Our family fully enjoyed our second stay at Ocean’s Trail! As a chef, I truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and the entire house was. I love how well organized it was. We were able to utilize the clam guns and nets in the garage game room and even the weather cooperated. We highly recommend this property and look forward to trying other properties owned by Toby. We were a large multi-generational family group (3 to 60) and this was perfect! Things were clean, well organized and there were plenty of games and yard activities to enjoy together as well as outdoor areas if folks needed a bit of quiet alone time to recharge. I can’t say enough about the host, who was always responsive. 10/10 would stay there again

I absolutely loved the location and the house. Just perfect for a friends vacation. Had so many activities to keep the kids and adults busy: board games, video games, yard games, beach, town, and don't forget the hot tub. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. House was very clean and organized, and had a lot more amenities than any other place I've stayed. Absolutely would come back again.

This home matches the pictures! Beautiful and comfortable. The house is well equipped and “user friendly”. We were able to cook and enjoy meals together at the large dining table. We made good use of the game room! We were thrilled to watch the resident eagles along the beach. Check in was easy. We will be back!

Beautiful. Almost everything you could mess. High-end. Comfortable.

This was our second year of staying in Ocean Trail, a beautiful home on Long Beach Peninsula. Our group consisted of four adults and three children under four years old. It rained throughout our stay (with occasional sun breaks), but we always had plenty to keep us occupied. With a game room and TVs in every room, as well as Easter prep, we stayed busy. The kitchen is fantastic with several types of coffee machines, as well as many other machines for any purpose you might imagine (juicer, tea, mixer, toaster, waffle maker, etc.). At night we adjourned to our upstairs primary suite with a glass of wine to sit in the Scandinavian lounge chairs and watch the sunset. Very relaxing. There were more than enough bedrooms for our group. There are many beautiful houseplants throughout. We look forward to a vacation here next year.

We have stayed at many rental houses over many years and this was by far the top one. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you can imagine, even dog toys, and a dog game. All of the appliances are top end and everything is labeled so you know exactly where things go. There are televisions everywhere in the house, the beds were very comfortable, the game room was a great hit with our teenage grandsons as well as us older folks. It’s also in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach. I give it the highest rating, and do not hesitate in recommending it to others. Thank you, Toby, for such a pleasant stay .

Husband and I stayed here with a group of friends for new years and it was an excellent spot for us! It’s a short walk to the beach, the hot tub is in a spot where you actually want to hang out and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely book here again.

This was the home we choose for our Christmas family gathering (10 of us). My goodness, what a well designed space for everyone! The kitchen has everything...I mean everything and so organized. I only wish my own kitchen was half as organized. The bedrooms have the most comfy beds, the 2 large master suites were wonderful. The only down side was the weather. The rain, wind, cold and one night the power went out ! There was a major winter storm that was blowing through, but we all felt safe and well protected in this beautiful home. Some day we hope to actually spend time on the beach...no one can predict the weather, but this home and the great communication from Toby was nothing but top notch!

We had a great family vacation! The location as well as the house and amenities were perfect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Everything was organized and easy to find/use. My 2 grandsons (8 yr olds) loved going to the beach every day followed by an outdoor shower & hot tub time. The adults enjoyed that too! Thank you Toby!

The home was perfect for our annual family vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. The home is very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Great beach access, fire pit and game rooms.

property was nice and spacious. However, it did some simple up keep maintenance. The outside sprinkler system was set to go off during the day, all day long, which was very annoying, and disruptive to those playing and relaxing outdoors.

Aside from the fact that this is a beautiful home, the beach (trail) access is ideal. We had a hard time leaving Thursday. Deer, eagles, sandpiper babies...very cool. The only negative thing was the folks driving around town and back-and-forth on the beach with flags displaying obscene words. The property owner (Toby) is on-top of everything. Highly recommend.

With multiple bedrooms with en-suites and others with king size beds, this is a great house for multiple families. Very well equipped, with tons on available activities.

