The room was not clean (e g. poo stains in the toilet) and smelled badly (something very wrong with the mattress). I have stayed before in this hotel (in a different room), and it was ok, but after this last experience, I will not return.

We stay here whenever we visit Hull as it is cleaned to a high standard, the rooms are comfortable and it is near to lots of restaurants and shops. Another good stay for us at Endsleigh Park.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very good and location is great. I’d never stay anywhere else in hull and every time I visit hull I always stay here.

Ideal location for work. Warm and cozy.

I love everything. The fact that there’s washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, loads of communal space indoors and outdoors to chill out, very clean, very warm, very relaxing, staff amazing.

if forced to pick something, there isn’t much ventilation in the communal corridors meaning they can feel stuffy / too hot. But no big deal at all, and anywhere you will spend any time is fine.

Basic, comfortable room. Insight parking was, certainly a bonus.

Didn't see any staff for my entire stay so had to message any questions and await answers. Not a huge deal but not ideal either. Probably an introverts dream tbh. Also, don't shower with the bathroom door open, or a smoke alarm might go off - scared the bejesus out of me. Finally, it's an old school / convent, which is certainly a vibe. Wasn't a drama for me but some might find it a little left of centre...

Location was great

I didn't realise that it was a staffless place. The email about bringing my own toiletries came the morning of check-in, too late. There wasn't even any hand soap and I nearly ran out of toilet paper. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the mattress seemed like it hadn't been turned ever. Doing this made the bed slightly more comfortable. There weren't enough pillows. The windows leaked cold air.

Loved the freedom you had to do practically anything you wanted. You could stay in your room if you wanted, chill out in the conservatory, or in one of the lounges. if you wanted. You could cook if you wanted, the kitchen has everything you need to do that, hob, pots and pans, plates etc. You can even do your laundry in the washing machine in the kitchen. Lots and lots of elbow room. Also I met some great people there.

Not much about the place that I didn't like. My room was a bit basic, but that was perfectly fine with me. The bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed.
