It was absolutely everything we thought it would be and more. Loved every minute!

6 of us stayed at this gorgeous penthouse right on the beach. It was beautiful, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There wasn’t anything to complain about, only that we had to leave. Would stay again and recommend this place to everyone

This condo had everything we needed. I usually bring a plastic tote full of things I know we'll need if the condo doesn't have them. I brought that tote back to my car! Didn't need anything (well, except my husbands homemade Cajun spice). It's an unusual feeling to look down on the top of kites, birds and even Army choppers running drills. The beds were super comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. I thought the ice machine was the pinnacle...until I unlocked the "toy closet"! When I tell you this place has everything you need for a great vacation, you can believe it. Or you can see for yourself. Everyone in my whole group agreed and would definitely stay in that unit again!

We loved everything about this unit! The owner was amazing to work with! The unit was very clean, spacious, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. We found our home away from home at This Unit! We can’t wait to visit next year 🏝️

The penthouse was amazing the view was breathe taking! The rooms where very clean and large very accommodating for the 6 of us. I would highly recommend to any family.

Our family had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach, the beach is fantastic! The condo was an excellent choice for our family, (5 adults and 3 grandchildren) very spacious, clean and well appointed. It was so convenient being right on the beach. We were here over the 4th of July and being able to watch the amazing firework show off the pier from our balcony was the highlight of our trip, "best seat in the house"! The Blue Angels flying by was an extra bonus and very special for all of us. Our host Randy was so accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay, the hospitality was top notch with a sweet amenity basket upon arrival! We will definitely be booking this home for our future trips to Navarre.

This was our second stay at this fantastic penthouse condo. Navarre Beach is a jewel between Destin and Pensacola and the Beach Colony Resort has a great position on the beach with great amenities. Randy is a wonderful host who takes care of his property and his guests. He welcomed us with a wine/snack basket and fresh flowers to enjoy during our stay. The entire family is already looking forward to our next visit.

Our family had a great time at this condo! The communication from the owner was awesome! The unit was very clean and was stocked with so many little amenities most dont think about. We will definitely be booking again.

This place is everything as described. Randy could not be a better host. This unit has everything you might need. All the extras were such a nice surprise.....snacks and fresh flowers (roses). Any issue was immediately addressed. We’re making plans to return.

This was the perfect getaway for a small family vacation. The penthouse was able to fit 6 adults and one child very comfortably. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Quick drive to either Pensacola or Destin for more touristy ventures. Would absolutely book this again.

Not only was it very nicely decorated and had a great layout and plenty of space, but the owner had provided lots of extras in the kitchen and toys for the beach and pool.

Randy couldn’t have been more responsive, kind or helpful. He made the arrival and departure process simple and smooth. We had 4 adults and 2 children, it was prefect. I hope to stay again soon!

This condominium on Navarre Beach is absolutely the best! It’s very clean and well-maintained! It’s very spacious and has amazing views of the ocean! Randy was very cordial and helpful before and throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying in this condo!

Our stay on Navarre Beach during the Christmas and New Year holiday was the absolute best! The penthouse condo overlooking the gulf and the beautiful sandy white beach was breathtaking. Our hosts, Randy and Honey, are like no other. The service we received was top notch! When we walked into the condo, I was stunned and so happy as there were Christmas decorations to welcome us. I immediately felt at home and was reminded of what excellence looks like. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and accommodated our party of 7 perfectly. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the cleanliness of the condo was spot on! I did not feel like I had to clean the condo, as I have done with other condos on prior vacations, to bring it up to my cleanliness standard! We are already planning a June trip back to this wonderful little piece of paradise:) A huge thank you to Randy and Honey for sharing their beautiful condo with my family!

Our property manager was AMAZING-excellent communication and extremely helpful! The property was extremely clean, which was FANTASTIC, however, not newly renovated (as advertised) and extremely noisy with lack of privacy on balcony. The accommodations were still beautiful, and the layout was very fitting for our family. Our property manager went over and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible.

We absolutely loved Beach Colony. The entire resort was clean and well kept. The property itself was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property owner, Randy, could not have been friendlier. Our condo was ready earlier than expected. He kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Navarre.

Beautiful condo with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Great personal touches - fresh flowers, welcome basket with wine, chocolates and snacks. Building repairs prevented us from enjoying exceptional views from the balcony. Gorgeous beach with crystal clear water, dolphins and stingrays! We had a great getaway!
