Good place, 10-min walk from central bus/train station. Small shop in a near building (4 min walk). Small, cozy and warm in this part of a year. Good coffee machine.

Microwave got broken in a middle of our stay, and we had to heat up food on a stove There were no shower gels and shampoo.

1. Floor lamp's construction was broken (see photo), so you are not able to set it up in upper position 2. Oven handle is held on with adhesive tape ... Entirely 3. Internet is a joke, usual speed is about 2-3 Mbps. Staff could not deal with this, because according to them this is Play ISP issues. So I think you rather need to replace ISP in this case. 4. Quite narrow bed, may be uncomfortable for tall people 5. The apt was dirty and poorly cleaned - cobwebs in corners and on the lamp's, stains under the kitchen.

Pros: Great location. Clean place. Quiet.

Cons: The elevator doesn't work most of the time. It must be an everyday thing because it says this in the check-in instructions. So if you have heavy bags, you are going up 3-5 flights of stairs.

Apartments are smaller, than looked to me on photos, so I’m not sure that it fits for long stays.

A good spot next to old town and train station. At night queit, small balcony, all necessities to feel like at own appartment.

Finding the keys was a bit difficult and even bigger problem and scare was when we needed to leave, the box with the keys did not close, keys were catching on the box, thought about leaving in the post box, it was closed so no option, called the owner number, nobody picked up. Closed it by a sheer chance and left with just enough time to catch our connection.

When choosing an apartment - it was not possible to see its photos. Photos in the description of the apartment were general, but there was no photo for a specific room

Clean, well decorated. good location, generally good equipment in the apartment.

TV does not bring any value for non polish speaking visitors.

Apartment is less than 5 minutes away from main bus and train station. Shopping centre Galeria Krakowska is less than 10 minutes away from the building, whereas in around 15 minutes you reach the main square. Location of apartment is perfect for short getaways. Host sent me all information how to find apartment and to self check in. Apartment was clean, warm, positioned on a quiet floor, and equipped in all essential facilities for short or a longer stay. In nearby areas, you will find grocery and coffee shops. We could rest well during our stay. Kitchen and laundry appliances met the goal!

Nothing to complain about. We had a positive experience with the appartment.
