Had a wonderful stay at this property! Amenities at the hotel were wonderful and the staff was very nice. Monica was responsive and super helpful. She contacted me as we left some items at her place and is shipping to me going above and beyond! I would definitely stay again!

Overall, communication gave clear instructions & summary of information, access to condo & local stores. The room was functional for our stay. View was awesome! We were right around corner from elevator which was great! My friend has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis & I'm legally blind. Our concern, room cleanliness didn't meet our standards. It smelled clean when we walked in (air freshner), the kitchen counters were greasy, had finger prints & cup rings all over it, refrigerator had spillage, the other counters, especially desk area covered in dust! The bedsheets were hanging crooked, not tucked in. I was concerned they weren't clean. I pulled sheets back, sniffed pillow cases, I smelled bleach, though fitted sheet was very worn. We found cleaning supplies, cleaned all the counters, scrubbed built in strainer, refrigerator, napkin holder & coffee pot! I cleaned sink in kitchen & bathroom. Shower (Handicap accessible with bench) was cleaned but not thoroughly. I opted to not clean decor on counter. I was afraid I'd break them. The room was cleaner when we left! I have severe dust & dust mite allergies. I was covered in a rash the whole week. My friend also got rash but not as bad as i did. The location is great! The Tiki Bar Menu is reasonably priced & delicious! The grounds, common areas. Elevators were clean throughout the hotel. Pool is a great size. Service great! We would have returned to same room if it was clean. Owner should follow up on cleaning company, get new bedding

Monica was very responsive. Unit was close to grocery store, liquor store, and fast food eateries. Balcony is small; no room for sitting. Kitchen was well stocked.

Property was as advertised. Monica was very responsive when contacted about a couple of hiccups no fault of hers. Nice having the tiki bar there but was a little pricey in our opinion.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time here. The beach was beautiful and the resort staff were all very friendly. The easy access to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed that we didn’t have to worry about bringing much because the unit had everything we needed including beach chairs. We would definitely choose to stay there again!

Location and unit were both excellent. Well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

2nd time staying here and the unit is absolutely perfect! Monica is an angel and is extremely punctual if you have any questions at all! 10/10 I will absolutely be returning next year!!

First class

Monica was great. The studio is located on the beach (can't be closer to it)! Great restaurant right there (Tiki Bar not so much). Studio has all you need, but apart of the shower everything is outdated and far from our standards for clean. The view is great. Balcony is not usable (you can stand on it and that's pretty much it). AC worked great. Taller people may find shower head, mirrors, and kitchen elements being too low. Elevators are noisy. While the beach can't be closer, unfortunately there is a huge AC unit (for the entire complex) right there, and is extremely loud. If you want quite time on the beach, you'll have to walk a couple of hundreds yards left or right (which is not a big deal I guess). Still, we had really nice time. And, again, Monica was great and very responsive!

The studio is the perfect size with an amazing view of the ocean. I worked remotely during my stay and the wifi supported my Zoom meetings with no problems. The updated bathroom is very nice and clean. I enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided and found a good spot on the beach each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.

We wanted a quick getaway that was as close to the beach as possible and this place was perfect. You walk out the back of the hotel to find the pool and tiki bar (great food, by the way) and down three more steps was the beach. The condo is dated but that wasn’t what mattered to us. Important to note that the balcony is really just to stand on as it is very small, but my husband is an early riser and put a chair out there to read while I kept sleeping. Thanks to Monica for sharing her perfect location!

This studio offered everything we needed. Location is amazing. Monica was very accommodating with allowing us to put our bags in the room prior to check in so we could spent our time on the beach. Loved having the beach chairs that we could take right down to the water. Room was nice and cool even thought the ceiling fan was having issues. This is my second stay and I will stay there again.

Enjoyed having the kitchen in room. Balcony small, but a nice view of beach. If I was to complain about anything in this cute room, the one unpleasantry (being that i am a light sleeper) is having the service elevator so close in the very late to very early hours of the day.

Enjoyed the convenience of being located on the beach and within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. The food at the Tiki Bar was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Really no need to go anywhere else. The beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner were a definite plus, we didn’t have to worry about packing those extra accessories for the trip. The pool was nice but closes at dark. Very pleased with the clean, cozy studio condo with a small balcony to enjoy the ocean and beach view. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Overall property is nice. Ceiling fan does not work, kitchen needs some new supplies, toaster oven needs to be replaced. Sliding door does not lock. Staff at front of property can be rude. Staff in rear are great. Management of property does enough to get by, grounds were not clean, trash in various places, pool deck not cleaned up daily, a lot of sand un the pool first thing in the morning. For the price it was an enjoyable trip but i have been to much nicer properties.

The room was nice. While the porch is small, I was grateful to have it and the view was beautiful. The fan did not work and the room was a bit warmer than we'd like. I'd stay again!

We had a great time and everything was perfect.

Generally it was a good restful week. Both the pool and beach were very good. We had one issue with the ceiling fan above the bed coming on by itself at different times of the day and night. However, Monica was quick to contact her handyman to fix the situation. The decor in the apartment was a little dated. All in all we had a good week and enjoyed the location.

The place was just as we expected and had everything we needed. Monica was prompt with her response and getting back to us.

This is a studio apartment with an excellent view. Great communication with the property manager. A few of the kitchen cabinets and appliances are in poor condition but usable. The pool, tiki bar, and beach access are perfect!

We have stayed at this particular Resort/Hotel a number of times, but not at this specific property. It was a place that made us feel “at home” comfortable. The view of the ocean over morning coffee, seeing the sunrise was something we looked forward to seeing again and again. The owner had beach chairs and an umbrella for guests… something we took advantage of every day. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect

This condo is older but lots of character . We stayed 6 nights . Sometimes it got a bit noisy but never lasted long. Great view with nice easy access to the beach. The lobby is pretty and there are so many places you can sit and enjoy the day. Super quick walk to store and we cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. Monica was fantastic helping us with whatever we needed.
