Easy check in- place was clean and had everything we needed. We asked last minute to stay an extra night, which was very easy and the owner accommodated. The view of the beach was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

The condo was great, large balcony was a plus!! Enjoyed the sunrises in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon before it got too cool. Very quiet and everyone in the building very pleasant.

Last minute decision to attend March Bike Week. Two couples shared a two bed, two bath condo, with two patio doors opening up to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Clean, nicely decorated condo, king bed in one room and queen bed in the other. Full kitchen, bring your own seasonings, zip lock bags and foil. TVs in each bedroom and one in living room/dining/kichen. Showers were great! WiFi great! Cell service great! Mary, the afternoon clerk was super helpful and pleasant. They are still working on getting the pool and hot tub rebuilt from 2023 hurricane. Beach access is short walking distance. Some restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance, but thankfully out of the congestion of Main Street Bike fest activities. We came for Bike Week, sectioned Bike parking as well as car/truck parking available. But it was nice to have the peacefulness. Ice cream vending machine too! A great location and a great stay!

The ONLY reason why I gave a 4/5 star for cleanliness is because we found a few dirty dishes that had been put away, and a pile of sand in the corner of the shower in the master bedroom...other than that, the place was super clean. Great location. Pool was destroyed by recent hurricane, but they were actually getting ready to shut the whole building down for the next 6 months for repairs. I bet it's gonna look fantastic when it's finished. Would definitely rent again!!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this condo. It was clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The only thing that would have made this stay perfect would be a pool, but we were made aware that a hurricane had destroyed the pool in late 2022. We did enjoy the beach and the ocean.

It was a nice stay. The only downside was all the construction.

I loved the room and everything was great and very clean but there is no pool or hot tub like it was pictured on the website. I didnt know there was no pool or hot tub until I arrived on site

One of the best places I have ever stayed in at Daytona beach I have been going for 13 years and it is by far an amazing place to stay in!!

This was a wonderful stay in a great location. We could not have asked for a better place. The sheets and beds are very comfortable. There are bathrooms adjacent to each of the two bedrooms. The temperature in the room is nice and there is a lot of room. The view from the balcony is amazing and the owner is very quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. You smell the clean the second you open the door. These condos have been here since 1986 and the condo has been updated appropriately in the kitchen and bathrooms. Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay even though it rained more than the sun was out while we were here. A little tip for the chairs on the balcony. If rain is on the way, lean the chairs against the wall to keep the seats dry for when you can go back on the balcony. Will be nice when they are able to redo the pool that was destroyed by the hurricane last year. Great place to stay!!

Very easy, looked up where we wanted to stay and booked it in like 15 minutes.

Evan with out a pool and a hot tub we where still impressed and we would definitely like to plan again same time next year

A great condo located on gorgeous Daytona Beach. The view is incredible, sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. A great condo, with great people. We were sad to see the devastation caused by the hurricanes and we look forward to returning when the pool, hot tub and beach access are restored. The beach access required a little longer than normal, but it was worth it!

This condo has amazing beach access, very nice, and a perfect location for all of the sites of Daytona!

We really enjoyed our stay.

I was told after I made my reservation about the pool and the hot tub not working. That was not a huge deal because of the time of year. However, we were not told that we did not have access to the beach. That was a huge inconvenience and should have been disclosed.

The condo was beautiful and clean! Although the hurricane ruined the pool, hot tub and beach access, we couldn’t have had a better time! Booking the same condo again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. My only wish was that it was made more clear to me that there is no beach access from this property right now.

Perfect, extremely clean, ocean front panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen. Super easy check in / out. Beds are very comfortable and the water is nice and hot. Don’t hesitate.

Our condo was very clean and excellent view of the beach. The only issue is that the write-up said there was a pullout sofa bed, but when we arrived the sofa was only a regular sofa. We were then told there were two blow up air mattresses; yet one of the mattresses could only be inflated with a car outlet. Overall, stay was great.

Over all great experience. Very clean and easily accessible. Great communication. The only complaint....we did not have enough towels and wash clothes and tp but they took care of this right away. Other wise, fabulous and we would definitely come back.

Jim was informative and pleasant to work with. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The recent hurricane caused damage that closed the pool and nearby pier/restaurant. Jim informed us of that well before our visit so we were prepared. Would definitely rent this condo from Jim again.

We enjoyed our stay, despite Ian's destruction. We were not able to use the pool or hot tub and the beach access was closed but we still enjoyed the unit and you just can't beat sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean!!
