge kitchen with all the amenities. The house was very clean, and we can't say enough how helpful Nancy was with any questions or concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this awesome property! I already miss having my morning coffee on the rooftop deck....

We stayed in Nancy’s place for a week with an extended family group. The condo is very spacious and we never felt cramped. We couldn’t find a few things when we arrived and Nancy responded immediately to help. There’s a play kitchen in the kids bedroom and some other toys scattered throughout the house which was a nice touch for our young kids. The weather didn’t cooperate, so we weren’t able to use the rooftop, but being a few blocks from the beach was great to explore in between the rain!

2 living rooms was a great separation. Across the street from best breakfast spot. Great time and great communication.

Beaches, golf, shopping and many other attractions and activities are close by and easy to access. This property is adjacent to Carlsbad Village with plenty of options for shopping and dining. It was a little cool for swimming but the beach was only a couple of minutes walk away and goes for miles in both directions. We appreciated how well the condo was equipped for day to day living. Lots of space indoors and the roof top deck was exceptional with plenty of heaters if the weather is on the the cooler side. It was also very well stocked with the day to day essential supplies. Our host Nancy was always very timely with her communications and checked in several times to see how things were going. Great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Fabulous vacation rental. Perfect location-close to beach, shops, Restaurants, light rail. Plenty of room for the whole family. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

our family of 5 loved our stay! more than enough room for all of us. everything you need is available, including all you need to go to the beach! umbrellas, boards, toys, and wagons to haul it all back and forth. the beach is a short walk away. surrounded by a ton of fun food options nearby. I would definitely look to stay here again when visiting Carlsbad

We have stayed at various places in Carlsbad for 12 years and this is the cleanest and best maintained home we have stayed in. Great location.

We had a wonderful family reunion/vacation at Nancy's home in Carlsbad. Everything was perfect. There were plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and toys. She also has coolers to use. We thought the location was the best, equally distant from the beach to the village (only a 5 minute walk to either). The house is perfect for our group of 8 adults and 1 child. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with spices and plenty of pots and pans to choose from. The rooftop deck was perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy an after beach drink and watch the sky turn red at sunset and the firepit added ambiance. We enjoyed our time here very much and hope to return. We'd recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our time in Carlsbad and at this property. It was perfect for our group of 8 and the vast amount of space allowed us to all enjoy our trip without being on top of one another. The two living rooms, rooftop deck, separation of bedrooms, and massive kitchen were all amazing. We very much appreciated all of the beach gear (including wagons and coolers!) and enjoyed the short walk that kicked off our days at the beach. The location can’t be beat and questions were answered nearly immediately and with a level of professionalism you typically don’t find when renting a VRBO. Absolutely wonderful vacation and perfect place to stay!

Nancy has a great property that is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with our children and loved the location to the beach and the restaurants in the village.

I would not, however, recommend this condo if you have any issues with climbing stairs...though the rooftop deck, with a view of the ocean, is worth every stair step!

The layout of the rooms was perfect for our family of eight, three couples and two children (9 and 11). The amenities were generous. There was not one thing that we wished for that was not available for our use. The rooftop deck was the most wonderful feature. We sat up there in comfort every evening with the heater and fire pit on and could enjoy the ocean view. The storage room with all the beach toys and beach chairs was perfect. The kids loved boogie boarding in the ocean every day. The location is also wonderful. You are so close to the beach (a short block away) and the village with so many restaurants and shops that you really don't need to drive anywhere. The two car garage was a real bonus because parking for the beach can be tricky. We are really looking forward to our next trip to the Carlsbad Village property!
