We were in town for June Jam. It was very close to everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin is very nice. We would stay here again.

Even better than the pictures & the host responded to a personal request almost immediately.

Truly enjoyed our long weekend to celebrate our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Did some site seeing and Antique shopping. Loved the Rest Easy. Definitely will stay again and hopefully soon.

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful, cozy cabin!! The pictures do not give it justice!! It had everything. The fireplaces were awesome!! We had the most relaxing week at this place and didnt want to leave. Will definitely book this again!!

Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Location was easy to find and was very quiet except for barking neighborhood dog but that wasn't a big deal. The only drawback was there were no trash bags available to take the trash out so we used our grocery bags and the dishes were dirty and had to be washed to be used. Also, not a huge deal but it would have been a 5 star review all the way around if not for these minor things.

Great cabin in the woods, yet close to everything! Extremely clean and well-stocked. Screened back porch was perfect for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. Small issue getting connected to internet, but property manager very quick to respond and issue resolved quickly. Highly recommend this property!

...as if you were 'camping out' including TP, coffee & filters for the pot, and blankets. The home was clean enough. The beds are softer than we like. Unfortunately, neighborhood dogs barked non-stop during the day ~ and my only concern (as a DOG LOVER) was that they were NOT CHAINED UP on the property behind the home without water and food, etc. The neighbor's GENERATOR was extremely noisy and started up loudly every few hours all day and night. THE BACK PORCH with the fireplace was the best part of the home.

I absolutely loved the house I stayed in. And Mentone is the neatest quaint town near fabulous outdoor activities. Loved it!

Overall it was a great stay and we would go back for the price. Property is in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of 3 and our dog. Our phones had no service and internet was a major issue the whole trip. The 5G only worked 1 morning out of our entire 3 days there. The regular Internet either didn’t work or was so painfully slow you couldn’t do much on it. There were some minor maintenance issues we messaged the property manager about after we left (no service to communicate while we were there). They did not respond however, so hopefully they got the info. Overall is a great cabin for the price and being so close to downtown Mentone!

I go to Mentone a couple times each year and this is my 3rd stay in this cabin. It is absolutely òne of my favorite places to stay. The location is great and super close to everything, yet secluded just enough. It is perfect for a little R&R.

Cabin was very clean, easy to find and close to nearby shops. In a cul de sac so no traffic! If there was something we werent intirely happy with were the firm mattresses. They made it hard for us to sleep comfortably but maybe because we are used to a soft, plush king bed. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed some much needed quiet time. The cabin was perfect for my adult daughter and me. Everything was exactly as described, and communication was prompt and informative. Highly recommend for a fall getaway!

Really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Everything was in good order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Although the foliage was not so good this year because of the drought, the stay was lovely. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace every evening in the cozy family room. We loved having a big black cast iron skillet to fry fish in one night. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable. We were able get to the Market in just minutes but we still had the feeling of being "out in the woods."

House is great for 2 couples. Has 2 suites and they are on different floors so you Get to spend time together and still have privacy. To us the back porch and that big fireplace was the best part. We built many fires and spent a lot of time visiting by the fire. Very clean and very close to town. Real easy to find. Wish we had known in advance there was 2 coffee makers so we could have brought some coffee pods. Highly recommend staying here!

The dwelling was located in the perfect spot for Mentone stay, but could use some TLC. Back porch screen door was busted completely through which provided no security from woodsy critters. Removed frying pan from underneath cabinet to find it had food crusted and stuck in pan…disgusting! Back porch hammock cloth was mildewed. Downstairs bedroom toilet leaks water into bowl continuously which was annoying trying to sleep. Ceiling fan blades were dusty. Upstairs bathroom mirror frame was broken. The house has a wonderful modern rustic interior and floor plan, just needs some attention. A little TLC “maintenance and cleanliness” would’ve made this Mentone cabin a much better stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this charming cabin. The craftsmanship and design are captivating. The screened porch and fireplace gave us great living space for board games and easy conversation in front of a beautiful fire. We were so comfortable that we played until 3:00 AM! Needed midnight coffee and cherry pie for that night! Of course morning coffee with a living room fire was an easy way to start the day. Kids joined us for a couple nights with their 6-week old daughter. They used the upstairs bedroom and the cubby room was perfect for all baby needs. Cabin is well stocked and very comfortable. We ordered a 1/2 truckload of wood for a week stay. It was there when we arrived. All appliances and utensils you might need are available. Our only negative was lack of cell service. However we were able to call using WIFI. Property manager is very welcoming and responsive to questions. The owner is also attentive and a wonderful host. A well appointed “get-away”! We are already planning another visit.

Perfect location. Cabin was clean, well stocked, cozy, can not complain about one thing. Mentone was awesome. We were there for the longest yard sale. Google that, this cabin is close to it all. We loved the cabin and the town.

4 nights. Really nice comfortable home. I was able to relax and that was important.

Rest Easy was an absolutely wonderful place in which to vacation! Upon entering this lovely home, we noticed how clean it looked and smelled. As we unpacked and prepared supper in the spacious kitchen, we were pleased to find everything we needed. During our week-long stay, we were able to enjoy the relaxing back porch, the fire-pit, and the comfy living room and bedrooms, each with large screen TVs. It was nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom, along with a separate half bath/laundry room. Rest Easy is situated in a quiet little community which made it a safe place in which to take daily walks with our pup. This home is conveniently located near state parks and a national preserve, so we took advantage of some hiking opportunities! We took scenic drives and even did some shopping in the nearby stores. We would definitely like to return to Rest Easy in the future!
