Location is great: Right outside of to the Haeundae subway station, and on the main street of that area, full of cafes and restaurants! Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were always very nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is nice. We got the highest floor for the room which brightened up our cold days.

The hotel breakfast was too pricey but the choices of breakfast was good enough.

The location is great just next to the metro station Haeundae exit 3 & 5 It is located on a food street and there is a wide selection of food.

The lift was slow and crowded especially during night time and morning. if your room is on the 15th floor above, you could take a different lift which i personally feel safer than the low level lift, as everyone could take the low level lift.

Great location, near to Haeundae subway station, Haeundae beach and local market. But keep in mind that Haeundae is a bit far from some attractions, especially those in Nampo area, so be prepared for 1h in subway to get there. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. And many options around for shopping and dining, so you don't need to pay for the hotel breakfast, so many coffee shops around. No problem with English.

They should improve cleaning, especially bathroom.

The hotel is in a busy area close to beach, a lot of restaurants and easy to reach by bus and subway. Staff very friendly and efficient

The furniture shows signs of age with minor damages, but nothing aerious
