Great house with 3 bedrooms and big pool and hot tub which we used every day. Highly recommend this house and area for golf and relaxing

House is beautiful! Back yard is an awesome oasis to chill and enjoy the warm sun! Owners are prompt with questions or any issues you may have, definitely would recommend!!

We were here to visit family who moved to AZ last year. This house was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed for the week was there including some small toys and Pack and play for our Precious little ones to spend the night and visit with us. We loved The spaciousness of the house and the office was a bonus so I could do some work remotely. The weather was cool the week we were there so only able to use the pool 1 day however the Jacuzzi was very nice to get into every night. This step-by-step video was very helpful.. We are already planning a return trip!

The house was great - very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Beth responded to a question i had right away. We especially loved the pool and spa. It was the perfect spring break getaway from the cold and snow! We’ll stay here again!

Beautiful property!! Pool and hot tub were fabulous!! Kitchen was perfect!! The most stocked kitchen I have ever experienced!! From spices to pots/pans and dishes!! Our family loved it!! I almost want to keep this place a secret as I am afraid it will be booked the next time we want to stay!! Many wonderful family memories were made!!

This house was like hitting the Jackpot!! My husband had open heart surgery in Dec. and a brother pass away shortly after that unexpectedly. We both really needed a mental brain reboot get away in between cardiac rehab appts. for a short 5 nights! There was some huge issues leading up to his surgery and we needed rest! And we needed a break from the North Dakota winter also. There was an issue with the hot water heater NO hot water in the house the first night/morning. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded in a great timely manner. We did what we could relite pilot light etc… The owners lived in another state but did their best to get plumbers over there from AZ. They came the same afternoon to check it out and the next morning and replaced the hot water heater. This type of issue could happen anywhere anytime, to anyone. This house is beautiful and cozy!! It’s my style! The pool and spa are nice we didn’t use either one cause it was cooler than normal in AZ and we just didn’t warm it up. My husband could not go in either one yet anyway with his incisions. This was a great place to just relax!!! Quiet neighborhood . And we have some ND friends just minutes away😀❤️.Great patio with lots of outdoor furniture a grill and smoker. Used the grill and sat outside a lot. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked well with anything one uses on a daily basis as far as dishes, blankets, pillows TV’s etc.. very happy it had a washer and dryer also. We will absolutely!!! stay here again and bring our grown kids and grandson and have a family time together there!! Thank you Beth and Mike

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Check in and check out are easy. It’s in a great location. With great communication from the host. Would stay here again!

Hosts did a wonderful job on their website for the property and the area as well as a very helpful video on operation of the pool and spa.

They had everything you needed to start your vacation. And things you might have forgotten. Everything to cook, with extra linens. I think we hit the vrbo jackpot with this 1. Definitely a due over.

Great location house and hosts we will be staying there again when back in town.

This was our second time staying in this lovely home . We can’t say enough good things about the layout, the location , the amazing pool , and of course it’s stocked with everything you need! The owners are amazing and very responsive . We absolutely love this home and can’t wait to return.

We chose this property for the location and the pool, as we had 3 grandchildren staying with us for the week. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with the necessities (spices, coffee, soap, beach towels for pool) that you don’t want to purchase for a short stay. Owners were very easy to reach, and answered all of our questions promptly. Quiet neighborhood - we will definitely stay there again.

This property was an absolute dream! Very spacious, welcoming and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The layout of the home and pool was just perfect. The owners were very responsive and very kind which made our stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed in many homes in the area and this one is by far our absolute favorite! We wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to come back!

Very comfortable, felt like home

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and immediately felt comfortable. The owners are quick to respond to any questions, very kind and easy to work with. The backyard feels cozy and private given the location on the edge of the neighborhood. The private pool was enjoyed by kids and adults, providing much needed relief from the July heat!

Beautiful home! Yvonne was easy, accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. The home had everything we could have asked for. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. If you are unfamiliar with the Phoenix area, research the proximity to the city, etc as San Tan Valley is our a bit further but well worth it! The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. We will hopefully be returning!

The home was very nice and clean. The backyard was lovely with the pool. I especially enjoyed the layout of the kitchen, the tile floors through main areas - nice and cool. The huge window in master bedroom looked directly into backyard where you could see the pool and the palm trees. It was so relaxing! The communication with Yvonne was good via text, email or by phone. She was very responsive working with VRBO so that my damage deposit could be returned earlier since I left the property 1 week earlier than the paid through date which I originally booked. Due to my commute from Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley to far north end of Scottsdale everyday with 3+ hours, I just didn't get to enjoy the pool liked I had hoped.

This home is one I would suggest you book if it's available. All the bells and whistles are furnished for you, from the beautiful heated pool and Jacuzzi to the outstanding furniture, dishes and even linen. The house is roomy and has cable TV and high speed internet that worked extremely well. We really enjoyed our time there.
