My family and I booked this property for Labor Day weekend. Big plus was that it had a pool! Well, the night before around 9pm I received a message that the property that we booked had issues, host didn’t mention what kind of issues. He did offer to relocate us or give us a refunded. Unfortunately, the other property only had a hot tub, which is not something we want during a summer day in Texas. Sucks that our Labor Day weekend was ruined because we couldn’t find anywhere that could accommodate the amount of guests and dogs that we had at a short notice.

We had all 14 of our immediate family stay Friday to Monday. We attended Sea World on Saturday and Sunday. We were 12 minutes from Sea World, with an easy route to get there. The house was very roomy even for this many people. Everything was clean. There was some damage to the stairway, but it was obvious repairs had begun. We did not have enough wash cloths and ended up purchasing some more. The only complaint was a lack of parking. The neighborhood was full of cars. We had four vehicles to park. We had most everything we needed and should we return to the area, we will definitely contact the owner.

We aimed at this property because it was close to sea world and it had a pool. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 of which had multiple twin size beds. We were two families vacationing together, so this was a perfect set up for our kids to have shared rooms with their siblings and the adults to have their own rooms as couples. There was lots of space downstairs for dining and a lot of seating for enjoying tv. We loved having a pool on the property and being able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the home while the kids played. We didn't actually use the game room much. Most everything we needed was available in the kitchen for cooking. There are grocery stores and good restaurants for take out in very close driving distance. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and having a clean, well-cared-for place to stay with plenty of rooms for everyone was a large part of that. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the expressway so it was easy to get around to all our destinations. Some remotes were missing when we arrived, but after messaging the property manager new remotes were brought over quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen too dark, only 3 lightbulbs working. We couldn't enjoy at the patio, only one light, couldn't see nothing. Overall, it was ok to stay in this property.

This place was great. Very clean with LOTS of towels for the nine of us. The kids loved the pool and used it both days. The property owner was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at this house for 1 night, and we wish we were able to stay longer. The house was nice and clean and cool! It was complete with amenities and even more. The house was able to accommodate my group of 4 families with 3 small children very comfortably. Our stay was very relaxing, and we hope to stay here again!

We were called the day of our stay, previous tenants had trashed the place, we were cancelled. In downtown San Antonio with our luggage, 6 grandkids and 4 adults, nowhere to stay. According the the property manager no other VRBO properties were available. We were disconnected while on a call to VRBO, property manager promised to call back and didn't. We ended up finding the only rental through the other online rental company that could accommodate us for an extra $600 on our own. The VRBO owner refused to even try to help with the cost, we offered to split the cost, we were told it was not their fault, they were stuck with the expense of the damage the previous tenants caused, and they initially didn't want to ask VRBO for help finding a place because it would make them look bad. I understand it was not their fault, but we should not have been the ones to suffer because they went off of their protocol to take a risky one night rental. They are a business, they should have helped us cover the huge additional expense. The property manager literally left us hanging, did not help us get back in touch with VRBO, did not call us back. The property owner just said things were out of their control. We were literally stuck in downtown San Antonio, several states from home, on the phone for an hour before being disconnected and no more attempts to reach us took place. Bitterly disappointed. This is not how you run a business. The owner and property manager should have helped us with the additional costs, (again, we weren't asking for all of it, just a 50/50 split) ,it simply would have been the right thing to do.

Our Family are Seasoned VRBO Customers. Unfortunately this was our most disappointing experience. The Property was Dirty. Our Family does not wear shoes indoors and our socks were black. The Game Room had to be cleaned; there was old food scattered on the floor. There was a hole in the living room ceiling sheet rock(Approx.2’x1.5’) and another hole in the Master Bathroom(Approx. 5’x3’). The laundry closet was missing a door. The Lights didn’t work in the Entry hall & 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. Also, the back door deadbolt didn’t work. 2 of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close. We feel maybe the Property Owner hasn’t been at the Property Site recently to see the present condition. All these things could easily be repaired. Worst Property Experience with VRBO.

We filled all five bedrooms with guests, enjoyed the common areas, and the pool. I recommend this property for your extended-family reunions.

We enjoyed everything about this home. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the backyard was awesome! I definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in San Antonio! It was very close to all attractions.

Had a good time and good place to bring in the new years

The place was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed all there was to do: pool table, swimming pool, nice outdoor space, and theatre seating for watching movies. The kitchen was well-stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was easily accessible.

The house and stay itself were ok. Beds were as comfortable as a bed that isn’t your own could be. However We drove all morning with a toddler who was tired of being in the car get to the house and couldn’t seem to get ahold of the house manager. I started calling and messaging 30 minutes before check in and no response. I normally get check in information early in the morning when I stay with another site. Finally get in at 3:45 check in was at 3. Screaming toddler in the backseat. The floors were disgusting and the mop was gross so we had to go to the store and get a swifter to cleane the floor. After we left I waited a couple weeks for my refundable deposit and it never came. Had to contact them to get it. Over all I would NOT recommend staying with this house manager. Highly disappointed and I won’t be using VRBO ever again.

Very nice & family friendly

Check in process was easy. House was pretty clean but the dishwasher left soap on the clean dishes. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. No darts for dart board. Broken stool in the game room. Noticed cockroaches outside in the patio furniture our first night. Second night there were cockroaches in the pantry where the garbage bags are kept. Get rid of the cockroaches and fix a few things and this house would be great.

Found 4 cockroaches within the first hour of arriving! All alive! Disgusting! I have pictures to prove it. The back door didn't lock either. Super secure right? And the toilet on the main floor toilet broke halfway through the night. My spouse and I didn't even stay the night considering the cockroaches. After the trip I tried messaging Daniel, the property owner, after my stay and after 4 days I've gotten no response. And the phone goes straight to voicemail. Guess he only cares before he gets your money. If you have children or can't stand bugs, DO NOT stay here.

This house is setup to sleep a lot of people. Overall it fit our needs. The location was good to get access to things - the neighborhood itself is just ok. The house seems to have been remodeled. Our kids had a lot of fun with the pool table and the kids arcade game in the remodeled garage. As with most rentals it needs new pool sticks and darts (probably regularly). There is some minor maintenance needed like the kitchen breakfast nook was broken as well as some of the bar chairs in the garage. None of the bathroom doors locked properly. One of the toilets clogged on us. I think with some minor maintenance and cleanup it could be a 5-star.

It was a great location for all of our tee times. The neighborhood is OK at best. For the price, I'd book again

we had a wonderful time. the house is big, close to everything we wanted to do, and we enjoyed being able to grill and sit on the back patio in the evenings.
