Definitely beach themed inside and out. Was a really great place to stay. Got there pretty late and the receptionist was nothing but pleasant. My daughter n I were there for Rockville which was only a 15 minute drive at most, my parents came with to relax, the receptionist told me of they needed anything at all to let her know and she would help them out, which i really appreciated. Lights were all on, ac was on which was nice as it was pretty warm out. Overall had a great stay and nothing bad to say at all!!

Apartment was across the street from the Tropical Manor hotel which managed the property. Both hotel and apartment was beautifully painted and decorated in a similar fashion. Amenities like access to pool and beach were available at the hotel. Apartment was clean and well maintained with parking for 2 cars. Check in and check out was easy and staff was friendly! Will do again and maybe stay at Tropical Manor too!

Definitely very clean place as most people said . It was across from the ocean but short walk to the beach. The tub drain was a little slow and their was no remote in the bedroom that had a TV but overall it’s not much you can say bad about this place. The place seems like Someone loved it enough to make really nice remodeling to this place. I’ve stayed at other places that needed remodeling and nobody seems to care enough to do it but I can tell this place was took really good care of .Too bad more people buy property and don’t really care what value they give to their customers I can tell these people do. Great Stay!

Having the pool and the beach just across the street was great! Yes, you do have to cross a busy road but it wasn’t that difficult. It was also very convenient having the 7-11, IHOP and grocery store right nearby. The property was comfortable and exactly what we needed. And I truly appreciate how the property manager handled our situation when the A/C went out, even though it was completely out of their control. Thank you again!

Beautiful Beach. Great Pool area. Plenty of Chairs, Tables and Chaise's. Charming resort with the Old Florida feel. So clean and well kept. I certainly will be back..

We enjoyed our stay here overall and particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to support us. The one issue we had with this place is the lack of reliable internet, which we needed to log in to work at times. However, the owner was very kind and assertive, and helped us set up a space with more reliable internet when we needed it. In the end, we had a lovely time and enjoyed being close to the beach and exploring the area. Thank you for our stay!

We enjoyed staying here. Absolutely nicest staff clean resort perfect vacation

It was a nice little place for a small group. My wife, myself and another couple stayed here. It was clean and affordable. It worked well for a weekend stay.

Check in was seamless. My experience was wonderful! All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Family of 5 w/ the grandpup. This 2 bedroom was wonderful. I absolutely loved the location, located right in Daytona Beach Shores but we walked for pizza, ice cream, putt putt, for groceries at the Winn Dixie, essential items at the DG, although the pool & beach is across A1A (a major highway) but traffic wasn’t terrible (my kids are teenagers). I definitely will return to this spot.

This apartment is adorable and complete with everything you need for cooking. The staff is wonderful and friendly. It’s location is very convenient to the beach. The convenience store and IHOP are less than a block away and a short drive up the A1 to many restaurants. As per another reviewer, yes there is an old motel across the street that is in business while doing renovations so the clientele isn’t the Park Avenue type however, they were all very nice people, in our 1 week stay we never had any issues and felt completely safe so I’m not sure what the other reviewer was upset with. I highly recommend this property!

I’ve lived in Central Florida for 20 years & have stayed in many hotels in the area. But by far, this has to be the cleanest & best ever! The location is amazing. The property is beautifully painted & extremely clean. Is pet friendly & ALL the staff is a joy! But the best part is that is locally owned. I will only be staying there from now on! U HAVE 2 check them out!

The communication with the owner/property owner was amazing. She responded quickly to several questions I had. The house overall was great for us however the location leaves a lot to be desired. No fault to the property owner but there’s a motel across the street and the occupants were very sketchy to the point that we felt unsafe to walk our dog at dark. You also have to cross a busy street to get to the beach but it wasn’t that hard to do. There were people staying in the top level of the house and when they are walking around you can definitely hear it from the bottom unit. We arrived to Daytona a couple of hours earlier than we expected so I made a call to the front office just to ask if there was any possibility that the house would be ready before check-in which was 4:00. The girl working the front desk was extremely rude on the phone. We were told checkin was 4:00 which is fine because that’s what we were expecting anyway. We got to the hotel at 3:45 and my husband went in the check in, she rudely told him that check in wasn’t until 4:00 and he would need to come back. At 4:15 I went in and there was another couple in the office. When I walked in she told me rudely again that I would need to step outside until they were done. Once they were done I went in and asked why I was rudely told to step outside and she said because of COVID. There were no signs on the door instructing you to do that. I told her my name and she, once again, rudely said the house wasn’t ready even though it was after 4:00. I rudely asked her back when it would be ready and she said “that’s a good question”…she made a phone call and figured out the house was ready. Not a good first impression for people checking in. Overall it was a good trip but I wouldn’t highly recommend it.

The suite was extremely clean and the pool and beach were just across Atlantic avenue. The pool was kept very clean and we thoroughly enjoys being able to use the property grill and kitchen that was provided to avoid unnecessary outings to avoid Covid exposure. The clerk, Heather, was so friendly and helpful! She really made us feel welcome! The only problems we have were the stove dials were worn so we had to move them to operate the oven eyes, the shower is tricky for children to turn on, and the float valve was a little wonky so we would have to remove the back of the toilet to make it flush. Other than those small things, our overall stay was awesome! We will definitely be back!
