Beautiful home with all the amenities to have a great holiday experience

Pool was nice. The area in back yard that was gravel was dirty and should be finished with another product. House was nice. It was not as clean as previous VRBO house we had just been in.

Property is great, very clean & organized (furnishings/TV's in each bedroom) w/ (heated) pool and backyard furnishings to enjoy the sun and weather. Stayed for several weeks & very much enjoyed it. Host Sue is excellent, attentive & very kind / professional, again, very well organized. Johnson Ranch Golf course nearby, but as we are not much of golfers, not able to comment on the nearby course but plenty of reviews on google for that. Would definitely stay again, A+.

My mom and sister lives nearby and my son and his family came down to celebrate family members with birthdays in August. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pot/pans, small appliances, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of extra linens and the master bedroom is very spacious. Sue is a great host and provides all the information you need to enjoy the property and have a greattime..

We enjoyed our stay very much. In fact, we have rebooked to stay again in September. It was 115° outside and we made great use of the pool as that was I the only logical thing to do in that heat. The house was well equipped. My granddaughter really enjoyed the toys too. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful visit to Sue’s place in San Tan. The house and property/ pool were as advertised. The community pools / hot tubs / basketball courts provided days of sun filled entertainment. Great stay. House is beautiful and just like pictures. Once again we had a great stay. Nice location away from hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to if you would like. Very nice house. To cold to use the pool but nice it was heated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great golf in area, but lacking good restaurants.

We spent a month here and had a wonderful time. House has everything you need. The pool is heated and everyone loved playing in it. The community has heated pools and hot tubs we used as well. The owner Sue is amazing and answers questions right away. Would not hesitate booking again.

Amazing home, very clean, feels like home. Pool is beautiful and always set at 84 degrees, warm at all times. Owner very responsive to messages. Will definitely be back!

When our AC went out and we were stuck in our house in a 110ﾟ we needed a rental right away... our host reached out to us got us in the rental right away ... she was just a great communicator and an awesome host the whole time. The place is so clean and comfy and my kids never got outta the pool . We will be back for no reason but to show this host some love .

Absolutely perfect stay

Everything in the ad was exactly how the property was live. The property was clean/comfortable. We had 4 adults. This property had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Nice neighborhood. Close to grocery store/gas station and a few other shops. The pool/backyard was a gem. Communication was great. If I am ever out in this part of AZ, I will stay here again!

This is our second time staying at the property. We loved it so much the first time and even more the second time. We stayed just over a week and none of us wanted to leave. The house has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Property manager is quick to respond to questions. Can’t wait to return again next year!

The property is well kept. Available amenities was more than expected. Not sure if the bikes in the garage were available for use.

I live locally and we rented this property for family coming to town for a high school graduation. We had three guests staying at the property, with about five additional people visiting in the evenings and on the weekend. Ages ranging from 8 to 70 and we all had a blast! There was plenty of space for entertainment and seating. The outdoor space is top notch! We spent most of our time by the pool. There were a few pool floaties and toys left for us to enjoy. There are shade curtains on the patio to help with the heat in the evenings and we even lit up the grill for burgers and hot dogs. The pool guys swung by and were super nice and quick. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a grocery store right up the road. There are some good options on Doordash and UberEats, too. The beds and pillows were comfortable for everyone. There were plenty of towels provided and we used the washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for a couple loads of pool towels. Don’t forget a bath bomb for the garden tub in the master bedroom! We enjoyed the bicycles, volleyball, and a few rounds of cards. On the last night, we thought that it would be nice to have a few board games to choose from but we found a puzzle and enjoyed that. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to everything we needed. We enjoyed lunch at The Florence Fudge Shop in downtown Florence and breakfast/brunch at Biscuits Cafe in San Tan Valley. The owner was very responsive and kind!! Easy check in with door code and garage door opener. We are looking to book this property again for a little girl’s retreat in the fall! Hurry and book this home for your vacation!!

This property was wonderful. It was clean and the pool was heated. We stayed in April and the pool was warm enough we could use it. Last year we stayed at a different place and the pool was not heated and we couldnt really use it in April. It had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Other than a minor issue with the pool this was an amazing rental and we will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Sue's house. It was our first time to Arizona. The house was warm, inviting, stocked with everything from bikes, pool toys, anything you would need. The beds were comfortable and everything was just as pictured. The pool was warm and the back yard was large and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again!
