This property is full of lake character and is amazing for a family weekend at FLNY! The host is attentive, and the property is spacious and comfortable. This is highly recommended for a FLNY visit! We will want to enjoy the hosts home and hospitality again!

The property was great. We loved the front porch and the firepit area. Owners responded promptly to our questions. I would love to stay here again!

The house is charming. Spacious dining areas inside and out. Gorgeous kitchen with the fanciest stove I have ever used. There were a variety of food supplies in the cupboards, nice if you forgot something. The upstairs living room was a nice place to relax together. We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids (3 and 1 year old) and they had plenty of room to play and have fun. 5 bedrooms were great, allowing people to have their own space. The yard is big, lots of room to run around with the kids. We enjoyed the large fire pit at night, having s’mores, pizza pies and a lot of laughs. Findley Lake is across the street, with a nice dock area and easy access to the water with built in stairs. The water is shallow at shore so our 3yr old nephew could stand and collect seaweed. There is a floating mat which we didn’t use too much (the geese land there overnight and create a mess). Steve and Julie were so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We had a few adventures (power outage and washing machine issues) but Steve was quick to help out. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property.

The name of the place couldn't have been more accurate: Just Another Day In Paradise. We spent a very nice week together as a family, ages ranging from 3 months to 50. A lot of time was spent outdoors fishing from the dock (recommend worms), sitting by a bon fire (Steve built a very nice first night welcome fire), or taking in the view of the lake from the front porch. We swam a little bit, but the weather was a little too chilly at the end of August to do so every day. Had we been able to make it earlier in the summer, we definitely would have swam more. The house had all the amenities you should need for a week away--we loved the commercial stove and oven! The little town is quaint and cute and has some really unique stores. The only thing we found to be the biggest downfall for our family specifically was the road. The road is very busy and right out front. There are tractor trailers and dump trucks that speed on that road constantly, making it very nerve-wracking with little kids and dogs. Steve said this is something the town board is trying to solve, fingers crossed!

We had a fantastic stay!!The cottage was spacious and we loved the lake view. Steve and Julie were fabulous hosts!! We look forward to staying again next year.

The house and location is great! We had a wonderful time with family. Its in walking distance from ice cream shop. The fire pit was great place to set and visit everynight. Good time for us all.

We had a wonderful 2 days in this adorable lake side cottage.There was plenty of room and well- stocked kitchen.

Everything was wonderful. Julie was very communicative. Even after they advised their grill caught fire the day before our trip but went out and immediately purchased a new one so that we would have it for our weekend was impressive. We enjoyed the fire pit, deck and dock to fish off of. As well as the fully stocked kitchen. This house made my husband’s birthday celebration spectacular!

Very fun property in a great location. Beautiful view across the lake. Close to some shopping which we did. Nice eating accommodations. Very eclectic decor. Wish it had been a little warmer and a little sunnier so we could have enjoyed the firepit and the dock area.

The house was well equipped and very clean. Great location to head to either Erie PA or Chautauqua lake. We will be back to this rental again next year!

House is as advertised, plenty of room for 10 adults! Had a great time!

We had an out of town family wedding close to Christmas so we had Christmas brunch the morning before the wedding. The living room was a perfect set up for everyone to see the grandparents open their gifts. The stay was comfortable and we would definitely recommend this site to others.

This house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and the whole house was decorated so nicely and inviting. The location was good We stayed 5 nights which was absolutely perfect. There is a nice size fire pit with plenty of seating capacity. The owner was friendly and helpful Overall we would definitely recommend this house.

Booked this place for a bachelor party. The guests were blown away by the dock space/amenities, deck and backyard patio. The owners were super communicative and very accommodating. I’ll be coming back with my family next time!

Our family needed a quiet place with a beautiful view that took pets. We got it at this beautiful location. The little town of Mina is a well kept secret. The shops are quaint and the local ice cream shop a delight. Our cabin was spacious and comfortable. The owners Steve and Julie were very accessible via email and they were helpful. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock. Highly recommend!!!

Can't beat the outside areas. The front deck, the fire pit patio and the dock all with lake views. The house has plenty of room in the livingroom for rainy days where you still have Lake views from the front windows. We enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle boat and lily pad that was available. Definitely a little piece of paradise. ❤ Owners was Great host.

This place had everything we needed and so much more. The yard space was wonderful for the kids and the dogs to play. The large dining table on the front deck meant sunset dinners and morning coffee with great views. The fire pit also has amazing views of the water. We come to see and be near the lake, this place delivers.

We had a great time, the house is well furnished and stocked and the property manager responded very quickly to our questions. It’s right across the lake and we all had a great time taking the kayaks and canoe out. This is a great place if you’re looking for a small lake vacation.

We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was on point and owners were available when we needed them. Enjoyed our time at Findley Lake. The home's proximity to Erie, PA was perfect for our travels.

This lake house was better than we hoped. The owners were very quick to respond with anything I needed to reach out for and we felt like we owned the place once we settled in. Side note: The shower downstairs is fantastic. It was the relaxing departure we all needed. We all agree that we Would live there year round if we could. It rained every day we were there but we still found plenty of ways to enjoy ourselves. Hiking trails out Back and a nice fire pit area, natural gas grill and some killer cast iron pans for grilling. All we needed to bring was food and wine.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was right for us and some of our family. We liked the decor of the house, very suitable for right close to the lake. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again if we needed a place in the area!

Great place right on the water with plenty of bedrooms for everyone! We went in the winter to go skiing at peak and peak and it was less than 10 minutes away which was great! The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with! Very homey and they made sure to provide a pamphlet with everything from checking in/out to restaurant recommendations. Would stay with them again!
