This was the absolute perfect property for our stay. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home had absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, dining room and two of the bedrooms as well as the back yard. This is a large home and there was plenty of room for our family to either hang out together or spread out for a bit of private relaxation. While a bit dated in places, the homeowner is definitely working on modernizing and the home is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is available. The game rooms, both pool and ping pong tables, provided entertainment when the weather was not conducive to being outside. Plenty of space to allow the family to dine together. The home is conveniently located within minutes of Los Osos and several state parks as well as only a short drive to Morro Bay. The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and provided a bunch of information about things to do, restaurants, entertainment, etc in the area. Highly recommend if you need a large, comfortable home to host family or friends. The gorgeous view and game rooms are icing on the cake! 5 stars all around!

Place was awesome, what a view

Los Osos is a gorgeous place with lots of nearby trails and scenic beauty. The house itself was so comfortable with such magnificent views of Morro Bay, we might never have ventured out! Between the pool table, pingpong table, and piano playing we were well-entertained. The kitchen was fantastic for our group that prefers to self-cater on vacation. The first floor accessibility (bedrooms and all gathering areas) was perfect for the mobility impaired elders. And there are about 20 species of bird that happily pass through the back yard, especially in response to bird seed. We couldn't recommend this rental property more highly.

We had a great stay. The property had everything you could ask for. Furniture is dated but comfortable. Los Osos is a gem.

This was our second stay. Plenty of room..2 eating areas, 2 living areas and a game room with pool table…all rooms have a beautiful view of Morro Bay!

We had our first stay in los Osos with extended family. I needed to find somewhere to fit a multitude of us. This worked perfectly! The house had nearly every amenity we could need, infant items, toys for children to play with, games for adults to play, a Kitchen with every gadget you could need and even beach items. We happened to visit on a weekend there was a heat wave and did not realize the property did not have AC but had plenty of fans to help. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart tvs in each room. This cozy home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a cute town where everyone around seemed kind, and actually said hi to you when you walked past. We hope to return with our family one day!

Home was just what we were looking for. No one felt cramped or unable to find a private space. Allowed everyone in the family to stay under one roof to experience coffee in the mornings with stunning views, happy hour out back in the beautiful backyard and fantastic football Sunday. We were here for my son’s wedding on Saturday in SLO. It was the perfect extended weekend. Thanks for your hospitality.

This house has a gorgeous view and wonderful lawn to play and relax on with a view. The style is a bit outdated but it is well kept and clean. The property manager is easy to get a hold of and very helpful if needed.

We were participating in the inaugural Morro Bay Half Ironman and the home was perfect! Well stocked, incredibly clean with a pool table and an amazing view!!!!

Large home that 10 of us stayed in for a 4 days in Los Osos. Great central coast location with awesome views of Morro Bay from the home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. Pool table and ping pong table for fun activities. Close to Montano de Oro park for hiking and Morro Bay for restaurants. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Overall, experience was positive and I recommend this home.

It was wonderful having a home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked with every tool we needed to cook family meals. Extremely clean. It was a perfect stay!

The property was ideal for our family gathering. We loved the ocean view, the spacious kitchen, the yard and especially the game room.

Your home was beautiful, comfortable and spacious for our family celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, play games and visit. The bedrooms and bathroom were also very comfortable and well appointed. Everyone also enjoyed the pool table! And, of course, the view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock was the cherry on top! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Check in was about as easy as it gets. We had a pre-thanksgiving extended family gathering with my in laws, brother and sister in law and our kids and grandchild (ages ranged from 4 to late teens for the kids). The first thing we all noted was the amazing view of the bay from the backyard, the kitchen and the master bedroom, which all faced North. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. We had most of our meals there and bbq’d two nights on the outside Weber grill. The kids were always entertained with the game room that included the pool table. Previous guests had damaged a couple of the pool ques and when the property manager checked on us to see if we needed anything, my wife must have mentioned it to her because she was there with replacements within an hour or so. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a big family, this is it! You won’t find anything even close to this in price on the central coast. Parking is somewhat limited because of the rental ordnances from the county that won’t allow parking on the street, but there are options a couple of blocks down the street for overflow parking. You can still get 5-6 vehicles in the driveway/garage, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again next year.

Our group of friends loves to come to Morro Bay to spend time together and celebrate life! This house was the perfect location to not only accommodate all of us (9 adults) but also is well set up and is close to many of the areas that we love to visit! The house was clean, offered a great game room where we were able to play pool, ping-pong and board games along with a great view of the "rock" in Morro Bay. Beautiful place - thanks so much!

The size of the home was extremely spacious and room/beds for everyone!

Perfect for us older girls-78 to 80! Would also be great for families with all the extra amenities for babies to teens.

This spacious and beautiful home was just perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! With 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms it had plenty of room for us all. There was abundant room for different family activities in the large kitchen with breakfast area, separate dining room, living room, family room and game room with pool table. The spectacular view of Morro Bay from all the common areas was absolutely amazing! The property manager, Denise, was extremely hospitable and kind, and responsive to any questions or requests we had. This home provided my family with a comfortable and memorable vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. It is nestled next to some great walking trails. It is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town, but it is close enough to drive in when desired. The house was clean and had some fun extras (jacuzzi and pool table). Denise from day one was very interested in making the stay great. She let us change check-in a little to make it work for part of the family. Well maintained and clean. It is an older home taken well care of. The area and Town was very laid back and casual. Would stay there again if we go to that area!

We had a fabulous time with our family at the Morrow Bay house. It was comfortable very large, but enough to give us all plenty of space. And most of all, it was very well equipped for everything activities as well as cooking as well as parking as well as relaxing in the yard.

Our family of adults, children and infants got together for a family gathering to celebrate birthdays and spend a few days, taking time out of busy lives to just be together. A wonderful house with lots of room. Beautiful view of the bay.

The six of us loved having our annual retreat here! We had plenty of space and enjoyed fixing meals together in the well-stocked and large kitchen. The view was awesome…quiet neighborhood, proximity to beaches, hiking trails, Audubon bird lookout, restaurants. Denise was so wonderful and so accessible. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. No wonder she has over 100 five star ratings!! We would love to stay here again!!

It is a great house for extended families. Denise was a wonderful host. In and out was without any issues. We would be very happy to stay there again.
