Wonderful! It was very clean. Great location, pastries and gelato right next to the flat. Giuseppe was FANTASTIC, he answered questions through email almost immediately, even gave us good recommendations of places to eat.

The communication through the Bookings website was not great. We had no idea how to get into the room until we checked with Bookings Messages to see the codes. It would have been so much easier to have received an email with that information.

We were quite late for reservation and even for check-in, but this automatic system worked pretty well! The host were super helpful and kind, he has given all the infos, and helped regarding the parking in late hours. Thank you for this. The room were spotless clean, comfy, good bed. thank you for everything.

Location is ok. It is in town. Parking is tricky on the street. You will be carrying your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Walk to train for Cinque Terre.

This felt like a backpackers. The room was ok, but the feel of the building and layout of all the rooms on the floor was not much different to a single room in a backpackers. It's ok to rest for the night.

My friend and I loved our stay in Cavour. It was a few minutes away from La Spezia Centrale, very convenient when going to the other towns. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was great - there were toiletries ready for us to use. The room was big and clean.

There was no common bathroom/toilet for us to use after check out.

The location is good, very close to cinque terre which helps us to save a lot of time.

Since we are carrying bulky luggage, the only things that we are missing is the elevator. But with the help of the host, it gets much easier to carry to our accommodation stay.
