This rental had all we needed. The pool was great. Overall A+

Everything was great, nice pool and pool table. Very clean with lots of extras ! Only complaint was next door neighbor parties which not renters fault my daughter changed rooms to avoid noise before flight back. If you want quiet room avoid the master bedroom. I will rent again!

Stayed almost 3 weeks. Very nice place right on golf course. Communication was great and place was as listed.

It was a WONDERFUL Experience all the way around! Start to finish! This property was gorgeous and so clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! The heated pool was a huge plus! Sharie and Blair were quick to respond and we will be recommending this property to anyone who will listen. We for sure will be back! Many memories were made for our first family Christmas vacation! We can’t say enough good about this property. We are so thankful we found it!! Loved our time!!

The house was the perfect size for our group and would have been comfortable for even more people. We had fun playing pool on the beautiful pool table in the front t room. The bedrooms are a good size and furnished comfortably. There’s an elliptical in the upstairs seating area. The kitchen is large. The pool is lovely. This house has everything you could possibly need - all the creature comforts. The owners responded quickly to messages and are very kind. The house was clean when we arrived and we did our best to put it back to the way we found it when we arrived. I highly recommend this property. The only thing is that none of the stores are really within walking distance, especially in the heat. But, everything is a quick 5 minute drive. We had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay and would definitely rent this house again! Thank you!

The property is on the golf course and allowed us to zone out and watch the golfers. The house is great and the neighborhood was quiet!

This Johnson Ranch house has a lovey pool, and it was heated at no extra charge. Nice pool table, full kitchen amenities, upper loft sitting area with TV, Living room sitting area with TV. Plenty of towels. Two bikes were available to use. Outdoor gas grill for poolside BBQ's. The garage however, does not have any room for a car, it is full. I contacted the owner regards some housekeeping items and received a quick response. We would rent again for visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, and many other items. We didn't need to bring anything but our clothes and food. The house was very homey, comfortable, and very well maintained. And the pool was great! Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Phoenix.

We loved our time in San Tan. The property had all me needed and our family loved the pool. I have already recommended it to other friends and family.

Wonderful home backing a golf course. Easy to get in and out of. We had a couple of complaints:Many of the dishes, pans and cookware still had food on them so we had to wash everything before we used it.We ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and there were no extra rolls in the entire house. It was a lot of stop lights to get to and from the Gilbert/Phoenix area. It took at least 30 minutes or more. Sheets on the Master Bed had hair in them so they had to be washed the night we got there. We had to go and purchase laundry detergent since the one there ran out while we were there. You cannot park your car in the garage.It was a nice place and these issues can easily be resolved by management if they so choose to.

This property was awesome for our family to stay. Enjoyed the pool and everyone had a comfy bed. the property owners are wonderful to work with. We are hoping to stay here in the future.

Very enjoyable place. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Very clean with all the amenities you would ever need. Looking forward to staying there again.

This house had everything we needed. Huge master bed and bathroom and plenty of room for 7 of us. The heated pool was a bonus in January. Would definitely stay here again.

I am so grateful that this family allowed us to share their home. The owner was available and respectful not that I needed to call her much. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful. The pool was relaxing, warm and awesome. I would definitely rent again!!!!

The property was exactly as we expected. We were in town for a wedding as was very close to the venue. My family enjoyed the pool table and they slept very well. We had quick responses to all of our questions. The backyard pool was nice and warm but we didn’t have an opportunity to utilize it. We would stay again.
