The location near Melrose Arch

Our door was broken the morning of our second day, looked like someone had tried to gain entry during the night. We had to move rooms, but was given a downgrade from what we originally had and paid for. Staff did not seem happy to help us, only once we asked for confirmation that we reported the issue, would they help us.

This hotel was perfect. Exactly what we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was perfect, the restaurant had great food. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Our stay was incredibly noisy. We still heard lots of voices past 10.30 at night and again very early the next morning. It kept us awake

Modern, great wifi, good clean rooms, quiet work space, TV that works well and decent gym to work out.

they could offer a shuttle service to the melrose arch ( for safety)

Nice location . Across road into Melrose arch loads of restaurants . Very secure .we loved Paul’s for coffee and cake .
