If you love a new feeling condo that offers you beachfront sunrises from a porch or your bed…this is the place for you! Easy parking, lovely wide hallways, beautiful condo. Nice seating, beds, dining table.

Owner takes great pride and care of the condo. Made our stay very welcoming, pleasant, very clean and relaxing with ocean front view. Kids enjoyed the heated pool downstairs. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very clean, and great to stay at. Had room for my husband and I, our 3 kids, and my mom that has to use a walker. One of the bathrooms had pull bars so she could use the restroom and shower with little to no help. Which was great! It had a fabulous view of the ocean. It was off season, so a lot of local restaurants were closed. But we still enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time. The condo was spacious, comfortable and so well stocked. You want for nothing. Fred was attentive and took care of everything for us. 5 star rating.

This condo is in the perfect location in OOB. Directly on the beach and next to the pier, playland, shops, and restaurants. It was super convenient and walkable for our group that included 4 children under 10. I was worried that the central location would also make it noisy at night. It wasn’t, even on a super busy holiday weekend. There is a train that comes through easy in the morning, but the noise is brief. The unit itself was super clean with all you’d expect (plenty of bath towels, linens, ample seating for dining or relaxing, good sized bedrooms and closets). The space was even larger than the pictures show and very open. The two decks were nice and the setup was perfect for two families with kids. The extras like plenty of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap, etc made the vacation even easier. Fred was there upon check in and very helpful giving a brief tour of the unit. He checked in several times before arrival and throughout the trip to ensure all was going well. Overall we had a great trip and if we decide to return to OOB this will definitely be the place we stay again!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this is the first time I can honestly say the property exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough how great it was to park our vehicle in it's designated spot not for from the entrance and not only be comfortable in it's security, but have no worries that someone would occupy it if we needed to venture out. The floor plan was even more spacious than in the pictures, and the view is probably one of the best on the property. This well appointed condo is very well managed by Fred and his wife and their hard work and consistency of maintaining this property as well as regular communication with their guests was evident throughout our stay which easily made this our best vacation yet!

My family and I (5adults, 1 child age 4) stayed for this most recent week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was exactly as advertised in the pictures, as well as the written description. Everyone was impressed and we had zero complaints. My granddaughter had the most fun playing in the sand and running in and out of the water. The location allowed us to go back and forth between the rooms and the beach. We decided mid-stay to book again for next year. Would recommend highly

The two main bedrooms are very large & comfortable, the bunk room is a bit tighter, but still manageable and worked for us! Two large bathrooms accommodated us perfectly, as did the large kitchen and living area. Fred was a pleasure to work with, super friendly and accommodating! He puts a lot of effort into caring for his unit and making sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. 10/10 we highly recommend! We plan to come back again!

The owner was extremely helpful and the condo is beautiful with a spectacular ocean view. It is a very bright and appealing property in the heart of the downtown area within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions.

What a breathtaking view and very relaxing atmosphere. The locals treated us very well and I would definitely recommend staying here as the owner met us and gave us a grand tour.

Alfred is an excellent host. The property is well cared for md well stocked with amazing views. The location is in the heart of the action of Old Orchard Beach and even though we were there in the.off season it was a dream. This property gets a 10/10!

The condo was spacious & absolutely beautiful inside, with a view from every room of the ocean! Since we were visiting during the off season, we were grateful for the well equipped kitchen, and the cozy living area to spend time when the torrential rains hit . Fred was very helpful before, and upon our arrival. He was easy to reach when we had a few questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a restful, clean, and spacious place to spend their vacation. thank you Fred for such a great getaway. JB

My friends and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo with magnificent views of the ocean. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the stylish decor appealed to my designer background. Fred was genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed during our stay. We want to come back and stay for a month!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Alfred was very responsive, and an excellent communicator. The condo is spotless and very comfortable. There is a side and front facing balcony-perfect for relaxing and ocean viewing. Lots of little things were provided like dishwasher pods, dish liquid, paper towels, etc. I highly recommend this place.
