The decor and furniture looks outdated( not modern) I honestly did not like it. I had high expectations but got disappointed

Great location and quick access to the mall, cute apartment and clean facilities.

Please consider early check-ins to avoid people paying unplanned costs. If an apartment is readily available it would be nice of you to consider this. We had an early Cape Town to Joburg flight and despite prior request for early check-in (which wasn't answered!!) we were asked to pay! Unacceptable.

The restaurant was not fully equipped and lacked a lot of general services they promised to offer.

Loved the view from the living room. One of the best views in Sandton. Very quiet, the soundproofing is excellent. Luxurious and staff is great, they even gave my daughtera gift. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer were very useful since we were traveling with a toddler. Amenities were great. Pool and gym. Perfect for families. Location is perfect.

We used the swimming one afternoon. The entrance door was opened due to construction. We had 2 guys who looked very suspicious come in. All the construction people had left. We had to leave because we were a bit scared and they kept loitering between the pool and gym area. Please look into the security, especially when doors are left opened. The breakfast was okayish, it could be better.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and great facilities.

Very slow service. The food at the in house restaurant was very poor and not value for money! Room service took and hour despite the restaurant being empty. The Aircon was also stuck at 18 degrees, not great for small kids. We were also interrupted by staff continuously wanting to check the faulty fire alarms - very irritating.

Very friendly staff, very willing to help. Room was great and spacious. Will definitely stay again, but I'll bring some cable ties to secure the balcony doors and windows for piece of mind.

AC control is overly complicated to operate. There is no welcome binder with useful information like how to operate the AC, useful contacts like reception. Pool could have been a little warmer. Was a bit stressed about having a 3 year old in the apartment with balcony doors and windows that weren't child proof. Some issues reported to maintenance upon departure but just to reiterate, in the washroom in the master bedroom, the sink on the left has a leak and was damaging the wood below. Fridge seemed to make more noise than normal fridges, washing machine also made some noise, not sure if normal. Dishwasher didn't have salt or rinse aid. I can concede that rinse aid could be considered a consumable for guests to sort out, but not salt. Oven needs cleaning as it started to smoke when I tried to turn it on. A couple of coat hooks by the door would be nice.

I did not like that the a 5 star hotel TV channels were limited ,we could not watch usual channels that we normally watch at home on a compact package .Both TV`s not working had to call technical both days to fix before watching .Safe couldnt unlock and after tech came to open it did not lock again .