Our extended family visits this beach each Easter, and this house was perfect for me, my three sons under the age of three, my parents, my adult brother and his partner. I didn’t have the right baby gate for the doorway between the kitchen and entry hall (one side would be a 50” gate and the other would be a more standard 29”, but both are easily available, I just left my extensions at home in the shuffle.) The kitchen dining area had space for three high chairs and five adults and the main dining area had space for four high chairs, my two adult cousins, my aunt and uncle, plus our five adults. We walked to the beach daily, the views from the house were awesome, there were Apple TV’s right where we needed them, the laundry room was handy, and there was plenty of outdoor paved space for kids to ride trikes. The kitchen was well appointed and we didn’t lack for a tool or plate. There were two master bedrooms for the couples and the bedroom I stayed in had a nice view and was very comfortable. There were rooms that fit two pack and plays for the little babies and the lower bunk of the bunk room was perfect for my 2 year old (I put the steps on the top bunk.) We have reserved it again for next Easter and I’m hoping to talk the friendly owner into putting a blind on the window in the two queen bed room so I can have my three boys in there next year without them waking up with the sun. He was very responsive to all our questions and I had a pleasant experience with him. I left a load of laundry in the dryer and he was able to mail them back to me in a short period of time, which was much appreciated. My brother and his partner used the game room daily for remote work and all of us adults would get together in there and at the kitchen dining table to play games after the kids were asleep. My 2yo got his first experience with clamming by walking the short trail to the beach behind the house. He loved it! I highly recommend this house for a trip with a group of adults or a family.

We absolutely loved our stay. During our stay there was a lot of cold, windy and typical early Spring weather. This did not impact our stay at all because there were so many things to stay entertained with. The garage is filled with games that can be enjoyed for all ages. The house has sooo many board games, movies, game stations, etc. that we were never bored. The hot tub was clean and was a nice getaway from the cold weather. The access to the beach was quick and easy for us to enjoy. The views from the upstairs bedrooms were perfect!! The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen came stocked with every tool you could ever want to use and even some surprise spices and baking items. We cannot wait to book our next stay!!

This house was fantastic! We have stayed in many Vrbo homes, this one truly was fully stocked. You can bring your food and clothing and everything else is provided. If you are wondering if they have it - they do! Hairdryers, curling irons, kids toys, games, TVs, video games, clam buns, beach chairs, towels, list goes on. House was perfect layout for a group of families. We really enjoyed our stay! You can tell the owner takes pride in the home and they were super responsive. Would 10/10 recommend!

This house was exactly what was described. Owner was in communication of any changes or updates. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Plenty for room for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay.

We rented this home for use as a large group of adults as a part of an adult church retreat, and it was an excellent spot for our group. The rooms and furnishings are all very nice, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen had everything we could need and more. I don't know that I've ever seen a home so well-labeled, in terms of where each item belongs, which is actually really helpful. And the location, of course, was also great. We plan to make this our yearly rental location for an annual gathering.

We had a great experience at this house. It is a clean, extremely well-stocked house with lots of entertainment. Great views from the Master bedroom upstairs as well as the kitchen and living rooms downstairs. Multi-level decks, outdoor fireplace, hot tub makes it a great experience. Pool tables and other amenities is just an added bonus. The owner is very personable and extremely responsive. The house rules may come across as strict on the website, but if you just obey the rules and take care of the property as any responsible person would, there will be no problems! We definitely will be back!!!

Our large family chose this house for our annual Christmas getaway and loved it! So well appointed and so well stocked and labeled! Beds are super comfy and bedrooms are spacious. Toby was very responsive before during and after our stay. Even the hot tub was super clean and worked great! Highly recommend this property.

This is a great home to spend a family gathering, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, lots of lounging space, large dining room table, and kitchen table which we set up a large puzzle on, wonderful game room. We did not use the garage space with pool table. If you are staying in the colder months there is only outside access to it and it is not a heated area. I would like to rent this property in the summer when we could spend time outside. Hot tub was nice. I had some questions and Toby got back to me right away. We are 5 couples with small children and it is so nice to have so many bedrooms with queen or king sized beds. Thank you Toby!
