My wife and I enjoy the quiet time at Navarre Beach between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were very comfortable in 15C. Patti was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Was a wonderful place to stay. Very easy to arrange my vacation. Ability to make payment was secure and easy to do. Loved the balcony patio. Only negative comment; could have used a good dusting e.g. ceiling fans!

Very nice condo. The sleeping arrangements are great. The double bunk beds for my grandkids was perfect.

Property itself is great. Well maintained, clean, great pool size and cleanliness. Very easy access to beach, good showers for rinsing and a separate hose for beach stuff. Condo was very spacious, comfortable, with a fantastic balcony.

Everything went really well! In comparison to the condo we stay at the pearl every year, this condo needed a deep cleaning. The owner was fantastic and quick to respond. Condo was accommodating to our large group that included 2 kids under 5.

We spent our 1st week in Disney World; then the 2nd week we wanted quiet family time on the beach - and we got it here! We absolutely LOVED ❤️ This Condo!! BEAUTIFUL, EVERYTHING you need, we even had decent weather, a little warm; but we were together - Who Cares!! Our son was kind enough to get up every morning at 5 to secure a spot on the beach. It’s a shame the beach service feels the need to take over so much of the area directly in front of the condo, and we need to walk farther - something is not right with that? That was about the only negative I can think of. We love this area. Hope to get back sooner! Thank you!

We loved our stay at The Calypso. The pictures don't do this condo justice. The floors were immaculate, which is hard to do while living amongst the sand. The view was amazing, and my kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The worst part about our stay was that we had to leave. I appreciate the other review about the parking space being tight. We ended up parking at the top and had no problem. Thanks again for sharing this little slice of heaven with us, Patti!

I chose this location because of the beautiful view it seemed to have in the listing. It did not disappoint! The deck is large but there are only 4 chairs available for outside seating. I knew that ahead of time as I reached out to Patti who answered quickly (which she did through the end of our stay), so we brought 2 camping chairs with us. Plenty of space for me, my 3 children (11,14,17), my mother, my brother and his wife (I slept in the bunk room with my girls). Fitness room was perfect to keep up my workout throughout the week. We rented a large umbrella and chairs for the beach 2 days of our stay and it made it so much easier, definitely worth the cost. Pool was too cold during our week there but we spent almost every day at the beach. Took one day to go into Pensacola and to visit Fort Pickens which is a beautiful drive. Enjoyed a dinner at Johnny Huston’s, one lunch at the Copper Bull and then a final breakfast at Alphie’s Catfish House (have the cinnamon roll pancakes, you won’t be disappointed). Kids loved the Snow-ball shack immediately across the bridge, especially the stuffed snow cones. We preferred parking at the top of the parking garage only because the assigned spot is very tight if someone is parked next to you. We bought a soft luggage topper for our car (a small suv) because we were concerned about parking with a hard shell top. Found there were a couple spots that were hard shell friendly on the side of the building, but there were very few of those available so keep that in mind (that and the height had to be a minimum of 7’1” if I remember correctly). All in all, condo was absolutely perfect for us, location was amazing and Patti is terrific. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our large family. Loved being right on the beach and close to the pier. One thing that was difficult was getting to and from the condo in the weekend, which I know is out of your control, but more if a heads up for other renters. Once we realized it, we planned ahead and didn’t leave. Overall we loved our stay!

We have stayed at a few different condos and by far this was the best value. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the beach was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this property. Everything was well stocked (with anything you’d need in the kitchen and even things like nightlights and extra batteries for smoke detectors) and ready for us to just relax. Views were gorgeous and everything was exactly as advertised. Furniture was comfy and residents in the building were friendly and beach was great. Only possible improvements we could think of would be to get a king bed for the master and more furniture on the balcony but all in all, amazing property and we hope to return.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our experience with Patti was also wonderful. We had a issue with the AC and she jumped on it immediately and got it fixed! I can’t even say how wonderful she was in helping us! The condo was beautiful! We loved staying! The bunk room was perfect for the kids. A couple suggestions: Bring some type of non slip material for the showers off the bunk room and the master. We had a few falls in the shower because it was so slick. Also, if you’ve got super thick hair (which me and my girls do) be prepared to spend some time trying to get the soap out of your hair from the master shower head. Other than those two nit picky things, it was great! We highly recommend this unit and Patti!

We LOVED the bike room- kept us from dragging all of our sandy beach stuff up to the room! The pool was also huge and clean and refreshing. Only suggestion would be to make sure to bring some comfy beach chairs bc the chairs/umbrellas that are often included with condos were not with this one and we had a hard time getting one each day. Highly recommend this property!

Our unit was very nice, spacious, and clean. I called the owner a couple times with questions and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Navarre Beach!

We loved everything about Patti’s condo. The place was spotless and exactly like the pictures. Rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Nothing could beat the view from the balcony though! Communication was great. We had one small issue with the smoke detectors going off and Patti was super quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Arriving at Patti's Calypso condo not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless and simple the process was. The unit was everything and more as advertised. The view from the balcony was amazing as was the white sand and walks on the beach. Patti is an AWESOME southern gal that responds with your questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Can't wait to go back

The building and the condo itself are both very nice. The view is amazing, both from the balcony and from the master bedroom. You can watch the sunrise right from your bed! Having three bathrooms was fantastic - we had our mother-in-law with us and she basically had her own suite. Patti was very responsive and helpful. I sent a question while we were on the way there and she responded right away. There was also a plumbing repair happening in the building while we were there and she contacted us multiple times to make sure we were aware and prepared for it. Would definitely stay here and/or rent from Patti again!
