We were supposed to go Saturday 8/3 - 8/10. Our flight got canceled and pushed 2 days to monday 8/5. I asked Roxolona if we could extend our stay two days and she worked with us along with our airlines thank god and we ended up getting 7 days. The views were amazing, everything was clean and we were very comfortable. The beach was mesmerizing with clear aqua blue water and white sand. Not crowded whatsoever. Totally coming back. Thank you rox!

The condo was as pictured, well stocked and the location of the tower was near all the facilities. The pools were great. The unknown bonus was that the designated parking spot was in a fabulous spot - near the tower pool and near the entrance of the parking garage so it was nice to be able to stow things in the car without having to carry them up and down (beach chairs/cooler/etc). The condo is also near the tennis courts and has a wonderful view of the sunset. The host was very responsive when making arrangements.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and it was a fantastic experience. The views from the condo are simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that can be enjoyed from both bedrooms or balcony. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive.

This is a great resort! You cannot go wrong. It’s upscale with food options onsite. We had never been to Pensacola Beach, but we lived the town, beach, and restaurant options. Definitely try Crabs! But… choose another condo. This one had 2 thin, old, uncomfortable beds. Not worth the price. The fold out couch was disgusting. We immediately folded it back up. The appliances are dated and need to be replaced. The oven takes a very long time to heat up. The fridge has a loud beep about replacing water filter. Overall, great resort, but not a good unit.

A nice unit, comfortable master bed, fairly well equipped kitchen for cooking, tower 2 provides easy access to the property amenities, the one improvement I would suggest is more drawer space in the master.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Wonderful water views from every room & plenty of space. The 16th floor views were stunning! While it was spring break week, the resort didn’t feel overly crowded. Portofino is one of our favorite vacation spots and we will definitely be renting this condo again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I was amazed at the cleanliness of PIR and friendliness of the staff. The condo was great and very clean. The views were fantastic. Fridge filter needs to be replaced, The 2 chairs in LR were very uncomfortable. Need to be replaced with recliners. Carpet in bedrooms was very old and stained. Needs to be replaced. Was never contacted by anyone during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would have been nice to receive thanks for leaving the condo as clean as when we checked in.

This was our 4th year staying here and Roxolana and her husband are very available and accommodating. It's very rare we need to ask about anything but when we do, she's quick on the response. Clean, chairs/umbrellas, gulf and sound views. . everything you need! You don't regret making this your yearly destination!

Our stay was fantastic in every way. The condo was lovely and more than met all of our needs. The amenities were excellent. Really appreciated the owner providing beach chairs to use and the well-appointed kitchen. The property is very nice. Beauty everywhere.
The condo had a great, open common area where everyone could hang out together. Then we went and enjoyed privacy in our bedrooms that had their own baths.
We enjoyed the views at all times of the day. So beautiful! Great outside area on the balcony with ample seating for everyone. Ceiling to floor windows were spectacular.
Great location. Enjoyed super beaches and headed to Destin area several times for outings, shopping and great food.
Highly recommend this condo and the owner. She was so helpful and a super communicator. We'll definitely be back.

Great location for a view of the bay and multiple pools. The restaurant was not that great so we went in to Pensacola to eat mostly. The bedding and towels could be better and tile floor in the entry needs repairs. The refrigerator water and ice maker didn’t work. Loved out stay though!

SIMPLY AMAZING ONCE AGAIN!!!!
This is our 4th time staying at this unit. We love it. From beginning to end, Roxolana goes the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful time. The view is amazing. We love it at night especially on Sunday with the fireworks in the bay. The 16th floor balcony is an incredible view. Everything you need is there. We will be booking for future vacations. Very well maintained with mind blowing views of the beach and the gulf. Kids had fun in all the pools. Host was very responsive and helped us with everything. Location location location - close to activities but yet not crowded. Beaches are clean, white sand and crystal clear waters. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

It was so beautiful I never wanted to leave my condo. Everything was so clean and the view is breath taking. I am definitely going back. Very worth it to spend the extra money for a condo especially this one instead of a hotel.

Beautiful property and great hostess!
We had a great time at the Portofino Complex. The facility is beautiful and on the waterfront. The main beach is across the street from the property. The amenities were great - multiple pools, a restaurant and Starbucks on the property. My wife and I was working through the week and we had no trouble with the wi-fi either. Roxolana was very responsive as a hostess and the apartment was well stocked with all the necessary items. Highly recommend it.

Portofino Island stay
Our stay was wonderful. The condo was as described in the online listing. Everything was clean and in working order. The views were beautiful. We could see both the Ocean and the bay. We enjoyed watching marine life in the bay, an advantage of being on the 16th floor. The food at the resort was delicious. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the location. There were never any crowds and we felt safe at all times. We went down to the boardwalk to eat and look around also and it was a short car ride away. We plan on going back!!
