This house has everything you could possibly want in a vacation house. Ice machine is priceless for those who fish! The tiki bar set up provided us a place to do a puzzle, watch our shows and covered us from the occasional rain shower. The ping pong room and extra frig was so much fun. The inside of the house was perfect, and had a great view of the ocean. Thank you for the precious memories!

Beautiful home. Very clean

Several years ago, three couples, all in our early sixties, decided to take a week each year and stay at a different location. We have stayed at some nice places and always enjoyed our trips. After staying at Jenny’s home in Marathon, we have a new favorite. It was exactly as described. I won’t bore you with the details, but this home and location are incredible. Thanks Jenny for sharing your home. Hope to come back next year.

Loved the upper balcony for views of the ocean both day and night! Great tiki hut for gathering by the pool and the speakers around the pool were such a great amenity! Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the Keurig. Heated pool was great while it was heated- such a great escape from the cold in the Midwest! Upstairs beds were very comfy! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great vacation! The home has everything you need and located in a nice quiet location.

House is great. Beds and couches super comfortable. Parking is awesome for a trailer and 2 trucks. Plenty of room. Boating access is immediate. Loved how close to Publix and Winn Dicie for shopping. Great coffee and Bagel shop just up the street. Wreck and Galley (by Far) the BEST in all of the Keys for Key Lime Pie.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at “Key’s Release” . Beautiful home and nicely equipped!! Guest host Jenny & James are absolutely wonderful…you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!! :)

Great ocean views from upper deck of house and easy access to the ocean by boat for great fishing. Pool deck and dock area great for outside activities. Ice machine and storage/laundry room was a real plus. Upstairs beds were very comfy!

This is a wonderful house for families to enjoy time together. Pool is wonderful & tiki hut so fun. The porch upstairs with a view out to the ocean is beyond relaxing. Beds were so comfortable, extra room in lower level is great for teen kid(s) who want their own space. Location was so close to everything. Jenny was so very very wonderful to work with. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

We had the best family vac

We enjoyed our stay so much! This home provided the perfect spot for us to relax and refresh! The pool is beautiful and there are a few different outdoor spots to sit and just enjoy the lovely weather and view. The owner was super helpful with recommendations of places to eat and responded very quickly to any questions we had. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Had a fantastic time with friends!!! Perfect space for 3 couples. Excellent location and was nice to have the dock space to rent a boat for a couple of days. Jenny is efficient and a dream to deal with. Wish I could’ve met her in person!! Would def rent again. Thx Keys Release!!!

Beautiful home with a cozy pool and patio! The beds were memory foam of some sort and very soft and comfortable, we had an absolutely amazing time just enjoying the view which is gorgeous from the upper deck! We had so much space we didn’t even use! The neighborhood was nice and felt safe and welcoming! We sat out at the tiki bar and enjoyed the bar tv! Would stay again! I did miss the memo that they did not provide beach towels, which was my own fault! So bring towels or buy them just down the road either way not an issue!!!

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s beautifully furnished, with a pool and hot tub. Room for a boat and a lovely view down the canal to the open water. 💯

We enjoyed our week during mini season. The house was clean, pool was clean and beds were comfy! Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. It was nice having a extra refrigerator down stairs and freezer space for bait, fish and lobster. This biggest bonus was the ice machine and the outdoor speakers to enjoy while hanging in the pool! It was also nice having a place to park our boat Trailer!

The house is beautiful, well kept, and updated. The owner is a dream to work with. The pool and outdoor area are great with plenty of seating options. A couple of FYIs that aren’t in the description or pics. The owner keeps both of their boats on lifts, on the sea wall taking up 2/3 of it. We brought our 28 foot boat and while it fit, it was a tight squeeze, any bigger and you’ll hang over into the mangroves. The pool doesn’t have the shade cover, and there are no corn hole boards as depicted in the pictures. Also, there is only one paddle board. Again, the home is lovely and we would stay there again, these things are FYIs, not complaints.

Everything about this home was amazing. Location was great, it was the perfect size for two families. The apartment downstairs was also perfection for the young adults! Pool and patio area were our favorite spot to hangout most of the day. The outdoor surround sound by the pool was AWESOME!! We loved everything about our stay in Marathon this year!!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful property. It was spacious enough for two families and had all the right amenities to make everyone happy. The dock allowed easy access to the Atlantic for daily fishing trips and the pool & tiki hut gave us a great place to hang out in the evenings. Communication with Jenny was easy and she happily answered any questions we had. We opted to cook in the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Keys Release was the perfect home away from home!

Great place to stay , great location for boating, easy access to ocean , beautiful pool to relax, ICE MACHINE was the best , ping pong table, grill , only went out to eat dinner 2 times , kitchen is well stocked with equipment, we brought some spices but found that there was a good variety in stock , great place for 3 couples, nice patio, nice deck and view of the ocean, plenty of room, hope we can go back soon, had a fun and great vacation experience!

The house was clean and well represented in the photos. Jenny was quick with communication and very helpful prior to our arrival. Everything was great with the house and grounds. Excellent to come back to after a long day enjoying the many things the keys have to offer.

The house was better than described. Open and Comfortable inside space. The outside space was just perfect. Nice deck upstairs for the morning coffee and sun rise, and wind down in the evening after the sun went down. The pool was clean and warm with the spa adding comfort in the afternoon when warmed further by the sun. The Tiki hut was fun with poolside music. Ice machine what a bonus. The canal was active in good ways- watching the boats come in and go out- Dolphins, fish and a Manatee all provided good entertainment. Jenny was wonderful. I hope we can come back and you will not be disappointed. Fun restaurants and hidden bars just added to the experience. I am hoping to stay again. My only complaint; Not enough time lol

This home is wonderful; comfortable, clean, & in a great location. A quiet neighborhood, access to the ocean, & a wonderful pool. We would definitely visit again!

If you are scrolling through reviews to decide which property in the Keys to rent-STOP! THIS IS THE ONE! If I could give this property ten stars I would! Everything was flawless. The place is just as the pictures show, beautiful pool and we loved the TV under the tiki hut. My kids LOVED the proximity to the skatepark and we were so close to Sombrero beach we went multiple times a day to swim and fish. To top it all off- Jennifer, the hostess was more than accommodating, friendly and available. She gave us wonderful dining recommendations and was so helpful it felt like we rented from a friend. Overall our trip with our four kids( ages 7-16) was perfect and this paradise was just what we needed in this tough year. Do not hesitate- if this place is available BOOK IT!

Marathon is beautiful, but our house was great. The pool, the Ocean, the house everything was great. Jennifer was such a pleasure working with her. She made everything easy. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hope to be back soon.

Three couples stayed for a week. This was a great property, exactly as described and accurate pictures. The location was great and close to everything. Plenty of room for parking of vehicles and a boat trailer. Quiet street, no traffic and is pretty much at the end of the street. There was plenty of dock space and access to the Atlantic was easy and even access around to the Gulf side via Vaca Cut. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cook equipment. The only thing that we ran into was that there was no garbage bags other than what was in the actual cans, no big deal though we just bought some. Was a great stay and would for sure book again.

Property was beautiful, home was comfortable

We had an amazing time. The house and property is very spacious and we never felt cramped. Has planets of outside gathering areas for large families/friends. The ice machine is an amazing plus and very convenient to get in and out with the boat. Property managers were excellent, very responsive, and gracious hosts. Look forward to spending more time here in the future.
