We were met onsite by Tracey who was absolutely fantastic by showing us round the apartment. The apartment itself was immaculate throughout and was a short walk to a number of local shops and restaurants. Whilst being close to the university, the area was very quiet. The location of the apartment was also great as it was only a 35 minute drive from Alton Towers and the Heights of Abraham

There wasn't anything not to like

Great location, very clean large apartment, free parking. Great communication prior to arrival. Reliable WI-FI.

Extremely high rates for Derby. A £295 deposit which seemed high since nothing in the cheaply decorated apartment was worth that much. No kitchen curtains which meant neighbors from the building in front and people from the street could see everything in the kitchen. No net curtains in the other windows either which meant very little privacy. Very weak cell phone coverage inside the apartment, intercom was not working properly. Maybe because the entrance door downstairs had issues. One had to manipulate the lock in order to open the door. No coffee table, no hand towels, no elevator, old towels, no bed spreads. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty and stank of wet dog! The worst mattress I have ever slept on. Doors were slamming constantly in the building when the neighbors came and went. Lots of street noise at night with loud people passing the building. The meet and greet should be replaced by self check in which works much better. And the woman (Tracey) who greeted me, did not seem very friendly or welcoming. Due to everything mentioned about, I will not return to this property. I am surprised no other reviews mention any of the issues I experienced. As a ‘deluxe’ expensive apartment I had expected a lot more.

Perfect location and perfect owner! Made everything very easy and comfortable got us! A wonderful weekend in a lovely property

The property’s host Jas was very welcoming and easy to contact, the apartment was immaculate and had everything you needed to cook & clean The location is perfect and a Sainsbury’s two mins away is so useful I’ll definitely be back :)
