The VRBO was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Parking on the street was confusing, but not really a problem

Not as clean as I expected..

Totally as or better than advertised. Great location, we have family all over Niagara Falls and found this to be a great commuting hub. Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, the kitchen was well equipped, parking was easy, and the host is very nice. The living space and dining room were not great for visiting and chatting in comfort, a positive for two generations from three states. We also found it to be safe and comfortable to walk in the morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this home.

Everything is good but couple of issues 1) bath tub is too small and very slippery. Water is not draining properly. My parents slipped twice. 2) Cooking oil is not provided

Nice clean house

Great property for a family visit. We did a quick overnight at the falls and the property and manager were lovely.

This "apartment" is really the first floor of a two-story house. We found it to be very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable, which is probably the most important consideration for us. James was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Although much of the city outside the state park is pretty run-down, this property is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood within easy driving distance from the falls. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more up-front information on things like how to activate the keypad on the front door lock, how to access TV channels, etc. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and we'd recommend this property!

This home is about a 10 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park and on a quiet street with well kept homes. We felt safe in this location, and there is now a keypad to both the exterior door and the interior door to the lower rental unit. Since we arrived late and are night owls, I was very concerned about our noise level as we could also hear the creaking of the floors above us. The home isn't overly comfortable for lounging around, but worked for our purposes on a weekend trip.

This was a great place for the family to spread out a little bit and take a break from hotel rooms. The kids really enjoyed it too. The neighborhood is nice. The Falls are quite close, so we used it as a launching point for exploring the area.

The apartment was very clean, it is spacious emough for the 6 of us. The owner was super quick to respond when one of our children had an accident. He had the house keeper bring a new set of sheet promptly. The street that the apartment is on is probably the nicest streets in Niagra Falls. The laundromat is very clean and nice during the day. The parking is a bit odd as you have to park on different sides of the one way street after midnight. The owner does live upstairs and requests that there is a quiet curfew after 10pm. The wifi has a strict parental control setting that limits the attractions that you may want to look at. There are some other odd rules, like no shoes in the house and tabacco smoking has to take place off the property. The furniture is dated, sparce and uncomfortable. The only television is dated, slow, and mounted akwardly low to the floor. It also only has one option for streaming services, netflix that you must log into your own account. The biggest issue is that of the surrounding neighborhoods. This area is extremely poverty stricken. Many buildings have been boarded over. Pine Street, or little italy, has very few signs of improvement

James was quick to respond and everything about the rental was as expected. The neighborhood seemed friendly, and the house was in a great location to the falls, food, and stores. We enjoyed it!

The property was clean and as described. It was close to the Falls, which was why we were in New York. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of sleeping room for our family of 5. The bathroom and kitchen were well-supplied. The living room furniture was sparse and not particularly comfortable and we weren't allowed in the back yard, so there really wasn't a good place to gather as a family once inside the apartment. Overall, a good stay .

Wonderful location if your going to see Niagra Falls. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The unit exceeded expectations. Great location to Niagara Falls state park as well as the rainbow bridge. Place was very clean with comfy beds. Dishwasher was a bonus! All in all a great weekend and would stay here again!

The host checked on our level of comfort from check-in to checkout and even made some accommodations with early check in when our flight landed early! House was very clean well stocked with everything you might need for a short stay. We were there a week without any issues.

Location to Niagara Falls was good. House could use a few more towels and maybe a box of tissue. All in all we had a good time. Falls were great.

The property was nice and clean with all things provided and just 10 mins drive from Niagara falls in a quiet neighborhood. James was helpful and accommodated our request for early checkin as we were traveling with an infant baby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara US.

The property was very clean and everything was in working condition. Everything that you needed was provided to have a nice stay. The only improvement I would suggest is that while all of the furnishings are easy for renter to maintain and clean, they are not very comfortable for guests. All surfaces bed, couch, chairs, pillows aren’t very comfortable. However that being said if you are at the house very little and just need to sleep and leave this house is definitely clean and easy.

The property worked well for our long-weekend trip with our pre-teen granddaughter. Central location made travel from Canada to Buffalo simple.

Overall the property was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only significant issue was with the kitchen supplies. When we rent a house, the kitchen is important to us for preparing meals, not only to save restaurant costs, but also due to food sensitivities. The kitchen lacked things like a large bowl to mix a salad. (I had to improvise with a pot) . One pot was unusable and should have been thrown away. Eating utensils were sparce and did not all match. Just having a nice set of dishes and utensils make a table setting feel special and doesn't cost that much . This may seem very trivial to most, but I value these little things especially when spending so much for a stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious, and we especially enjoyed the friendly outside cat.

This home, the first floor of a two-resident home in the middle of a quiet neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY, is meticulously clean. The kitchen is appropriately stocked; the dining room is large for a five-person family or for game nights; the three bedrooms are comfortable with newer mattresses and linens. The owner, James, is very responsive and meticulous about our comfort. The location is a few miles from the Falls (but nothing is within walking distance) and the downtown areas (Maid of the Mist, Goat Island ,Three Sisters hike, tourist areas.). The advantage of this home is that we appreciated getting a break away from the downtown busyness and liked the peace and quiet after long afternoons. Side note: The U.S. side of the falls is underdeveloped and underrated. We enjoyed the walk around the Falls and the Maid of the Mist, which are the most popular and are very busy, but we recommend the underappreciated (and virtually empty) other parks, each with 20 minutes of this home: For example, the hike down the gorge at the Whirlpool State Park (5 minutes away) or at Devils Falls State Park (10 minutes away) or and Ft. Niagara State park right on the Ontario River (20 minutes away). Absolutely stunning. Our criticism of the U.S. side of Niagara is that the area built up around the falls had fewer dining choices and family options for entertainment than one would expect given the volume of people at the Falls itself. We recommend looking at the town of Niagara instead. Great options there. Do some research and be prepared to travel beyond the falls for better and more interesting options. Full disclosure: You will be sharing this home with the family on the second floor, so we were hyper aware of the noises we made (especially for the early birds like me who were tiptoeing across the hardwood floors at 5 a.m. to make coffee).
