Everything, always happy with everyone and everything...my best hotel in Sandton unbeaten so far.
Maybe the 10pm time for closing the bar and restaurant, but then they don't mind you bringing in your own bottle, and will even offer you ice bucket and glasses etc...I'm at home in this establishment.

Our stay at Premier Hotel Quatermain was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant. The room and amenities were as expected. The garden was well maintained. Wifi could be better though but this didn't bother us. We would recommend this hotel.

Great location, great service, helpful staff, beautiful garden. We arrived early in the morning and staff was helpful enough to expedite the cleaning of rooms to allow us to check-in earlier for one of two rooms.
Room cards malfunction; toilet wasn’t cleaned. Housekeeping needs improvement.

We loved everything about the hotel especially the well manicured gardens .
The hotel also gave me some cake and a bottle of wine as a birthday treat .It was a very nice touch !!!!
If you're looking for a place
where you can unwind then this is the place !
Our room was still getting cleaned at check in (1500hrs) however we were changed to a different room after waiting for about 15 minutes.It would have been nice to have been given complimentary drinks or snacks whilst they sorted the mix up .

The Quatermain is the most beautiful place to celebrate a special occasion the staff is absolutely wonderful thank you for the beutiful weekend !!! We will be back ........

the room was excellent, the food delicious and staff is super friendly
just had a little problem with the sealing of the bath but we did alert the property

Location, rooms were large and comfortable
After a very long and tiresome night, I was awoken by the cleaning staff at 9am , wanting to clean the room. They were not polite and just asked what time I'm checking out.
I made arrangements to check out at 11h00. Disappointing, don't think I will go back to this hotel in a hurry
