Location is good.

The room was very dusty and dirty. The floors we’re full of hair. The plates and the glasses we’re disgusting, they don’t seem to clean them well before new tenants are due. The shower cabin is an absolute example of how a property manager should not treat his guests. The shower heads we’re filled with lime, and the water was gathering at the bottom of the cabin because of the amount of hair clogging it, absolutely disgusting. The property manager is an absolute pain to deal with, only offering different expensive services, but he is NEVER answering to the messages of phone calls. And yes, we have forgotten something in our room when we left, and after many tries, he absolutely refused to send it to us (of course we would of paid for it), only responding to the Booking representative that he is very busy.

The appartment is in quitet location and just a few steps away from the main street. It had everything as described (one double and two single beds, fridge and small kitchen with all utencils). It was nice and warm in winter and wifi connection was reliable. Had to collect the keys from a different location, but it was less than 1km away from this unit. Great value for money.

Some surfaces were a bit dusty, but did not bother us a lot. At least the beds and towels were fresh and clean.

Good location. Unique design and decor. Very charming.

Checkin process was poorly organised. Lights shut off in half of department (blown fuse). Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. All of these could be corrected or not a problem for other travellers
