Such a lovely property and close to many cute towns and wineries! Great place for family to gather.

A lovely spacious house that we enjoyed with many different relatives and ages throughout our week there. Beautiful views when the fog cleared out. Long walks on the beach each day and explored Los Osos, Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo. A great spot for a family with stores and bakery near by. You do need a car to get around but everything is close.

The house is amazing. Gorgeous views from nearly every room, with a great living room for togetherness time. We opted out of some of our outdoor activities to just stay at the home for longer an enjoy it. The beach seemed like a far hike/walk from the looks of the trail and view of the water, so we just drove to the state park instead which is right around the corner. Great spot, can't wait to book it again! (The ping pong table was a huge hit!)

This might be the best house rental I've ever had. Gorgeous views. Lovely interior space. I was a little apprehensive about the other lower unit but it was not an issue at all. We saw the tenant once on our way out one day. She was super pleasant and we couldn't hear each other between units at all. The only private feedback I gave the manager was around one lightbulb being out and a couple other minor issues not worth mentioning here. We will be back!

Lovely, comfortable house in a great location adjacent to Montana de Oro park, with a view from living room of Morro Rock. Very relaxing, easy access to all SLO area activities.

The house and the view was as advertised! Beautiful setting, it’s a good walk to the beach from the house but nothing to extreme. Thoroughly enjoyed the area.

Quiet, beautiful views, wonderful house.

Had a great stay with three generations for my wife’s birthday week and the layout was perfect. We had some winter weather including wind, rain, hail, etc and awoke to snow on the hills across the bay. It was magical. The proximity to the park and Spooner’s Beach is pretty awesome. It’s a long walk to the beach from the house. We had a couple of maintenance things come up during our stay and Cindy was very responsive (I’ve been a property manager for 24 years and they did great). The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and lounging in the comfy chairs. Beds were very comfortable. The exterior needs some maintenance but the inside was in great shape. As others have said, the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, it was a great stay and we’ll be back as soon as we can.

House is fabulous, very comfortable and classy decor. Great location, a little farther from the ocean and we expected but still great. Just an FYI - the refrigerator is very noisy, we thought it might even conk out so maybe have it checked.

From the location on a hilltop close to a State Park to the amazing views of the ocean below, the house is trully a gem inside and out. The layout is perfect and maximizes its location, nothing was spared in making this unique vacation proprty perfect for family and frends gathering and serves as a perfect jump off point to Morro Bay, Cambria and Pismo Beach for a holiday to remember.

Wow, what amazing property perched on the golden hill above the dunes and beach. House was immaculate and the best-stocked of any I have stayed at, with highest quality and attention to every detail, from the kitchen, to the beach towels and toys in the garage, to the deck chairs. We had a vigorous hike down the beautiful dunes to the quiet beach every day, surfed the beach break there, watched the seals and birds play. Short drive to Montana de Oro, and to the cute town of Los Osos for the quaint farmers market and High St market. There is a tenant living in the lower level, very quiet and friendly, and was absolutely not an issue whatsoever.

This house is by far my favorite we’ve ever stayed at. Very quiet, clean and amazing views. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook and clean up with ease. All the beds were comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the fridge, but the property management were on it quick. Very accommodating.

Close to nature, easy access to Los Osos and a short drive to SLO. This place allowed us to see everything we wanted to in the area, but also allowed us to relax 'at home' and take in the natural surroundings.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is comfortable, well-stocked, roomy, and all of the furnishings are gorgeous and high quality. It was a wonderful place to rest and enjoy one another's company. We enjoyed walking to the beach from the house, hiking in Montana de Oro State Park, and visiting Morro Bay and Cambria., which were just a short drive away

The pictures match the location. It was the perfect place to unplugged from the hustle and bustle of everyday. The house is beautiful. The location is tranquil and close enough to town that a trip to store isn't a journey. My mom, who uses a walker, had no difficulty getting in and navigating throughout the house. Only the bed was a challenge, as they are tall. Thankfully we found a step stool to use. We had dinner in every night and spent time just enjoying our time together. Only did a few trips - Morro Bay and Sandpit Beach. Access to the beach from the house doable but challenging. Wish there were more available days when we booked because it would have been a longer stay.

This house and property was absolutely wonderful! Incredible postcard views from their windows and an immaculate home. Perfect location with quick access to many beautiful areas to explore. We can’t wait to come back.!

This property is a superb delight!! The house was spotless and the view is amazing. A comfy place for the whole family to stay.

We had our department retreat with four of us attending. Three of us stayed in the house to work on our budget and staffing needs for 2022/2023. I have rented many homes over the years for business and family vacations, and this was by far the best home I have stayed at. Everything you need was there, and the home was very clean, organized and welcoming. Everything was great from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Thank you for everything! :)

I'm not sure the pictures even do this property justice. It was incredibly clean, with absolutely amazing views, and ideally situated close to the various towns, the beach (we hiked there with our kids, which was fun but long...there are also tons of beach options in the park itself where you can park right next to the beach), and the park. Would love to come back!

Great location to nearby hikes, very well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook great meals. The property is well taken care of and was very comfortable.

The house is very well-equipped, well decorated, and with high quality furnishings. The beach is walkable, but it does take a few minutes to get there from the house. It may be easier to drive 1 mile down the road where there is easier access to endless coastline. The views are great, as advertised.

We loved the house- it was very clean and open! The distance to the beach was not walkable but we took a short drive to Montana de Oro and there is a parking lot and a walk over the dunes to get to the beach. The view from the house is beautiful- on a clear day you can see Moro Rock from the living room! My only complaint was there were no extra trash bags- we stayed for 3 nights and one trash bag wasnt enough. We asked the company to provide more and they said they would drop some off but we never received them. Which is not a big deal, but we could have grabbed some from the store. There is a guy living under the main floor (which was disclosed in the listing) - we never heard him at all. But I do wish we had the place to ourselves. We felt like we needed to be quiet in the mornings so we didnt disturb him.
