Our family had a wonderful stay at this rental. It is a perfect walkable location. The space was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would love the opportunity to stay again!

Our daughter is a university student in the area and we wanted to escape Canadian winter and also spend a few days of her spring break with her. This beach cottage was perfect. It was comfortable and cozy and in the most beautiful little town. We were so glad to be able to prepare and enjoy our own meals while enjoying the sunset over the balcony. The house was stocked with everything needed and was perfectly clean. We loved being able to take towels and chairs down to the ocean each morning—watching the surfers while sipping coffee and digging our toes in the hot sand. Sam Clemente felt quiet and sleepy in comparison to the other beaches we went to this weekend. It felt like it could be home and this retreat offered everything we needed to pretend that it was. Thank you, Janelle, for your hospitality and sharing your home with us.

Great area of San Clemente to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and Janelle was very responsive when I had questions. We didn't wind up using any of the beach things, but we were impressed with what was available! Plenty of space in the driveway for parking our car, but there were also times we didn't need to drive as the beach walking path and restaurants were so close. Everything was great.

Clean unit in a great location for our visit. We were in town for a wedding at The Casino which is a 2 minute drive. Easy check in and prompt communication from Janelle. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect location between LA and San Diego. Space was laid out well so we could work remote with no issues. Host was wonderful and space was as described in listing.

We fell in love with San Clemente and the apartment was perfect! It was only a few minutes drive to the beach or downtown and had everything we needed. Janelle answered any questions we had quickly and provided beach towels, toys, boogie boards, etc. We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was an awrsome location, peaceful, clean and stocked well with all kinds of fun beach gear. Janelle was super hospitable and communicative. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely look forward to going back.

This home was just as it was described. Perfect location, spacious, well decorated. It was perfect for my wife and I. the children’s accessories: the high chair, and the crib, were well used. Made hosting our grandson Super easy. Highly recommend

I shouldn’t really praise this property because everyone will want to stay there and we’ll need to find another place. This place is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to stay-in meals. Just a short drive to wonderful restaurants in San Clemente, Dana Point, SJC and Laguna Beach. We’ll be back!!!!! Very nice place to stay at in San Clemente. Was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach ,stairs are steep though, but who doesn't need a little bit of a workout. Having a spot to park in driveway is a plus. The owners live next door and are very nice.

We enjoyed how comfortable and clean it is. Thank you for providing the essentials ready at hand like towels and blankets and coffee pods. Very nice location for us to drive to different areas like Hollywood and more south to San Diego for a business meeting.

Great place to stay. The owners are very friendly and very flexible. We stayed to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in the USMC, being a cook I think it was well stocked and one the best kitchens for VRBO. Thanks for the great stay!

Janelle's place was perfect for me and my son's annual surfing trip. We like for a place to feel like home. And we like to try to live like locals. We love comfy beds, a place to prepare simple meals, cozy spot t watch some TV at night and recover from days at the beach. And freindly host:)
