This was a breeze to set up and check in. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 6. Enjoyed the close proximity to a couple of places to eat eat, coffee and cookies. Highly recommended!

We visit Cedar City a few times every year to see our college athlete at SUU. This place is clean, comfy and a great location.

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood

Great house right off the freeway and close to shops. Beds were super comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the listing and was very comfy and cozy for our family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinners, the beds were so soft and relaxing, and the family room was a great place for hanging out in the evenings. The location is great - close to downtown and mountain bike trails!

I was there for the Shakespeare Festival and the home was just perfect. Super clean and comfy, nice backyard, pleasant neighborhood. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Great location to visit SUU and see the theatre productions, or visit Zion and Bryce Canyon. So comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our family. Would definitely come again.

Plenty of room in quiet neighborhood

We came down for the weekend to do some hiking and visit our son at SUU. This was the perfect place to stay...the location was convenient and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd happily stay here again the next time we are in town.

Was a great place for us to stay for our visit to Zion NP. Our kids also enjoyed visiting Park Discovery in Cedar City. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was bar far the cleanest and most comfortable. We will be staying again soon. The beds were extremely comfortable and had high quality linens.

This home was perfection for our group of 4. Everything as advertised and great location for day trips. Clean and comfortable home. Loved it.

We found everything very comfortable. Cooked breakfast and found all the basic cooking items needed. Soft towels, clean home, comfortable beds.

Second visit to this property and found it just as comfortable and nice as the first. Probably will return when we visit a student at SUU and/or mtn bike in Cedar City.

My husband and I brought our daughter to Cedar City for a basketball camp. The house was perfect for us. Way better than a hotel.

This place was incredibly clean! I have stayed at many rental homes and manage properties for my day job, and this house was clean! This home was great for my family and our stay. There is a bike path near by that is absolutely amazing to walk and see the beauty of the area. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying in your home in Cedar City. It’s a beautiful home that is in the perfect location for visiting the national parks. Your home was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Overall great place to stay.

We had a nice time with family we hadn’t seen in 20 months. The only suggestions I have: fix cold draft coming from French doors(not good if sitting in front of doors), & hook for hanging clothes when bathing (master bath). in fact when I learned of our family’s problem with hall bath, I told them to use our bathroom.. This is from our daughter, Meredith, whose experience was worse: “Shared shower felt like needles. Shared bath toilet leaked on the floor...had been occuring for a while as the wooden vanity had water damage. Did not fix just gave us a towel to sop up pooh water. Part of window in front bedroom was not covered and let in light and could be used to spy on people while sleeping. Door lock code was the same as the house address....never a good thing. Garage door did not have a garage opener for car, so a person had to remain in the house and close the garage door after the car backed out before exiting out the front door, which is very inconvenient. Coffee maker would not brew a 12 cup pot and only brewed 6 cups before shutting off. No directions as to how to opetate TV. Front bedroom is significantly colder than others. No throw blankets provided in living room, so we had to purchase one at walmart. “ ***Highly recommend not renting again till those problems Meredith listed are fixed. Crazy thing, it’s like 2 different house experiences as my husband & I liked it. Originally, I had higher rating for cleanliness, but then I thought about the toilet leaking water all over the floor. We were sorry our pre Christmas trip wasn’t great for our daughter & her family.
